Abstract

Pada tahun 2019 tepatnya bulan November disiarkan oleh media bahwa kemunculan virus yang sangat mematikan dan belum ditemukan obat yang dapat mengatasinya hingga telah tersebar di seluruh dunia. virus Covid-19 ini merupakan virus yang berbahaya bagi manusia akan berdamapak besar dalam penurunan kesehatan tubuhnya, serta virus ini merupakan salah virus yang sangat cepat penyebaranya. Oleh karena itu agar masyarakat tetap aman dalam beraktivitas/rutinitas sehari –hari maka diminta masyarakat untuk tetap melaksanakan protokol  kesehatan  seperti  tetap   menggunakan  masker   ketika   keluar   rumah,   membawa   hand sanitizer, sering mencuci tangan dengan sabun,  menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan.Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah salah satu wujud pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat lewat pemberian bantuan pemberdayaan, pelatihan, penyuluhan, pembimbingan, pendampingan dan untuk menyadarkan potensi yang dimiliki, serta membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan pembangunan. Observasi dilakukan dengan metode: (1) tanya jawab, (2) dokumentasi, dan (3) melihat ke lapangan secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi maka ditentukan program kerja KKN kelompok yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi program kelompok fisik dan program kelompok non fisik. Program kelompok fisik yaitu kerja bakti kampung, posterisasi, pendataan penduduk, pembagian alat kesehatan dan kebersihan. sedangkan program kelompok nonfisik yaitu penyuluhan kesehatan. Hal ini diharapkan untuk bertujuan mengurangi dan  mencegah penularan virus  corona.  Melalui pengabdian mahasiswa ke masyarakat terpencil dan kurang informasi hal ini dapat memberi manfaat dalam penanggulangan penyebaran virus corona.Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa melalui berbagai kegiatan langsung ditengah-tengah masyarakat, dan mahasiswa berupaya untuk menjadi bagian dari masyarakat serta secara aktif dan kreatif terlibat dalam dinamika yang terjadi di masyarakat. Mahasiswa mempunyai peran strategis sebagai agent of change (agen perubahan).

Abstract

Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation to mediate discipline, ability and loyalty to the work productivity of production employees at the Batur Jaya Ceper Industrial Cooperative. The population of this study is 37 employees of the production division of the Batur Jaya Ceper Industrial Cooperative. The sample of this study used the census method, where all member Sof the population were sampled as many as 37 employees. This research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses validity, reliability and classic assumption tests. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis and sobel test. Data obtained from questionnaires from employees using a Likert scale to measure respondents' answers. This study was tested using SPSSS20 software. The results of this study indicate that the discipline variable mediated by motivation has an effectton work productivity. With a p-value of 0.00000392 00.05.TThe variable of loyalty mediated by motivation has an effect on work productivity. With p-value 0.03939366

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of empowering human resources of weaving craftsmen at the center of the goyor sarong industry "advanced companies" in the village of Kenteng Sukoharjo. The population of this study are craftsmen in the weaving section. The population sampled was 40 weaving craftsmen. The data analysis technique used in this research is analytical hierarchy process (AHP) by weighting the value of each criterion which includes the ability to trust leadership and motivation with Expert choice 11. The conclusion of ability and motivation is that it is effective to increase production. An alternative strategy is to monitor / supervise the weaving craftsmen and give rewards to weavers whose work is neat, good and can finish in a short time, can be just a greeting or a bonus.

Abstract

UMKMkmerupakanksalahksatukkekuatankpendorongkterdepankdalam pembangunankekonomikdankmemegangkperanankyangkcukupksignifikankdalam perekonomian.yParaypelakudekonomidsepertidpemilikdUsahadMikro, Kecil, dan Menengahk(UMKM)2 sekarang2tidak2hanya2dapat2menghasilkan2suatu2produk saja,2namun2juga2 harus2 beradaptasi2 dan2 menerapkan2 perkembangan teknologi2ke dalam2kegiatan2ekonominya.2Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta melakukan pendataan informasi mengenai UMKM di Desa Mancasan, Baki, Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah data UMKM warga Desa Mancasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Kuesioner yang telah disediakan dan wawancara secara langsung dengan melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi para pelaku UMKM. Berdasarkan data yang telah diterima, menurut data terakhir tahun 2017 mahasiswa memperoleh informasi bahwa ada sekitar 18 jenis usaha UMKM yang masih aktif diantaranya Pengrajin Gitar, Penjual tahu & tempe, telur asin, Batu bata, Shuttle Coock, Bak mandi, Closed, dan lain-lain. Dalam artikel ini disajikan hasil yang bertujuan2 untukkmendapatkank jumlah2 pelaku2 2UMKM2 2secara2 akurat2 dan2 rill,2 sekaligus2 membantu pemerintah Desa Mancasan2 untuk2 memiliki2 data2terkait kondisi perkembangan2UMKM di Desa Mancasan, dan2 membantu2 pemerintahan Desa untuk memiliki2 data2 terkait2 kondisi2 perkembangan2UMKM. Pembaharuan data UMKM di Desa Mancasan berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar.

Abstract

Real work lectures conducted by students of the surakarta batik islamic university as a form of community service in mancasan village, baki sukoharjo sub-district, this real work lecture will start on october 3, 2022 until november 3, 2022. One of the kkn work programs this time is the development of smes through marketplace and the target is rw 12 rt 03 because that area is the center of mancasan guitar craftsmen. Before this socialization event was held, the kkn students made observations first in the rt12 area on guitar entrepreneurs who became the central point of balance. Implementation of community service program is carried out in a balanced manner with planning, implementation, and evaluation at the end of the program. The results that have been achieved with the socialization of msme development through this marletplace are the addition of insights on how to market a product through the marketplace, such as how to marketing a business, how to send products, how to withdraw through the marketplace app. With this socialization, it grows the interest and knowledge of entrepreneurs to market their products through the marketplace.

Abstract

To analyze the efffect motivation, communication, and competency on teacher performanca an the Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Elementary school, this researchis is a descriptiv qualitative study with primary data types. the population is 61 people, for that the sample take from the population must be truly representative, totaling 51 people. Methods off data collection’s using questionaire interview’s, and documentation’s questionnaire data, tested with multiplle liniar regression analysis. Motivation has a substantial beneficial influence, as does communication, and competence has a fairly positive effect on teacher performances at SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar. The findings of the coefficient in determimination obtained 85,8% from performance can be explained by the independent variablee of motivation, communicatoion and competencee. it is hoped that the school can place or give assignments to teachers according to the competencies they have, so that they can improve the teacher's ability to complete work better. Furthermore, skill affects instructor execution, work environment, and salary that might effect how well teachers perform, you can develop your research utilizing other independent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. This type of research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) which are addressed at HTC Solo Lt. UG Parking Jl. Ir. Soekarno Grogol, Madegondo Hamlet, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Indonesian Selling Car. The research plan will be carried out for 3 months. The population in this study is 120 employees who work at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. In this study, it was determined that 40% of 120, namely 48, was rounded up to 50 employees. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique.The results of this study discipline, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. Based on the t test, the results of discipline, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness , service features and trust on interest in using the Flip Application. The population in this study were 105 Beteng Trade Center resellers who had used Flip. The results show that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, have no effect on interest in using the Flip Application, while service features and trust have a positive and significant influence on interest in using the Flip Application. Abstract

This study aims to determine the discipline, environment and work iincentives simultaneously or partially on employee productivity at PT. Iskandartex Solo. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, the population iin this study were employees of PT. Iskandartex with a total of 900 with a simple random sampling technique, namely using quota sampling by directly determining the number of samples to be studied, namely employees iin the production department, totaling 80. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. F test, t test, multiple llinear regression and coefficient of determination (R2) were used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that discipline, work environment and iincentives have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee productivity.
