Abstract

Proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan secara manual, khususnya pada proses perhitungan nilai akhir setiap calon karyawan akan sangat membutuhkan banyak waktu, apalagi apabila jumlah calon karyawan yang mengikuti seleksi sangat besar. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang berbasis personal komputer terdiri atas beberapa komponen yaitu komponen sistem bahasa (language), komponen sistem pengetahuan (knowledge), & komponen sistem pemrosesan perkara (duduk perkara processing) yang saling berkaitan satu menggunakan lainnya, didalam merogoh suatu keputusan melalui pengunaan data-data dan contoh-contoh keputusan supaya bisa memecahkan suatu pertarungan. Dalam penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan memakai Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Melakukan penyelesaian menggunakan AHP memiliki kaidah - kaidah yang dimana harus memahaminya, diantaranya: penyusunan hirarki, evaluasi perbandingan berpasangan, sintesa prioritas, & konsistensi logika. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh konklusi bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan karyawan menggunakan metode AHP bisa merampungkan banyak sekali perkara yang terdapat diperusahaan. sistem bisa menangani pertarungan tentang rekrutmen karyawan & sistem bisa menaruh output secara seksama & sempurna dan cepat menurut output perengkingan melalui perhitungan matrik berpasangan & nilai kriteria menurut masing-masing bobot nilai yang dipengaruhi secara sahih menurut output yang diperoleh. menurut output penelitian yang dilakukan bisa diperoleh output menurut perhitungan AHP ini terbukti sangat membantu perusahaan pada melakukan penyaringan penerimaan karyawan.Kata Kunci—AHP, Sistem, Pendukung, Keputusan, SPKThe selection process for hiring employees manually, especially in the process of calculating the final value of each prospective employee, will require a lot of time, especially if the number of prospective employees participating in the selection is very large. Using data and decision models to solve a problem, this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The basic principles of solving problems with AHP have rules which must be understood, including hierarchical arrangement, pairwise comparative assessment, priority synthesis, and logical consistency. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the employee decision support system using the AHP method can solve various problems that exist in the company. The system can handle problems regarding employee recruitment and the system is able to provide accurate and precise and fast results from the results of the ranking through the calculation of paired matrices and the criteria value of each weighted value that is determined correctly from the results obtained. From the results of research conducted, it can be obtained from the calculation of AHP which is proven to be very helpful for companies in screening employee acceptance.Keywords—AHP, System, Support, Decision, SPK

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerimaan user pada sistem informasi rumah sakit dengan menggunakan variabel Kegunaan yang Dirasakan (Perceived Usefullness), kemudahan yang dirasakan (Percieved Ease of Use) dan variabel sikap pengguna (Atittute toward Using) yang ada pada TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis persamaan regresi ke-1 menunjukkan variabel Perceived Usefullness (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Attitute toward Using (Y) dengan t hitung sebesar 6,551 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 (<0,05). Variabel Percieved Ease of Use (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Attitute toward Using (Y) dengan t hitung 1,988 dengan signifikan p = 0,011(<0,05). Hasil analisis persamaan regresi ke-2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitute toward Using (Y) karena nilai statistik F Hitung = 59,712 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000(<0,05).Kata Kunci — Sistem informasi, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, TAMThe purpose of this study is to analyze user acceptance in hospital information systems using Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Atittute toward Using variables in TAM (Technology Acceptance). Model). The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents. Data obtained using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed by multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the 1st regression equation show that the Perceived Usefulness variable (X1) has a significant influence on the Attitute toward Using (Y) variable with t count of 6.551 with significance p = 0.000 (<0.05). The variable Percieved Ease of Use (X2) has a significant effect on the Attitute toward Using (Y) variable with t count 1.988 with a significant p = 0.011 (<0.05). The results of the analysis of the second regression equation show that variables X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on Attitute toward Using (Y) because the statistical value F count = 59.712 with significance p = 0.000 (<0.05).Keywords — Information System, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, TAM

Abstract

The benefits of technology at this time have greatly affected human life, with the creation of sophisticated machines or tools used by humans to achieve human needs. In line with these developments, augmented reality technology emerged or commonly referred to as Augmented reality (AR). Augmented reality is an environment that incorporates 3D virtual objects into the real environment. The purpose of this study is to implement an augmented reality application that can help buyers who have difficulty checking laptop specifications at the Focus display computer store. Some of the laptops provided have no specifications listed, so this causes buyers to be confused about the specifications of the laptop. This augmented reality application was created using the blender application software as an application to create 3D models, unity 3D software as an application to create augmented reality and build it to android, corel draw software as an application to create assets, and vuforia which is used to create augmented reality target images. Image targets made in the form of brochures and qr code to display objects and laptop specifications.Keywords— Augmented reality,blender, vuforia, corel draw, unity 3D.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerimaan user terhadap sistem perpustakaan berbasis web atau e-library menggunakan variabel Kemudahan yang Dirasakan (Perceived Ease of Use), Kegunaan yang Dirasakan (Perceived Usefullness) dan Sikap Pengguna (Attitude toward Using) yang ada pada TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 38 responden. Digunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis persamaan regresi ke-1 menunjukkan variabel Perceived Usefullness (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Attitude toward Using (Y) dengan t hitung sebesar 4,114 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000(<0,05). Variabel Perceived Ease of Use (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Attitude Toward Using (Y) dengan t hitung 2,898 dengan signifikan p = 0,010(<0,05). Hasil analisis persamaan regresi ke-2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Using (Y) karena nilai statistik F Hitung = 23,556 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000(<0,05).

Abstract

Sistem presensi di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri masih menggukan cara konvensional sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan rentan adanya manipulasi data maupun data ganda. Perancangan system informasi presensi online ini dibangun dengan teknologi GPS dan Face Recognition  yang berbasis android dan web. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Dalam Pembuatan system pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Kemudian untuk pengujian menggunakan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menguji sistem terhadap spesifikasi aplikasi dengan membagikan kuisioner untuk responden. Pengujian tersebut akan dilakukan oleh guru dan karyawan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengelolaan presensi guru dan karyawan, sehingga dapat memberikan informasi secara lengkap dan akurat, serta dapat melakukan monitoring presensi tersebut dengan efektif dan efisien. Kemudian hasil dari uji sistem menggunakan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sebesar 93,8% yang menandakan sistem ini dapat diterima oleh penggunanya.

Abstract

The developments in telecommunications and technology rank first in order to bring about changes in the social conditions of the world. Business opportunities by utilizing the internet are also increasing, especially for promoting goods and services. CV Andromeda Multi Sarana or commonly known as AMS is a company engaged in Swallow consultancy. The company is engaged in trade and services. In supporting its trading activities, AMS requires a website. Currently, AMS only has one company profile website, while the processing and sales are still carried out using manual recording through Microsoft Excel application. This can also cause ineffectiveness and inefficiency of reports given by administrative staff to their superior. In this study, the researchers provide a solution to the problem by creating online store sales system and company profile using a website-based Codeigniter 3 framework. This study aims to provide solutions to existing problems and facilitate users in making transactions with company admins.

Abstract

New Student Admission (PPDB) SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal Currently still using the manual method, namely filling out registration forms and completing the requirements directly to school. This makes it difficult for officers to manage data on prospective new students. In addition, when announcing the PPDB results, SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal is currently still using the manual method, namely by pasting the Announcement Results on the bulletin board. Of course this is less effective, because students have to come to school to see the results of the announcement. To be able to overcome the problems described above, a web-based online PPDB (New Student Admission) Information System was designed at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal.This type of research is qualitative research. The software development method uses the Waterfall Model. Software testing is done through black-box testing. The purpose of this system is to make it easier for prospective students to register, view announcement results, do re-registration. The results of this study are the Web-Based Online PPDB Information System at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal was successfully created using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database, it can assist the school in carrying out new student admissions activities, and for prospective students it can make it easier to carry out the registration process, see Announcement results and re-register

Abstract

CV. Sapi Nusantara Jaya is a joint business entity of members of the cattle and beef cattle fattening business and beef cattle engaged in the feedlot sector. In the process of shipping goods, of course, there is evidence of the issuance of goods in the form of travel documents. This travel document is something that must be included in the process of sending goods so that things do not happen that can harm one or both parties. At CV.Sapi Nusantara Jaya currently still using the conventional way of working. That is still using handwriting and still using forms made of paper, which are likely to be damaged or lost tend to be more vulnerable. The author will do the design of the document processing system on the CV. Sapi Nusantara Jaya starts with proof of delivery of goods (goods have been received). This system is designed using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as the programming language and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) as the database, using the SDLC (Sequencial Development Life Cycle) method. It is hoped that this system will maximize admin staff so that the delivery of information and data collection can run effectively. The result of this research is that the design of the document archive is built using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database can make it easier to carry out the data collection process and computerization process.

Abstract

This web-based designing and building of the Environmental Planning Licensing Informastion System of Kendal Regency was created to help and improve the licensing services in the Environmental Management Field of the Environmental Service of Kendal Regency. The purpose of this study was to create a web-based data processing information system aimed at administrator and officers of the Environmental Service of Kendal Regency and also visitors or permit applicants to observe their submitted application.This research used data collection methods by observation, interviews, and literature studies as well as system development methods using the Linear Sequential Model or Watefall Model. The Waterfall Method has some steps, namely data collection, analysis, design, implementation / coding, testing, operation, and maintenance. The reason for choosing this method was the method must be carried out systematically or sequentially and each step has its own focus, so that the system can be developed based on the wish. The system design method used is the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) method.The result of this study is an environmental planning licensing informastion system that manages submission data, licensing data, submission requirements, checklist requirements, photo data, message boxes, and visitor pages with a search system to help the applicants finding information relate to the processing of the file that has been submitted.

Abstract

Abstrak Program PAMSIMAS (Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat) merupakan program pemerintah pusat yang membantu penyediaan air minum dan sanitasi dengan konsep berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat bagi kabupaten dan kota di seluruh Indonesia yang memiliki kesulitan didalam pemenuhan akses air dan sanitasi. Desa Sukodadi adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Kendal yang berhasil mendapatkan dana anggaran dari pemerintah untuk pembangunan PAMSIMAS. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Petugas yang melakukan pemeliharaan, pengoperasian, pengontrolan disebut BP SPAMS (Badan Pengelola Sarana Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi), petugas sangat sulit dalam melalukan penghitungan dan pengolahan data pembayaran PAMSIMAS perbulanya. Kemudian akan dibuat sebuah Sistem Pengelolaan PAMSIMAS menggunakan Framework Codeigniter berbasis website. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan keberlanjutan sistem pengelolaan di BP SPAMS Suka Makmur. Dengan adanya sistem ini, dapat memudahkan petugas dalam melayani pelanggan dalam pembayaran rekening air dengan hasil yang lebih efektif dan lebih akurat, selain itu dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memudahkan dalam pengolahan data pelanggan dan penyajian laporan laporan seperti laporan data pelanggan dan laporan pembayaran rekening air secara terkomputerisasi. Kata Kunci: PAMSIMAS, Sistem Pengelolaan, Codeigniter, Waterfall Abstract The PAMSIMAS (Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision) program is a central government program that assists the provision of drinking water and sanitation with a concept based on community needs for districts and cities throughout Indonesia that have difficulty in fulfilling access to water and sanitation. Sukodadi Village is one of the villages in Kendal Regency that has succeeded in obtaining budget funds from the government for the construction of PAMSIMAS. The problem in this research is the officer who performs maintenance, operation, control is called BP SPAMS (Management Agency for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Facilities), the officer is very difficult in calculating and processing monthly PAMSIMAS payment data. Then a PAMSIMAS Management System will be created using a website-based Codeigniter framework. The system development method used in this study uses the waterfall method. This method aims to describe and sustain the management system at BP SPAMS Suka Makmur. With this system, it can make it easier for officers to serve customers in paying water bills with more effective and more accurate results. computerized.
