Abstract

The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework for enterprise architecture to analyze business architecture as a whole. TOGAF ADM explains how to find an organizational architecture in detail according to the needs of the business. Alignment of the application of information systems to organizational needs is an urgent need for STMIK Widya Pratama Pekalongan. The alignment of the application of this information system is only able to be answered by paying attention to the integration factors in the development of information systems. Information system integration aims to reduce the gap that occurs in the information system development process. This gap can be reduced by designing enterprise architecture. This study aims to design an enterprise architecture (blueprint) which includes business architecture, application architecture, data architecture and technology architecture, to support the business activities of STMIK Widya Pratama Pekalongan by using TOGAF ADM with 4 phase restrictions. The results of the study can contribute to stakeholders in STMIK Widya Pratama Pekalongan in planning the information system architecture to manage universities in accordance with the vision and mission set. Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang ada didalam pemerintahan cerdas (smart government) adalah adanya layanan online. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan secara berkelanjutan, pemerintah penentapkan kebijakan untuk melaksanakan survei kepuasan masyarakat. Survei kepuasan masyarakat adalah pengukuran secara komprehensif tingkat kepuasan masyarakat yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran atas pendapat masyarakat. Pengukuran indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) terhadap pelayanan publik yang saat ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil dan Dinas Kesehatan belum dilakukan secara otomatis dengan menggunakan sebuah aplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pengukuran kualitas pelayanan yang dapat diakses secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini terdiri dari metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner, dengan metode pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan sekuensial linier serta metode pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox. Indikator dalam penentuan IKM sesuai dengan petunjuk dalam Keputusan MENPAN No : KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 tentang pedoman umum penyusunan survei kepuasan masyarakat, yatu 14 indikator. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengukuran kualitas pelayanan publik yang dapat diakses secara langsung oleh masyarakat, tugas OPD penyelenggara pelayanan publik dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dapat terlaksana dengan mudah karena memanfaatkan TIK. Adanya aplikasi pengukuran kepuasan pelayanan publik yang dapat diakses secara langsung (online) ini dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah kota pekalongan dalam mewujudkan smart government.

Abstract

Effective strategies and targeted to business success of companies can be obtained if batik traders adopt e-commerce. According to the model Technology Accepatance Model (TAM) decision to adopt IT users are influenced by perceived usefulness and ease of use. This study aims to explain the effect of the adoption of e-commerce to business success batik traders Setono Wholesale Market. Formulation of the problem in this research is the extent of adoption of ecommerce can provide benefits to batik traders Setono Wholesale Market, determine whether the benefits and ease of use factor significant and positive impact on the adoption of e-commerce, and e-commerce adoption is significant and positive impact on the success of business. The sample used for hypothesis testing are 32 batik traders who already have a personal website. The sampling technique used is pusposive sampling technique. Testing research instruments using validity, reliability, and normality. Testing research hypotheses using regression analysis intervening. T o process the data used SPSS version 17. Results of hypothesis testing shows there is simultaneously a positive significant impact factor and ease of use of the benefits of e-commerce adoption, and there is a significant positive influence the adoption of e-commerce to business success. Abstract

Saat ini piranti lunak semakin luas dan besar lingkupnya, sehingga tidak bisa lagi dibuat asal-asalan. Piranti lunak saat ini seharusnya dirancang dengan memperhatikan hal-hal seperti scalability,security, dan eksekusi yang robust walaupun dalam kondisi yang sulit. Selain itu arsitekturnya harusdidefinisikan dengan jelas, agar bug mudah ditemukan dan diperbaiki, bahkan oleh orang lain selainprogrammer aslinya. Keuntungan lain dari perencanaan arsitektur yang matang adalah dimungkinkannyapenggunaan kembali modul atau komponen untuk aplikasi piranti lunak lain membutuhkan fungsionalitasyang sama.Dengan menggunakan model diharapkan pengembangan piranti lunak dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhanpengguna dengan lengkap dan tepat, termasuk faktor-faktor seperti scalability, robustnees, security, dansebagainya. Untuk melakukan pemodelan sistem / perangkat lunak secara visual digunakan UML (UnifiedModelling Language) yang digambarkan secara elektronik lewat sarana perangkat lunak Rational Rose.
