Abstract

West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has the potential for business people to develop a form of business. One of the business fields that have significant opportunities is culinary tourism. The coffee shop is a business mushrooming with the increasing trend of coffee shops. This research is tasked with knowing the marketing strategy of Daily Routine Coffee Bandung during the COVID-19 pandemic to increase sales at Daily Routine Coffee. The research method is done using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The unit of analysis used in this final project research is Daily Routine Coffee in Bandung. This business is a business engaged in the F&B sector. The sample will be used in the form of sales trend data and environmental analysis of internal and external company strategies at the Daily Routine Bandung coffee shop. Based on the research results using Marketing Mix Analysis, a suitable strategy to be implemented is an Intensive Strategy (market penetration, market development, and product development). Based on IFAS & EFAS analysis, a value of 3.68 is obtained for external factors, and internal factors is obtained at 3.52. Thus, internal factors are more vital than external factors in the accepted trend. IFAS/EFAS analysis is in quadrant 1 (Grow and Build). Therefore, this describes a very favorable situation

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the contribution of the local community and the government to the development of tourism in Sendangsari Village, to discuss the government's steps in mobilizing the community to develop tourism, and to find out the tourism potentials in Sendangsari Village. Research methods: In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation and interviews from several informants related to tourism development in the Sendangsari Tourism Village. To obtain information, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Results and discussion: The benefits that are expected from this research are to be able to add insight and experience that researchers have gained while undergoing lectures and add new insights and knowledge about tourism for the community and local government in developing tourism in Sendangsari Village. The results of this study show the contribution of local communities to tourism development in the Sendangsari Tourism Village by becoming local guides, homestay providers, souvenirs, culinary delights and assisting in tourism village promotion activities. Implications: Sendangsari Village is located at an altitude of 1013 meters above sea level and has temperatures ranging from 18°-28°C so it is suitable for tourists who want to travel here. In addition, Sendangsari Tourism Village also has tourist attractions that can be visited such as cultural tourism, nature tourism, agro tourism, and live-in. The government's role in mobilizing the community in Sendangsari Village is quite optimal because the government helps in financing facilities and infrastructure and provides guidance to tourists in Sendangsari Village   Keywords: Sendangsari Tourism village, Community Contribution, Tourism Development

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve student learning outcomes by using Microsoft Sway media for class IV-A at SDN Bubutan III/71 Surabaya. The research method used is classroom action research and the research subjects are students of class IV-A SDN Bubutan III/71 Surabaya with total of 34 children. The data collection techniques in this research is using tests which all are combined in quantitative descriptive. The results of this research indicated that the application of Microsoft Sway media in the online learning for class IV-A is conducted through 2 cycles by using test techniques which had increased in their learning outcomes. This is attested by the acquisition of student scores before-after using Microsoft Sway. The first cycle activities before using Microsoft Sway media, from the total assessed of 34 students, only 20 students or 58.82% who can complete the KKM and for the rest of 14 students or 41.18% who cannot complete the KKM. Furthermore, the second cycle was implemented to them and student learning outcomes increased, from 34 students, there were 30 students or 88.24% who completed the KKM and 4 other students or 11.76% who cannot complete the KKM. Therefore, it is important to all elements in primary school both senior and junior teachers to implement further this Microsoft Sway media in improving online learning.
