Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems of beneficiaries in PMB-RW training activities in Kelurahan Umban Sari Kecamatan Rumbai Pekanbaru. This research is an evaluation research with a qualitative approach using the CIPP Model from Stufflebeam (1985) which consists of evaluation of context, input, process and product. The research will be conducted in Kelurahan Umban Sari Kecamatan Rumbai PekanbaruThe subjects of this study were the village head, PMB-RW Facilitators and the beneficiaries. The data was collected by using the interview method, documents, and observations. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using interactive model data analysis (Miles & Huberman, 2007), namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In order to obtain the validity of the data, triangulation was carried out, discussions with experts, and observation extension. The results showed that the problems of beneficiaries in PMB-RW training activities in Kelurahan Umban Sari Kecamatan Rumbai Pekanbaru were no post-training mentoring and coaching, no venture capital and did not dare to take risks (fear of failure), no motivation from beneficiaries. These problems make PMB-RW training not have an impact on economic, social welfare and expansion of job opportunities even though community knowledge has been obtained in PMB-RW training. This ability cannot be used as a job because there is no capital for equipment and so on in creating fields and expanding job opportunities for the community so that the big goals of the PMB-RW program have not been achieved.

Abstract

Independence is an important thing that needs to be instilled in children from an early age. With children who are accustomed to being independent since childhood, they will carry over into adulthood. Independence in children can be influenced by parenting applied by parents. Single parents have multiple roles that make it difficult to share time with their children. With the use of inappropriate parenting by single parents, it can lead to less than optimal independence in children. This study aims to describe the independence of early childhood with democratic single parent parenting. This study uses a qualitative approach, which was carried out in Segati Village with 3 single mothers with 5 year old children as informants. This research data collection using documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis with the stages of reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that single parent parents who have multiple roles by applying democratic parenting can instill independence in children from a young age more optimally. Abstract

AbstrakStudi ini diarahkan untuk mengulas serta menganalisa pola asuh yang dilakukan oleh orangtua tepian sungai segati kepada anaknya di desa segati kecamatan langgam kabupaten pelalawan tentang pola asuh otoriter serta demokaratis, penelitian ini dirujukan untuk meneliti objek alamiah melalui pendekatan kualitatif, tujuannya untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pola asuh otoriter serta demokaratis yang di gunakan oleh orangtua tepian sungai segati terhadap anaknya. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk menggambarkan realita yang cermat terhadap sebuah fenomena yang terjadi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dekumentasi,observasi dan wawancara tentang pola asuh otoriter dan demokratis. Hasil studi memperlihatkan pola asuh yang digunakan orangtua tepian sungai Segati Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan dalam mendidik, merawat dan menjaga anaknya menggunakan pola asuh otoriter dan demokaratis kedua pola asuh tersebut di terapkan orangtua tepian sungai segati terhadap anaknya dalam merwat anak-anaknya dapat diliat orangtua tepian sungai segati menggunakan pola asuh gabungan yakni pola asuh otoriter serta demokaratis.Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, Orang Tua, Demokratis AbstractThis study is directed to review and analyze parenting carried out by parents on the banks of the Segati River for their children in Segati Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency about authoritarian and democratic parenting. authoritarian and democratic used by Segati riverbank parents against their children. Qualitative research aims to describe a careful reality of a phenomenon that occurs. Collecting data using documentation, observations and interviews about authoritarian and democratic parenting. The results of the study show that the parenting pattern used by parents on the banks of the Segati River, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency in educating, caring for and taking care of their children, uses authoritarian and democratic parenting. Abstract

The behavior and character of the community and even children regarding noble values that are upheld and rooted in daily behavior. These values began to be eroded by foreign cultures that tend to be consumerism, individualistic, materialistic so that the character values are considered no longer important if they conflict with the goals to be achieved. Efforts to integrate and increase character values in the learning process can be done through traditional games with children, namely the Cak Bur game. This study aims to improve and enhance the character through cultural literacy of the traditional game of cak bur. This research uses action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 2 groups of school-age children. The action taken is a game of cakbur to improve the child's character. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the child's character increased by 8 characters with 9 characters that appeared during the game and were in good or increasing criteria. This development has reached the success criteria where the research is said to be successful if the characters that emerge from the cak bur game are 3 characters and there is an increase in the character of children in the cak bur game as many as 7 children. Thus, this research can be said to be successful

Abstract

AbstrakAktivitas-aktivitas yang diberikan keluarga dalam pengasuhan pada lanjut usia teramat penting untuk menunjukkan kepedulian, kehangatan, perhatian, cinta, dukungan dan rasa hormat kepada orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan yang dilakukan keluarga dalam merawat lansia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan naratif analis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keluarga memainkan peran yang optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aktivitas religius dan aktivitas fisik keluarga yang sudah menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai bagi lansia, dengan mempertimbangkan keberadaannya atas pelayakan pengasuhan dan perawatan pada lanjut usia.Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, Pengasuhan, Keluarga, Lanjut Usia AbstractThe activities that the family provides in the care of the elderly are very important to show care, warmth, care, love, support and respect for the parents. This study aims to describe the activities carried out by families in caring for the elderly in daily life. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with narrative analysts. The findings of this study suggest that the family plays an optimal role. Abstract

Economic resilience goes hand in hand with family welfare. Family economic resilience can be increased through the Sialang Bee Honey Tapak Lapan system. This study aims to increase family economic resilience through the Sialang Bee Honey Tapak Lapan system which is implemented in Desa Segati, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. While the type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive techniques. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. With the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are expected to draw the right conclusions. The sialang honey bee business can be included in tapak eight, namely the business of processing forest products. While the sialang bees are carried out in the forest. Implementation of the bee business is carried out in several stages, namely finding, marking and determining property rights, treating, harvesting, marketing. The Sialang bee Tapak Lapan business can increase family economic resilience. This can be seen from the condition of the families who run the business who have a decent place to live, not living with their parents; sufficient income to meet family needs; school age children, all go to school; can give gifts to his parents, a sign of having excess income.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tim PKBM Bintang Cemerlang dalam pengelolaan administrasi, efisiensi dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan operasional pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 08 Agustus 2022 di Aula Kantor Desa Maredan Barat, Kecamatan Tualang, Kabupaten Siak, Provinsi Riau. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah tim PKBM Bintang Cemerlang sebanyak 10 orang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 5 orang dosen Pendidikan Masyarakat FKIP Universitas Riau (tim pengabdian) dan 3 mahasiswa PLP. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan. Diskusi dan ceramah digunakan sebagai metode penyampaian mengenai administrasi kurikulum dan peserta didik. Latihan digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan tim PKBM dalam menyusun SOP kurikulum dan SOP pengelolaan peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan lima tahap yaitu: persiapan, rancangan program, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan pembinaan administrasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi, peserta menyatakan bahwa sangat setuju 60,8%, diadakan kegiatan pembinaan ini, ketercapaian tujuan kegiatan 70%, ketercapaian target administrasi PKBM 80%, dan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami administrasi PKBM 80%.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada program paket C di PKBM Bina Kreasi Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah pembelajaran bertujuan untuk memberdayakan, membekali, melatih keterampilan dan karakter kreatif. Materi yang diberikan adalah 1) kerajinan, 2) rekayasa, 3) barista, 4) pengelohan, dan 5) budidaya. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan lebih banyak metode ceramah. Media pembelajaran disediakan secara teori dan praktek. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui proses observasi, penugasan, dan ujian tertulis. Faktor penghambat pembelajaran kewirausahaan adalah sedikitnya siswa yang memiliki niat belajar dan kurangya manajemen waktu warga belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of infrastructure optimization on the professional performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City High School; find and analyze the effect of work ethic on the professional performance of the Arts and Culture teachers at Pekanbaru City High School; found and analyzed the influence between the optimization of infrastructure and work ethic on the professional performance of the Arts and Culture teacher at Senior High School in Pekanbaru. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative research method. The research tool used in data collection is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 87 teachers of Cultural Arts at Pekanbaru City High School, with a sample of 47 teachers in this study. Methods of data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical analysis methods and inferential statistical analysis methods. Managing analytical, statistical data in the description of this study using Microsoft Excel tools and the Windows 23 version of SPSS. The results shown in the study are for the following reasons; a significant and positive effect was obtained between the variables of infrastructure optimization on the Professional Performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City Senior High School; a significant and positive effect was obtained between work ethic on the Professional Performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City Senior High School; There is a significant and positive influence between the optimization of infrastructure and work ethic variables on the Professional Performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City Senior High School. This means that the better or proper the facilities and infrastructure at the school, the higher the teacher's professional performance, then the higher the teacher's work ethic towards his work, the higher the teacher's professional performance, as well simultaneously.
