Abstract

Academic procrastination behavior often occurs, will cause problems of lack of discipline, low motivation, and depletion of self-confidence. Self-confidence is a very important factor for students, because the attitude of self-confidence will make students feel that there is confidence in their abilities, optimism, objectivity, responsibility, rationality and reality, which then feel able or not to do academic tasks that become performance. The results of the level of self-confidence of students of the Community Education Study Program, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Riau University are at a moderate level. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Andragogy Learning Model in Andragogy Competency Training for PKBM Tutors in Kampar Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data are 2 tutors 5 students. The results showed that the implementation of the andragogy learning model was the delivery of material from the tutor/training instructor according to the material that had been mutually agreed upon, then there was a question and answer or discussion for joint evaluation. The results of the andragogy learning model showed that there was an increase and change in terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills. In knowledge knowing about andragogy competencies and how to apply them in adult learning. In attitude that the trainees are very good in attitude, behavior and activity so that enthusiasm in learning is very good. In terms of skills, participants have been able to practice in learning about andragogy competencies because they have in-depth understanding of andragogy competencies for tutors after training. The supporting factors are the enthusiasm of the participants, the focus of the participants, supported by PKBM Mutiara Kampar, the network between PKBM and tutors who are able to guide the participants well, and teach the material as expected. The inhibiting factor is the timing and delivery of materials that adapt to the understanding of the participants.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the early childhood education Bunda KreatifDumai City in 2015 by using qualitative research methods. The research data was obtainedthrough interviews, observation and documentation study. The informants in this study DumaiCity Department of Education/Supervisors, Principals, teachers, pupils and the Mayor of theSchool Committee. This study was conducted to analyze in depth about the success of earlychildhood Bunda Kreatif Dumai City in implementing the learning process as the educator ofintelligence generation at an early age where various achievements obtained include: ChampionCluster best level of Riau Province in 2015, the first winner of environmentally sound best levelDumai City as 4 times in a row, Guru achievement represents Dumai in Riau Province to thelevel of 2015, the principal as well as the chairman of the steering committee for the ClusterWorking Group Principal (CWGP) Dumai city and the only park early childhood education whohave education consultant.

Abstract

Teenagers studying at university, known as college students, have the responsibility for themselves; they are demanded to be independent in academic activities as well as to build the identity achievement by searching for information through exploration with sufficient intensity in various fields. After collecting adequate information, they need to make choices (commitment) to the field that suits thei interests and abilities. Based on a discussion conducted in the class, it was revealed that some students felt unsuitable with the study program they took; they did not know the career they would pursue while they were already in the third and fourth semesters. This was survey research with a quantitative approach. This study aimed to obtain an objective description of the Students’ Employment Identity Status at the Public Health Education FKIP Universitas Riau. The samples of this study were taken randomly from a population of 104 students. Data on the students’ (adolescents) identity status were collected through a questionnaire. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis utilizing SPSS. The results of the study found that only 30.77% of students reached the achievement status while 42.31% of the students were at the level of moratorium status. In addition, 15.38% of the students at the level of Forclusure identity status and 11.54% of them were at the level of diffusion status.

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat Melayu selain berfungsi sebagai penutup aurat dan ciri khas, pakaian yang digunakan memiliki makna dan nilai. Begitu juga pada masyarakat Melayu Siak di Kampung Tengah,kain tenun songket khas siak yang dipakai memiliki nilai dan makna yang dipercayai oleh masyarakat di Kampung Tengah, sehingga dapat menggambarkan karakter yang menggunakannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai karakter pada pakaian Melayu berbagai corak tenun songket Melayu Siak yang terdiri dari pakaian harian, semi formal, formal, dan pakaian upacara pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pada pakaian harian memiliki nilai karakter religius, disiplin dan bersahabat atau komunikatif. Pakaian semi formal memiliki nilai karakter religius, jujur, toleransi, cinta damai, peduli sosial dan tanggung jawab. Selanjutnya pada pakaian formal memiliki nilai karakter cinta damai, religius, jujur, bertanggung jawab, peduli sosial dan toleransi. Pakaian upacara pernikahan memiliki nilai karakter jujur, tanggung jawab, religious, cinta damai dan toleransi. For the Malay community, clothing is used to cover the genitals and the characteristics or identity of the wearer. In addition, the clothes used have meaning and value for the Malay community. Likewise, the Siak Malay community in Kampung Tengah has a characteristic of Malay clothing by using a typical Siak songket woven cloth with various patterns or motifs that have values ​​and meanings that are believed by the people in Kampung Tengah, so that they can describe the character for those who use it. The purpose of this study is to describe the character values ​​of Malay clothing which have various styles of Siak Malay songket weaving consisting of daily, semi-formal, formal, and wedding ceremony clothes. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using documentation, observation and interviews. From the research results, daily clothes have religious, disciplined and friendly or communicative character values. Semi-formal clothes have religious character values, honesty, tolerance, love of peace, social care and responsibility. Furthermore, formal clothing has character values ​​of peace-loving, religious, honest, responsible, socially caring and tolerant. Wedding ceremony clothes have character values ​​of honest, responsible, religious, peace-loving and tolerance.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang diberikan pemerintah dalam bidang kesehatan sehingga masyarakat berharap adanya pelayanan yang mudah, cepat dan jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan Kader Posyandu Anggrek Lila di Kelurahan Labuh Baru Timur Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat Kualitas Pelayanan Kader Posyandu Anggrek Lila di Kelurahan Labuh Timur Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru sudah berjalan dengan baik akan tetapi masih ada beberapa pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan. The quality of service action in giving service that creates community satisfaction. The study was useful to find out the extent of the repair or service of the cadavers posyandu orchid Lila in the new east supplement of a new appendage section of the new Pekanbaru city. This study will be viewed by 5 indicators of (1) tangibility (physical evidence), (2) reliability (reliability), (3) responsiveness (responsiveness), (4) assurance (assurance), (5) trustworthiness. And it belongs to a quantitative class with a descriptive approach. The method of collecting data used is simple random sampling. Statistical and inferential data analysis techniques. Techniques make research decisions using mean and based on contribution. The research sample of 51 mothers under five. This study showed the quality of the staff posyandu anggrek Lilas service in the east end of Pekanbaru me five indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had worked only a few services to impress.

Abstract

PLP atau Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan merupakan mata kuliah wajib dengan beban tugas dan SKS yang banyak, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa seringkali kebingunan untuk menentukan mana yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu. Mahasiswa juga sering kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan semua tugas dari dosen pembimbing atau lembaga tempat mahasiswa melaksanakan PLP tepat waktu. Studi ini bertujuan menyelidiki hubungan antara kecemasan dan prokrastinasi akademik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan strategi deskriptif. Hipotesis diuji dengan memanfaatkan teknik analisa linear berganada. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan munculnya prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. The PLP is a mandatory field recognition activity with a high degree of duty and SKS load for a student body so that in the process it is not uncommon for students to feel confused as to which tasks should be done first, or set time to be on time for chores, whether they are given by the PLP advisor or the institution where students carry out the PLP. The purpose of this study is to find out if the cause of confusion that leads to a delay in this student is caused by the relationship between anxiety and academic procrastination, to which researchers aim to find out how high the anxiety related to the academic program is, Researchers figured that out by using a research ordinance (method) called a quantitative that USES a descriptive strategy. The hypotheses offered have been tested using an alternating linear analysis technique. Based on the results of the testing of the mortgage, it is claimed that the result of anxiety has a significant relationship to the development of the student's academic prejudice.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang semangat berwiraswasta peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan teknik ototmotif di riau cipta mekanik kota pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat semangat berwiraswasta peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan teknik otomotif di Riau Cipta Mekanik Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif, dengan propses pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang disebarluaskan kepada responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan Teknik Random Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa semangat berwiraswasta peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan teknik otomotif di riau cipta mekanik tergolong rendah, dengan indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap kejiwaan, minat, antisias, optimis, penciptaan/cipta, dan kekuatan.Kata Kunci: semangat berwiraswasta, peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan, teknik otomotif. AbstractThis study examines the entrepreneurial spirit of participants in automotive engineering education and training in Riau Cipta Mekanik, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to describe the entrepreneurial spirit of participants in automotive engineering education and training in Riau Cipta Mekanik, Pekanbaru, Riau. This type of research used quantitative research with a descriptive approach, with the data collection process was using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data collection technique used was random sampling technique. The results of this study were that the entrepreneurial spirit of the participants in automotive engineering education and training in Riau Cipta Mekanik  is relatively low, with the indicators used in this study are psychological attitudes, interests, enthusiasm, optimism, creation, and strength. Abstract

AbstrakEfektivitas pembelajaran adalah jenis pembelajaran yang memungkinkan warga belajar untuk belajar dengan mudah, menyenangkan dan untuk mencapai tujuan belajar mereka sebagaimana diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Harapan Bangsa Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melakukan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pembelajaran program pendidikan setara Paket C tidak efektif  di masa pandemi Covid-19, pembelajaran tidak berjalan dengan baik, karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Dari wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap informan, ditemukan hasil berupa: Efektivitas pembelajaran paket C kurang efektif karena sistem pembelajaran saat pandemi adalah online, tidak semua warga belajar paham dengan pemberian materi secara online. Kualitas pembelajaran setiap warga belajar sama, namun cara penyampaian kepada warga belajar yang berbeda, dengan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada warga belajar yang memiliki usia lanjut, yang pemahamannya kurang baik.Kata kunci: Efektivitas Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C AbstractEffectiveness of learning is a learning that allows learning citizens to be able to learn easily, fun and can achieve learning objectives in accordance with what is expected. The purpose of this study was to describe the Learning Effectiveness of the Package C Equality Education Program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 5 informants. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the learning effectiveness of the Package C equivalence education program was not effective. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning did not go well, this was because learning took place online. From interviews conducted with informants, it was found that: The effectiveness of learning package C was less effective because the learning system during the pandemic was online, not all learning residents understood the provision of online material. The quality of learning for each learning resident is the same, but the delivery method for learning residents is different, by paying more attention to learning residents who have advanced ages, whose understanding is not good.Keywords: Learning Effectiveness, Equality Education Package C

Abstract

AbstrakStudi lapangan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menuntaskan perihal problematika peranan lurah sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan mobilisator dalam memberdayakan masyarakat dengan menempuh acara pada program bank sampah di Kelurahan Tobek Godang Kecamatan Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru. Tata cara penelitian yang dipakai pada studi ini, yaitu studi deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik mengumpulkan informasi ataupun data menggunakan observation (observasi), interview (wawancara) serta documentation (dokumentasi), yang dilakukan pada 4 informan, diantaranya ialah Lurah, Kader Bank Sampah, Sekretaris Lurah, serta Masyarakat. Kemudian data yang didapat diolah melalui teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan (verification).Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problematika peranan lurah dalam memberdayakan asosiasi lewat acara dar program bank sampah atas pemberian motivasi masih kurang efektif karena tidak dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan tidak dapat merangkul seluruh masyarakat sehingga hanya sebagian masyarakat yang mengerti dan mengikuti program bank sampah di Kelurahan. Pihak kelurahan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai fasilitator, terdapat problematika yang ditemui yaitu pengalokasian dan transaksi keuangan bank sampah yang rendah berpengaruh terhadap jalannya kegiatan bank sampah. Kurangnya minat masyarakat mengikuti bank sampah menyebabkan turunnya transaksi keuangan yang ada. Adapun problematika peranan lurah sebagai mobilisator program bank sampah yaitu kesibukan dan keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki lurah sehingga hanya memiliki sedikit kesempatan mengikuti kegiatan pemberdayaan.Kata Kunci: Problematika Peranan Lurah, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Bank Sampah AbstractThis field study has a goal to complete the problem of role of the rule of masterpiece as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilisator in empowering the community by taking an event on the Waste Bank program in Tobek Tagek Godang District of Bina Widya City of Pekanbaru. The procedures of research used in this study, the descriptive study by utilizing qualitative approach. The technique of collecting information or data using observation, interview (interview) and documentation, documents), which is performed at 4 informants, among them are the lurah, cadres of the waste bank, the secretary of the lurah, and the community. Then the data obtained is processed through data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.The findings in this study indicate that the problematic role of the lurah in empowering associations through events from the waste bank program for providing motivation is still ineffective because it is not carried out in a sustainable manner and cannot embrace the whole community so that only some people understand and participate in the waste bank program in the Kelurahan. The kelurahan party in carrying out its role as a facilitator, there are problems encountered, namely the low waste bank allocation and financial transactions that affect the running of waste bank activities. The lack of public interest in participating in waste banks has led to a decline in existing financial transactions. The problem with the role of the lurah as a mobilizer for the waste bank program is that he is busy and has limited time, so he has few opportunities to participate in empowerment activities.Keywords: Problems With The Role of The Village Head, Community Empowerment, Waste Banks
