Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and find solutions to the problems occurring between employees and the business owner at Café Allya. This business wass established with the goal of generating profit. Ist strategic location near a university makes it easier for the business does not employ many employees. In this study, we used interviews as one of the data collection techniques. This method allows researchers and respondents to interact directly, making it easier for the researchers to analyze the problems. Based on these interviews, it can be concluded that the causes of the problems are a lack of work motivation and an ineffective leadership style, which affect employee performance. Additionally, emotions and mood also influence employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This community service aims to determine the effect of building organizational culture in increasing productivity to meet CV Family Group customer satisfaction. Organizational culture has an influence on increasing the productivity produced by employees. Good productivity greatly determines customer satisfaction. The problems found when conducting research were: uncertain supply of raw materials, less strategic location, and many competitors who have similar businesses. The solution to this problem is to look for other suppliers so that there is no shortage of raw materials, the products produced must always be of good quality and taste good so that customers are satisfied and the business is able to compete in market share. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction depends on the products produced and the services provided by employees.

Abstract

Barbershops have a long history dating back to Ancient Egypt and medieval Europe, where barbers also served as surgeons. Today, modern barbershops are not just places for haircuts but are integral to lifestyle and cultural identity, offering various additional services. Factors contributing to job satisfaction include good employee performance, management support, and stable emotional conditions. Effective emotion management and a positive mood significantly influence productivity and employee performance. Prioritized individual values include good attitudes, quality service, and consistency in service delivery. The implementation of these values is reflected in the daily actions of employees and management. Adapting to different coworker personalities and addressing operational issues like tardiness are also crucial aspects of creating a harmonious and productive work environment. The PBL activity is located in front of the Grand Zuri Hotel or next to Bakso Malang Mas Pepen, Jl. Thamrin No.8B, Alang Laweh, Kec. Padang Sel., Kota Padang, West Sumatra. With a deep understanding of these factors, barbershops can create better working environments and improve the quality of services provided to customers

Abstract

d'Besto is a fast food restaurant designed for Indonesian families who crave the culinary experience of delicious fried chicken and burgers., d'Besto offers a partnership package with an investment value of IDR 200 million. However, the investment value can change depending on the location and area of ​​the partner's outlet. With this capital, it is projected that the daily turnover will reach Rp. 5-Rp. 15 million, while the net profit will be 25 percent. So it requires a structure or. Organizational behavior is the study of how individuals and groups act within an organization. This includes an understanding of interpersonal dynamics, group processes, organizational structure, culture, and the work environment. The main goal of this study is to increase organizational effectiveness by understanding, predicting, and managing human behavior in an organizational context.. This PBL aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior on employee performance. D Besto The method used is a quantitative approach with observation and interviews Organizational behavior includes several aspects such as leadership, communication, motivation, and a conducive work environment that has a significant impact on employee performance. The PBL results on D Besto show that positive and supportive organizational behavior can increase productivity, efficiency and high employee performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of productive economy that stands alone, meaning that these businesses are not subsidiaries or branches of any company, whether government companies or individual companies. In this research, researchers chose MSMEs located in front of the UPI "YPTK" Padang Campus, namely the Sala Lauak and Corn Perkedel Shop. Currently, the Sala Lauak and corn fritters shop in front of the UPI "YPTK" Padang campus is still experiencing problems in the form of placing a location to sell products that are still not fixed and official. For this reason, researchers use STP theory, namely Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning so that they can determine the right strategy to provide solutions to the problems faced by MSME shop owners. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the method in this research is qualitative by carrying out observations in the field, by visiting the relevant MSMEs directly.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and try to analyze the Influence of Compensation and Incentives on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Padang City Trade Office. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of the Padang City Trade Office. The results of the study found that there was an influence between Compensation and Work Motivation. There is no effect between Incentives and Work Motivation. There is no effect between Compensation and employee performance. There is no effect between incentives on employee performance. There is a difference between Work Motivation and employee performance. Work Motivation mediates Compensation against employee performance. Work Motivation does not mediate incentives for employee performance at the Padang City Trade Office.

Abstract

MSMEs Oma Cafe Rahmah is a micro, small and medium business engaged in the culinary field, located in Padang Lubuk Begalung. This cafe offers a wide range of traditional and innovative dishes with regional flavours, which has made it a popular culinary destination in the area. MSMEs Oma Cafe Rahmah implements a strategy that focuses on the quality and authenticity of the dishes served. They use fresh, high-quality local ingredients and combine traditional recipes with a modern twist to create interesting and delicious menus. This reflects their commitment to preserving the region's culinary heritage, while providing a unique culinary experience for customers. In addition, MSMEs Oma Cafe Rahmah also prioritizes friendly and professional service. They pay special attention to customer needs and preferences, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere in the cafe. This has built a strong relationship between MSMEs Oma Cafe Rahmah and its customers, which contributes to the success and sustainability of this business. In the context of the local economy, the existence of MSMEs Oma Cafe Rahmah has had a significant positive impact. This venture creates jobs for local people and in collaboration with local farmers and suppliers, boosts economic growth in the area. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has long been recognized as an important pillar in a country's economic development. In the 21st century, MSMEs are increasingly gaining attention from the government, academia, and the general public as the driving motor of sustainable and inclusive economic growth. MSMEs have unique characteristics that distinguish them from large companies. They generally have a smaller scale, a limited number of employees, and limited access to financial and technological resources. Nonetheless, MSMEs have great potential in creating jobs, encouraging innovation, and improving public welfare. The existence of MSMEs has a significant economic impact. They became a major source of income for many families, reduced unemployment rates, and increased per capita income. MSMEs also play a role in reducing economic and regional disparities, as they often operate in rural and remote areas that are less affordable by large companies. In addition, MSMEs also play a role in promoting economic and environmental sustainability. In its smaller businesses, MSMEs tend to use resources efficiently and contribute to sustainable economic development. Many MSMEs are involved in sectors such as renewable energy, waste treatment, and environmentally friendly products However, MSMEs still face various challenges. Some of these include limited access to financing, a shortage of managerial skills, and limitations in utilizing technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR LPN Panampung Bukittinggi City. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. BPR LPN Panampung Bukittinggi City. The research results found that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a joint influence of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. Direct observation of D'sruput MSME operations can provide an understanding of production processes, stock management, marketing strategies, and interactions with customers. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.
