Abstract

Teenagers are part of the society who have duties and responsibilities of their life, such as, follow the lesson in the school that called learning activities or school in common term. A failure occurs caused by unmaturity of the teenagers emotion. Unstable emotion caused by the difficulties to concentrate and affect to the learning achievement, meanwhile, the learning process is needed to absorb the materials learned for be raised again some times. Physical education, sport and health given because it have comprehensive goals include physical aspect, cognitive, affective, emotional, social and moral. Physical education is a process of interaction between students and the environment which managed through the systematic physical activity to perform whole human being, developing physical aspect, psychomotor, cognitive and affective. The maturity of emotion include: being realistic, accept ourselves and other what it is, well adjustment,be able to resolve an issues in objective ways, not depend on the others, concern with ethical values and morals, having empathy, sense of humor, have creativities and like a challanges. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta saat Pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan pengambilan data menggunakan aplikasi google form. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga angkatan 2016-2019. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan maka dihasilkan sampel dengan jumlah 425 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Simpulan penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga UNY saat pandemi Covid-19 pada kategori sangat tinggi terdapat 33 mahasiswa (7,76%), kategori tinggi terdapat 79 mahasiswa (18,59%), kategori cukup terdapat 126 mahasiswa (29,65%), kategori rendah terdapat 89 mahasiswa (20,94), dan kategori sangat rendah terdapat 98 mahasiswa (23,06%). Clean and healthy life behavior of Yogyakarta State University sports education students during the Covid-19 pandemic AbstractThis study aims to analyze the level of clean and healthy living habits of students majoring in Sports Education, Yogyakarta State University during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is a survey with quantitative descriptive research type. The instrument used was a questionnaire and data collection using the google form application. The study population was students of the Department of Sports Education, class 2016-2019. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. Based on the specified criteria, a sample of 425 students was generated. Data analysis techniques using percentages. The conclusion of this study stated that the clean and healthy lifestyle of the students of the Department of Sports Education at YSU during the Covid-19 pandemic in the very high category there were 33 students (7.76%), in the high category there were 79 students (18.59%), there were 126 sufficient categories. students (29.65%), in the low category there were 89 students (20.94), and in the very low category, there were 98 students (23.06%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and leg length to the results of straddle-style high jumping at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students. This type of research is correlation. Population and sample in this study were all students of class X IPS 2, 25 people and the sample of 15 students. The instruments of this study include the leg muscle explosive test that is vertical jump, leg length test using a meter and straddle style high jump test. The data analysis technique is the correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power (X1) and high jumping straddle force results in 6 Pekanbaru (Y) High School (Y) students, where rcount = 0.53 At significant level 5% is found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount rtable or 0.53 0.514. There is a contribution of leg length (X2) and straddle force high jump results in 6 Pekanbaru (Y) High School students, which is found to be r = 0.53 At a significant level of 5% found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount rtable or 0, 530.514. There is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power (X1) and leg length (X2) with the high jumping result of straddle force in high school 6 Pekanbaru (Y) high school students, which is found to be counted = 0.699 At a significant level of 5% found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount r table or 0.699 0.514 in the strong category. Kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddel pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru   AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini ialah korelasi. Populasi serta sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS 2 yaitu 25 orang serta sampelnya siswa putra yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrument penelitian ini antara lain tes daya ledak otot tungkai yaitu vertical jump, tes panjang tungkai menggunakan meteran dan tes lompat tinggi gaya straddle. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu uji nilai korelasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai (X1) dan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru (Y), di mana di dapati rhitung = 0,53 Pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung rtabel atau 0,53 0,514. Terdapat kontribusi panjang tungkai (X2) dan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 pekanbaru (Y), dimana di dapati rhitung = 0,53 pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung rtabel atau 0,53 0,514. Terdapat kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai (X1) dan panjang tungkai (X2) dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru (Y), dimana di dapati rhitung = 0,699 pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung rtabel atau 0,699 0,514 dalam kategori kuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, melalui kegiatan pengembangan model mata kuliah Kepramukaan dan ALK mahasiswa di dalam Prodi PJKR, para dosen, budayawan, penggiat seni untuk meningkatkan rasa (toleransi) melalui apresiasi, memahami karya diri, teman maupun orang lain dalam menjaga eksistensi terhadap Seni Budaya dan kearifan lokal masyarakat sekitar khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development. Tempat penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti yakni di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang berlokasi di Jalan Colombo No. 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Perolehan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada kategori budaya yaitu Topo Bisu Lampah Keraton sejumlah 585. Sedangkan nilai terendah ada pada kegiatan kebudayaan juga yaitu upacara Bekakak yang berada di wilayah Gamping, Kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta sejumlah 414. Rata-rata yang diperoleh dari beberapa hasil perhitungan nilai dari angket tersebut yaitu 539,5.Pembelajaran berbasis Seni, budaya dan Kearifan lokal perlu dilakukan sebagai sarana meningkatkan kompetensi maupun capaian pembelajaran mata Kuliah Kepramukaan dan ALK agarpembelajaran terkesan tidak monoton dari waktu ke waktu  dengan cara melibatkan mahasiswa, para dosen, budayawan, penggiat sendalam menjaga eksistensi terhadap Seni Budaya dan kearifan lokal masyarakat sekitar khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dapat dilakukan di lingkungan kampus FIK UNY.   DEVELOPMENT OF COURSE MODELS AND OUTSIDE CLASS ACTIVITIES BASED ON CULTURAL ARTS AND LOCAL WISDOM AbstractThis research aims, through the development of student scouting and ALK models in the PJKR Study Program, lecturers, cultural observers, and art activists to increase tolerance through appreciation, understanding the work of themselves, friends, and others in maintaining the existence of cultural arts and local wisdom of the surrounding community, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research design used in this research is research and development. The place for research and development carried out by researchers in the Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University, located at Jalan Colombo No.1 Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The highest score was in the cultural category, namely Topo Bisu Lampah Keraton, amounting to 585. While the lowest score was in cultural activities as well, namely the Bekakak ceremony in the Gamping area, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta with a total of 414. the result of the calculation of the value of the questionnaire is 539.5. Learning based on art, culture and local wisdom needs to be done as a means of increasing competence and learning outcomes in Scouting and ALK courses so that learning does not seem monotonous from time to time by involving students, lecturers, cultural observers, activists in maintaining the existence of cultural arts and local wisdom. The surrounding community, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, can be done in the FIK UNY campus environment.
