Abstract

This study aims to determine customer interest in easy wadiah savings and what factors influence customer interest in easy wadiah savings product at the Indonesia Islamic Bank (BSI) KCP Medan Marelan Raya. Wadiah savings are types of deposits from customers who require fund deposit services with a level of flexibility in withdrawing these funds. The data obtained in this study is the number of customers who are interested in opening wadiah savings at BSI in 2021 to 2022. Data analysis and discussion is by using descriptive methods by sistematically describing certain facts or characteristics carefully and thoroughly. While data collection using two days, namely interviewers and observations.

Abstract

This research was based on the lack of public interest in saving gold at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Tomang Elok. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the reasons for the lack of public interest in saving gold at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Tomang Elok. The design is field research. Data collection was carried out by field observations and literature review. The data were analyzed through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the public's interest in saving gold at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Tomang Elok was still lacking. This is due to the lack of socialization to the community so that there is a lack of knowledge about the financing of gold installments which is very profitable, the community's economy is inadequate, the distance between the company and community settlements is far, besides this research also explains the investment opportunities contained in this product, namely the need customers, the benefits that come from investing in gold, the ease of buying and selling gold precious metals, rising gold prices that continue to improve with low competition. Those are some of the reasons why people are interested in taking the Gold Installment financing product at BSI KCP Medan Tomang Elok as a promising long-term investment.

Abstract

Advances in technology today make it easy for all transactions. In fact, banking institutions such as Bank Syariah Indonesia are currently looking at the website as a means to apply online transaction reservations. Manual transactions are starting to be abandoned because they are considered less effective at this time. Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Medan Tomang Elok has implemented an easy reservation method through the official digital web of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Digital transaction reservations are also considered easier for people of all ages to use. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine customer assessment of the manual to digital reservation method at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Medan Tomang Elok. (2) Knowing the level of convenience in using the official digital web of Bank Syariah Indonesia by customers. To obtain these data, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The data obtained from the research method was processed using qualitative descriptive analysis as the result of the research. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Medan Tomang Elok has implemented the latest innovations to facilitate all customer transactions, so that transactions become faster and more efficient and minimize errors in manual data entry by customers..

Abstract

This study differs from the concept of the importance of education for each individual. In education, many economic factors do not support the citizens. Therefore, the government established an official body tasked with the welfare of the poor, namely Baznas. Not only in the field of education, Baznas must channel its funds effectively to mustahik (zakat recipients). The purpose of this study is to determine whether the distribution of zakat funds at Baznas Labuhanbatu has been effective. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is a non-structural government agency that manages zakat in the Labuhanbatu Regency area. This study uses a qualitative method. The qualitative method uses a descriptive approach. Based on the data presentation and data analysis, it can be concluded that the distribution of Zakat funds, at Baznas Kab. Labuhanbatu is carried out in two ways, namely active service (direct distribution) and passive service (indirect distribution). The effectiveness of the zakat fund distribution program at Baznas Labuhanbatu in its distribution can be said to be effective because it has fulfilled all the elements/benchmarks of effectiveness.

Abstract

This study describes the role of BPRS in the development and strengthening of the community's economy. The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine the role of BPRS in developing MSMEs in Palopo City and to determine the impact felt by MSME actors in Sidamanik in the BPRS empowerment program. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengetahuan generasi z, persepsi, dan fasilitas perbankan syariah terhadap preferensi pada bank syariah dengan sikap sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang berasal dari sampel yaitu generasi z yang ada di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sumatera Utara yang beralamat di Jl. William Iskandar Ps. V, Medan Estate, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling terhadap 99 orang responden. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa 1) variabel pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap variabel preferensi. 2) variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap preferensi, 3) variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi, 4) variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel sikap, 5) variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap sikap, 6) variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel sikap, 7) variabel preferensi berpengaruh terhadap sikap, 8) variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap melalui preferensi, 9) variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap variabel sikap melalui variabel preferensi, 10) variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap melalui variabel preferensi

Abstract

With religiosity as a moderating variable for Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in North Padang Lawas Regency, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia and the quality of m-banking services and products. This study uses quantitative techniques with important information obtained from a survey of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis . The findings show that customer satisfaction is partially influenced by the quality of m-banking products and services, that these two factors simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and that religiosity is able to moderate the impact of these two factors on customer satisfaction. The findings of this study could have an important impact on promoting mobile banking to the general public and increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethics, workplace stress, and work-life balance, as well as the mediating role of employee loyalty, and employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Katamso Medan. The methodology used here is a quantitative form of survey research. For the study, researchers used a saturated sample size of 56 participants. The methodology for testing this research model uses path analysis. Employee performance was found to be positively influenced by work-life balance, positively influenced by job satisfaction, positively influenced by work stress, positively influenced by Islamic work ethics, positively influenced by work stress, positively influenced by job satisfaction, positively influenced by work-life balance, and positively influenced by Islamic work ethics. Job satisfaction does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and productivity, nor does it moderate the impact of stress on productivity, but moderates the impact of Islamic work ethics on productivity. Employee output; Islamic work ethics significantly increase worker happiness.

Abstract

Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, trust, location, income, and public views related to profit sharing in saving at Islamic banks. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative. Sampling techniques are simple random sampling and questionnaires. The results showed that financial literacy and location did not affect the interest in saving at Sharia Banks in the people of Perbaungan District. Trust, income and perception of profit sharing have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Sharia Banks in the people of Perbaungan District. The need to expand the arrangement of data on Islamic banks such as sharia principles and products/goods in Islamic banks, so that interest in saving at Islamic banks will increase.
