Abstract

Sales volume is the final result achieved by the company from product sales made by the sales department. Sales volume is calculated based on the assumed target with the realization achieved. Sales volume does not separate in cash or credit, but is calculated as a whole from the total achieved. So if the sales volume increases and distribution costs decrease, the company's profit achievement level increases. On the other hand, if the sales volume decreases, the company's profit will decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of brand, product quality and price on sales volume. This research was conducted at the Samana Mart Store. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, with a sampling technique to 94 consumers. Data analysis used research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and significance test with t test. The results show that the brand has a significant effect on sales volume where the more famous the brand at the Samana Mart Store, the higher the sales volume. The results of the second study, product quality has a significant effect on sales volume, the better the quality of the products owned by the Samana Mart Store, the higher the sales volume. Furthermore, the final result, price has a significant effect on volume, so it can be said that the higher the price, the more competitive the prices offered by Samana Mart Stores, the higher the sales volume.

Abstract

As a microfinance institution, the LPD, which is finance belonging to the village of Pakraman, aims to collect funds from the community to be further channeled back to the community. Seeing the critical role of the LPD as a micro institution in Bali, the LPD institution with traditional villages, and the government's desire to develop LPD in Bali, the existence of the LPD needs to be maintained and maintained. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of managing Non Performing Loans (NPL) in LPd Desa Adat Penglatan through the Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Earning Asset Quality (KAP) and Costs. Operating Operating Income (BOPO). This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of the Penglatan Traditional Village. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This study used a population and 36 months or three-year samples using the purposive sampling technique. The collection technique uses an observation process on financial statement data. The techniques used in analyzing the data are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test Analysis, F-Test Analysis (F-Test), Determination Analysis, and T-Test Analysis (T-Test). The results of this study explain that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant negative effect on Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Earning Assets Quality (KAP), and Operating Income Operating Costs (BOPO) have a significant influence for Non-Performing Loans (NPL).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Samana Mart. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dengan alat ukur skala likert, dimana responden yang dipilih adalah 100 konsumen Samana Mart. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Regresi Linier Berganda yang dikenal dengan SPSS Statistics. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diskon, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil (4,354) dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (1,660). Kualitas produk berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil t hitung (0,641) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,661). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil t hitung (1,795) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,661). Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil t hitung (3,491) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,661)

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is an epidemic that has spread to various continents and countries. Since March 2nd, 2020, the name Indonesia has been included in the country affected by the corona virus. Not only is it detrimental on the health side, this pandemic has greatly impacted the economy in Indonesia, especially in Seririt District, especially in Sulanyah Village, most of the people who are involved in the business sector, one of which is through micro, small and medium enterprises, suffered losses. In this case, it is hoped that the role of the government will participate in helping the development of these micro, small and medium enterprises. One of the government programs to assist business actors is by providing social assistance through the micro, small and medium enterprises Direct Cash Assistance program in the form of Micro Business Productive Assistance. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to collect facts and circumstances properly through interviews. The interviews conducted in this study were intended for business actors affected by Covid-19 and recipients of assistance. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of assistance provided by the government is very helpful in maintaining and developing businesses for beneficiaries. With this assistance, sales turnover, goods production, and business actors' profits have increased.

Abstract

The industrial revolution makes a person have to think critically and creatively with implementation through entrepreneurship, namely in the form of micro, small and medium enterprises which until now have become one of the potential and promising business opportunities. Development of micro, small and medium enterprises will increase business competition, such as UD Toya Mertaada, which is located in Sari Mekar Village, must implement a business strategy so that the business being run has a competitive advantage. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to collect facts and circumstances properly through interviews. The interview technique used is an unstructured interview which freely asks various questions to the informant. Interviews were conducted with business owners, employees, and several consumers. The results obtained based on the SWOT analysis show that UD Toya Mertaada is in Quadrant I. This indicates that UD Toya Mertaada has great opportunities and strengths so that they can take advantage of existing opportunities. It can be concluded that the strategy implemented is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy), with the implementation of this strategy UD Toya Mertaada can maximize its strengths to take the opportunities that exist so that it can compete with other businesses, and it is even possible to win the business competition.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, beban kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawa pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 pegawai Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini SPSS Versi 21.0 for windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerjai pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng.
