Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of banking risk (RAR), bank deposits (DAR), profitability (ROA), asset quality (AQR), liquidity, and bank size (SIZE) on the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), using 20 conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020 with purposive sampling method. The data in this research were processed using software Eviews v12.0. The results of research that have been conducted regarding the partial significance test show that RAR, DAR, and ROA have a significant effect on the CAR, while AQR, LAR, and SIZE have no significant effect on the CAR. Simultaneously in this research RAR, DAR, ROA, AQR, LAR, and SIZE have a significant effect on the CAR.

Abstract

This research aims at how the effect of Capital Structure, Total Asset Turn Over, Liquidity, Cash Conversion Circle and Firm Size on Financial Performance in consumption industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method and the valid data were 32 companies. The data processing technique uses descriptive-inferential analysis of panel data assisted by the EViews (Econometric Views) 9 Series program and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of this study indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) have a significant negative effect on Financial Performance, while the variables Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Firm Size (SIZE) have no effect on Financial Performance. The implication of this research is the need for improvement in managing assets and capital to maintain the viability of the company and maximize financial performance and attract investors to the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence whether leverage has a negative impact on profitability, whether liquidity has a negative impact on profitability, and whether sales growth has a positive impact on profitability. The population is all manufacturing companies consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2019 period. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. The data is processed using EVIEWS. Research on 111 data shows that leverage has a negative impact on profitability, liquidity does not have a negative impact on profitability, and sales growth does not have a positive impact on profitability. Abstract

The research is aimed to obtain empirical evidence whether profitability, leverage, and firm size have an effect on firm value. Non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2019 period are used as the population. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. The sample obtained is as many as 85 companies. The data is processed using EVIEWS. This research finds that profitability has no negative effect on firm value, leverage has a positive effect on firm value, and firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically prove the effect of the variable human capital efficiency (HCE), structural capital efficiency (SCE), capital employed efficiency (CEE), liquidity, dan firm size to the variable firm performance, using 84 manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Data processing in this research using software program the Eviews version 12.0. The results of the research that have been carried out on the simultaneous test shows that bahwa human capital efficiency, structural capital efficiency, capital employed efficiency, liquidity, dan firm size have a significant simultaneous effect on firm performance, while the partial significance test shows that SCE and liquidity have a significant effect on CAR, but for HCE, CEE, and firm size have no significant effect on firm performance.

Abstract

This aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of earnings per share, managerial ownership, firm age and debt to equity ratio on firm value in non-financial companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sample was obtained based on the purposive sampling method and the final data used in this study found 135 non-financial companies. The data processing technique used multiple regression analysis assisted by Econometric Views 9. The results showed that the variables of earnings per share, managerial ownership and debt to equity ratio had no significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the firm age variable has a significant negative effect on firm value. The implication of this research is the need for the role of company management in paying attention to the age of a company as a strategy to be able to maintain and even increase the value of the company in the future.

Abstract

Firm value for the business community, especially investors, is a focus that needs to be considered for investment considerations. This study was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure, firm size, intellectual capital, and profitability on firm value. The sample selection technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The total sample selected was 71 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2020 with a total of 284 observations. The statistical tool used in this study is the Eviews 12 SV software. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital and profitability have a significant effect on firm value, but capital structure and firm size do not have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Firm value is a benchmark for investors to invest their capital in the company. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, financial perfomance, sales growth, and firm size toward firm value. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The total sample is 120 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2019, where each period consists of 40 companies, which are processed using Eviews 12. The results of the model feasibility test indicate that this study uses a random effect model as a panel data regression model. The results of this study based on multiple linear regression analysis stated that intellectual capital and sales growth have an insignificant influence on firm value, and financial perfomance and firm size have a significant influence on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size and sales growth on earnings management of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and data processing using Eviews 9 SV software. In this research, there were 69 companies as samples from 276 companies and were analysed by multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on earnings management, leverage and sales growth have a positive but not significant effect on earnings management, while firm size has a negative but not significant effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to test empirically the influence of leverage, leverage, cash flow, firm size, growth opportunity, and profitability on cash holding of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and data processing using Eviews 12 SV software. In this research, there were 33 companies as samples from 184 companies and were analysed by multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that, cash flow, firm size and profitability have a positive but not significant effect on cash holding, leverage has a negative and significant effect on cash holding, while growth opportunity has a negative but not significant effect on cash holding.
