Abstract

The Indonesian National Army (TNI) in general and the Navy in particular as a national defense tool, according to the government's program, has taken policies, one of which is the Modernization of the KRI. This policy demands balance from the point of view of the KRI maintenance system. Maintenance and repair facilities in Surabaya are based on Kep Kasal Number kep/1059/2016 concerning the Instruction Manual for Ship Platform Material Development within the Indonesian Navy (PU-7.08) regarding the duties and authorities of Fasharkan as an agency and unit for providing maintenance assistance in the field of platforms. The electrical workshop is one of the elements that need to be prepared to welcome the KRI modernization program at the Indonesian Armada II Command Headquarters. In line with the results of the maintenance and repair processes that have not been maximized, it is necessary to measure the physical and mental workload of all electrical workshop personnel so that they are able to solve the problems faced. The measurement results show that technology and personnel factors according to the needs of KRI maintenance are dominant in influencing excessive workload. Physical measurement results require the addition of 1 (one) personnel for each type of job position. Using the NASA TLX approach method produces mental indicators In line with the results of the maintenance and repair processes that have not been maximized, it is necessary to measure the physical and mental workload of all electrical workshop personnel so that they are able to solve the problems faced. Abstract

Republic of Indonesia warship is one of the main elements in the Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) owned by the Indonesian Navy. Republic of Indonesia warship must have combat readiness so that it is always ready to carry out exercises and operations according to its main tasks. Combat readiness can be achieved thanks to good logistical support. The codification information system is an important part of the automation of debriefing at Dopusbektim in providing computerized logistical support. With the codification information system, it is hoped that the user unit will be easier and can shorten the processing time of requests at the depot warehouse. The research objective is the development of existing applications by designing a codified information system application using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods, so that it is expected to solve existing problems. Through interviews and questionnaires obtained 12 attributes. The 12 selected attributes above are then processed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method in the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix so that the highest technical importance value is obtained, namely the integrated technical response with the Codification Subdistribution with a value of 367.7. This technical response is integrated with the Codification Subdistribution which is used as the basis for developing new application designs according to the stages in the SDLC method. The final result of this research is a new codification application system that is integrated with applications in the KRI and applications in the Codification Sub-Office so that it is expected to facilitate input of request data from ships and can shorten the time for requests to receive (PUT) in the provision support process. Keywords: Codification System Application, provision support, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Abstract

To support the readiness of KRI elements operating in the North Natuna sea area, one of them is needed by Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban which functions as a KRI maintenance and repair unit. Capacity building is needed, of course, through appropriate and appropriate strategies. By adopting the technometric method, it is hoped that the technology component with the largest gap between Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban and Fasharkan Surabaya will be obtained. Furthermore, using the SWOT method, a strategy will be formed according to the technology components. Interpretive structure modeling (ISM) method is used to obtain priorities and the relationship between strategies. The results of the analysis show that the Humanware Technology Component has the largest gap value between Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban and Fasharkan Surabaya, with a gap value of 0.1474, while the Technoware component gap is 0.0838, the infoware technology component gap is 0.0125 and the Orgaware technology component gap is 0.0099. The SWOT analysis provides 11 (eleven) development strategies according to the Humanware component, and the ISM method has provided 5 (five) hierarchical levels for these strategies.
