Abstract

Indonesia is a country traversed by the equator therefore get a high intensity of sunlight from morning to afternoon, it can be utilized by utilizing solar power to be converted into electrical energy, that is using solar panels. The performance of solar panels is strongly influenced by the intensity of sunlight. Therefore it is Necessary to design a tool in the form of solar tracker that can move the solar panels to the position of the solar panels can always follow the direction of the coming sun. Currently there is already doing research with solar tracker but limited to move only east and west course, this will be more optimal if solar tracker can follow sunshine from all direction. In this research we managed to modify the models of a solar tracker that can move in direction east, west, north and south following the sun.The conclusion of this research is Obtained with the use of solar tracking system 2 degrees of freedom can reach a power increase of 11% Compared to the solar tracking system 1 degree of freedom. Abstract

Repair and Maintenance facility Jakarta is supporting facility component of Indonesian Naval Fleet which has duties to maintain and repair the ships that location is very strategics in Naval Base I. This is as KRI berth and technical condition preparation before doing the operation. The purpose of this research is to determine alternative strategy and roadmap for developing Fasharkan Jakarta with using TOWS analysis (Treaths Opportunities Weaknesses Strength) and ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling). According to result of TOWS matrix analysis, SO strategy is consisting of eight strategic, four strategic for ST, nine strategic for WO, and four strategic for WT. Based on Weighting by using EFAS and IFAS matrix, WO strategy is as the choosen strategy, as the result WO strategy is become the first alternative. According to the elements clarification results for WO strategy, it gets five levels hierarchy. In this hyrarcy structure can be known that WO8 and WO9 sub strategies are in the level five position, then WO7 sub strategy in the level four strategy. Besides, in the level III is consist of WO5, in the level II is sub strategy WO1, WO3, WO6 and in the level I there are WO2 and WO4 sub strategies. Abstract

To support the readiness of KRI elements operating in the North Natuna sea area, one of them is needed by Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban which functions as a KRI maintenance and repair unit. Capacity building is needed, of course, through appropriate and appropriate strategies. By adopting the technometric method, it is hoped that the technology component with the largest gap between Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban and Fasharkan Surabaya will be obtained. Furthermore, using the SWOT method, a strategy will be formed according to the technology components. Interpretive structure modeling (ISM) method is used to obtain priorities and the relationship between strategies. The results of the analysis show that the Humanware Technology Component has the largest gap value between Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban and Fasharkan Surabaya, with a gap value of 0.1474, while the Technoware component gap is 0.0838, the infoware technology component gap is 0.0125 and the Orgaware technology component gap is 0.0099. The SWOT analysis provides 11 (eleven) development strategies according to the Humanware component, and the ISM method has provided 5 (five) hierarchical levels for these strategies. Abstract

The maintenance and repair facility is one of the organizations within the Indonesian Navy that has the task of carrying out the maintenance and repair of KRI. In carrying out increasingly complex tasks, and the development of marine lift technology, maintenance and repair facilities require technological equipment and professional personnel in their fields. The purpose of this research is to determine alternative strategies to increase the effectiveness of the ability of Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Gray. This research uses the integration of SWOT analysis which is used to formulate and provide alternatives in the development strategy of the Mentigi Tanjung uban Fasharkan. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, in order to increase the effectiveness of the ability of the Tanjung Uban Mentigi Fasharkan to support the main duties of the Indonesian Navy, according to the SWOT method shows that the effectiveness strategy of fasharkan's ability lies in quadrant II with coordinates (0.38; 0.32) which indicates the SO strategy, namely the ability of the Mentigi Tanjung Uban Fasharkan to use optimal strength by taking advantage of existing opportunities, with alternative strategies The first is (1) the readiness of fasharkan to increase the effectiveness of the Mentigi Tanjung Uban Fasharkan capability which is supported by the Indonesian Navy policy and the Fasharkan operational strategy; and (2) the readiness of personnel supported by the development and training of personnel capabilities namely the ability of Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban to use optimal strength by taking advantage of existing opportunities, with the first alternative strategy being (1) Fasharkan readiness to increase the effectiveness of the Tanjung Uban Mentigi Fasharkan ability which is supported by the Indonesian Navy policy and Fasharkan's operational strategy; and (2) the readiness of personnel supported by the development and training of personnel capabilities namely the ability of Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Uban to use optimal strength by taking advantage of existing opportunities, with the first alternative strategy being (1) Fasharkan readiness to increase the effectiveness of the Tanjung Uban Mentigi Fasharkan ability which is supported by the Indonesian Navy policy and Fasharkan's operational strategy; and (2) the readiness of personnel supported by the development and training of personnel capabilities Keywords : Fasharkan Mentigi Tanjung Pinang, SWOT
