Employee engagement can be influenced by the leader's style in leading the organization and the culture or values that the organization believes in. This research will explore how transformational leadership style and organizational culture affect employee engagement. The focus is on the values believed and applied in the organization and how these factors contribute to the level of employee engagement at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and collected data from 62 respondents in the crewing division and fleedsupport division. Statistical data analysis used multiple linear regression and showed that transformational leadership style and organizational culture significantly affect employee engagement. The results revealed that an effective combination of transformational leadership style and supportive organizational culture can produce a work environment that motivates and encourages employee development, and increases their level of engagement at work. Practical implications can provide insight for organizations to develop effective strategies so that employee engagement in the organization can increase.
