Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, dan informational injustice terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) baik secara personal maupun organisasi dengan menambahkan negative affectivity sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 138 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dengan SPSS 17.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, dan informational injustice tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap CWB-P maupun CWB-O. Sedangkan negative affectivity memoderasi work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, dan informational injustice terhadap CWB-P dan CWB-O. Hubungan antara work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, dan informational injustice terhadap CWB-P dan CWB-O lebih kuat pada individu dengan tingkat negative affectivity tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu dengan negative affectivity rendah.

Abstract

This study investigates how the Theory of Planned Behavior determines the customer intention to use the freemium paid version of online apps and games. Data were collected using an online questionnaire which is distributed to 189 students at several universities in Indonesia. Data were then analysed using structural equation modelling by Amos. The results show that the subjective norm has a positive effect on perceived behavioral control and attitude. Perceived behavioral control has a positive effect on intention. In addition, attitude did not have a significant effect on intention to use the freemium paid version of online apps and games. Keywords: Freemium; Game Online; Intention; Theory Planned Behavior

Abstract

This study examines how the Theory of Planned Behavior and perceived risk can affect the intention to switch users of free versions of freemium online applications and games to use paid versions of freemium online applications and games. Data was collected using an online questionnaire which was distributed to 226 students at several universities in Indonesia. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Amos. The results showed that attitude proved to have a positive effect on intention. Subjective norms proved to have a positive effect on perceived behavioral control and attitudes. Perceived behavioral control has a positive effect on attitudes and intentions. Subjective norms were not shown to have a negative effect on intentions. Perceived performance risk does not affect attitudes and intentions to use freemium paid versions of online applications and games.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji  pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dalam pengumpulan datanya. Kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 165 kepada karyawan pada perusahaan Veneer dan Plywood di daerah Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode non-probabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Keadilan Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis study examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational justice on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative by using survey methods in data collection. 165 questionnaires were distributed to employees at Veneer and Plywood companies in the Kendal Regency area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a non-probability method. The results showed that transformational leadership did not have a positive effect on employee performance and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Justice, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine Customer Delight, romanticism towards brand love of body care products. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were users of body care products in the city of Semarang. Data was collected using an online questionnaire through a goggle form which was distributed to 150 respondents for one month. Data analysis used regression analysis from SPSS. The results show that Customer Delight, romanticism has a positive effect on brand love of body care products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Technology Acceptence Model dan risiko persepsian pada niat beralih penguna aplikasi dan permainan daring freemium versi gratis ke versi berbayar. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi dan permainan daring freemium versi gratis. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling ditemukan bahwa kegunaan persepsian berpengaruh positif pada sikap, kemudahan penggunaan persepsian tidak berpengaruh positif pada sikap. Sedangkan, risiko finansial persepsian tidak berpengaruh positif pada sikap, risiko kinerja persepsian berpengaruh positif pada sikap, dan sikap berpengaruh positif pada niat beralih menggunakan aplikasi dan permainan daring freemium versi berbayar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the intention to buy halal cosmetic products by young consumers. Quantitative methods were used in this study and data were measured using a Likert scale. Sampling using purposive sampling method with sample criteria and obtained a sample of 170 people. The results showed that the Adjusted R Square value was 0.695 and the calculated F value was 129.180 with a significance level of less than 5%. In conclusion, attitude and behavioral control have a significant positive effect on purchase intention, while subjective norms have no significant positive effect on purchase intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra merek, nilai, harga dan kepercayaan terhadap niat pembelian menggunakan aplikasi ShopeeFood di Kota Semarang pasca COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Semarang yang menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui google formulir dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang digunakan jenis kelamin, usia, pekerjaan dan pendapatan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data terdapat 139 responden yang terlibat dalam mengisi kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi disimpulkan bahwa citra merek, nilai, harga dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat pembelian pasca covid-19.

Abstract

Research examines the effect of customer delight, and self-identification on loyalty through the mediating role of brand love. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of users of body care products. Data collection used an online survey method with a total of 197 respondents. The results of the analysis using SEM Amos have shown that consumer pleasure has no positive effect on brand love. Brand love has no positive effect on loyalty, customer social identification has a positive effect on love and loyalty. Furthermore, consumer pleasure has a positive effect on loyalty. Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana perilaku pelanggan kasar berdampak stres hingga pengunduran diri karyawan garis depan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang disebarkan kepada 162 karyawan garis depan di beberapa usaha atau toko di Semarang. Penelitian ini akan menguji validitas metode Partial Least Square (PPLS). Menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SSEM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa perilaku pelanggan kasar berdampak stres hingga mengakibatkan pengunduran diri pada karyawan garis depan.
