Abstract

The fact that human resources (employee) often dominant and play an active role in organization activities is the reason why this study needs to be done. Along with the development of science and knowledge more advanced then the companies are expected to be able to make its employees more skilled and trained in doing its job. One effort that can be done to improve the performance of the company’s employees of such companies is to conduct employee training. This research uses the sampling method sampling with nonprobability saturated, while the techniques of data collection are done by doing a spread of questionnaires to the 110 respondents, The data analysis method in this research tests for assumptions of classical, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis test, and regression analysis. The result obtained in this study that the training provided at PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi to employees classified as good or high, performance in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi is also good. Based on the research tha has been done, the regression equation is Y +43.163 + 0.392X. results of the study stated that in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi job training and the performance of the employees have a positive relationship of 0.396 and training work affect the performance of the employees of 15.7% and 84,3% explained by other factors by the salary, work environment, organizational culture, leadership and motivation.

Abstract

This study assesses the effect quality of the website Tokopedia using WebQual 4.0 on repeat usage of website services (study on tokopedia website users). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tokopedia website quality on repeat usage which context is e-commerce. Tokopedia growth until the end of 2016 made them as a refresher in C-to-C Commerce which has the modern services that gather buyers and sellers without face to face interaction so website platform of tokopedia has important role in tokopedia business activity. The research method using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. Method for data analysis are using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Sample on this research are 200 respondents which is users of tokopedia. Based on the results of data, website quality is in good category and repeat usage is in fair category. The conclusion of this research is there is influence of website quality on repeat usage is equal to 40,6%. Penelitian ini menilai pengaruh kualitas website Tokopedia dengan metode Webqual 4.0 terhadap repeat usage layanan website (studi pengguna website Tokopedia). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas website Tokopedia terhadap penggunaan kembali website dalam konteks e-commerce. Pertumbuhan Tokopedia hingga akhir tahun 2016 membuat perusahaan tersebut sebagai penyegar di ranah bisnis C-to-C Commerce yaitu layanan modern tersebut mempertemukan pembeli dan penjual tanpa bertatap muka sehingga pentingnya platform website sebagai pemegang peran penting dalam kegiatan bisnis Tokopedia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden yang seluruhnya adalah pengguna website Tokopedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas website pada kategori baik dan penggunaan kembali dalam kategori cukup. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh kualitas website terhadap penggunaan kembali sebesar 40,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Authentic Leadership (AL) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) also to analyze the relationship of these variables in Hypermart Bandung. This study consists of 4 dimension of AL (self awareness, relational transparency, internalized moral perspective, and balance processing) and 5 dimensions of OCB (altruism, civic virtue, conscientiousness, courtesy and sportsmanship). Research using linear regression and descriptive statistics. Data collection used questionnaire given to 150 employees of Hypermart Bandung. The results of this study indicate that the role of AL of the leader in Hypermart resulted in good category. Similarly, OCB on employees resulted in good category. It is also known that AL has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The level of AL influence on OCB is 23.7%, while 76.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Authentic Leadership (AL) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Behavior (OCB) juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel-variabel ini di Hypermart Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 dimensi AL (kesadaran diri, transparansi relasional, perspektif moral yang diinternalisasi, dan pemrosesan keseimbangan) dan 5 dimensi OCB (altruisme, kebajikan kewarganegaraan, perhatian, sopan santun dan sportivitas). Penelitian menggunakan regresi linier dan statistik deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 150 karyawan Hypermart Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran AL pimpinan Hypermart termasuk dalam kategori baik. Demikian pula, OCB pada karyawan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Juga diketahui bahwa AL memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Tingkat pengaruh AL terhadap OCB adalah 23,7%, sedangkan 76,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is the key to the success of every company, especially in business to business (B2B) markets where the company has a long-term orientation business. Due to the importance of maintaining the quality of service to create customer loyalty, this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty on business to business. This research uses 117 business to business customers as respondents. The results of this study illustrate that service quality has an effect of 54,6% on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second women killer in the world includes Indonesia. The number of cases of cervical cancer increased in city of Yogyakarta. Screening programs have not rum optimally so that the screening coverage is low and often the patients come in the last stage. Female sex workers (FSW) are one of the groups who are most vulnerable and at high risk of cervical cancer as well as a reservoir of HPV. The participant of FSW in cervical cancer screening is still low. This study aimed to analyze the determinant associated with female sex workers participation in cervical cancer screening. The design of this study was an observational study using correlative analysis. The subject was FSW who practice in Komplek Pasar Kembang Yogyakarta. Univariable analysis performed with the frequency distribution, bivariable analysis with Chi-square and multivariable analysis with logistic regression with significantly p-value <0.05. the result analysis using Chi-square showed that age was associated with cervical cancer screening participation (p =0,006) education was not associated with cervical cancer screening respondent had primary education, duration of work as FSW was associated with cervical cancer screening participation (p=0.000), knowledge was associated with participation in cervical cancer screening(p=0.010) and 40% of respondent knowledgeable were low, attitude was not related to participation in cervical cancer screening (p=0.164) and 47% of respondent had negative attitude. The result simultaneous analysis showed that knowledge was the most dominant determinant with the prevalence ratio was 3.67 (p< 0.05). this study suggests that sociodemographic (age and duration work as FSW) and knowledge were significantly associated with the participation in cervical cancer screening.

Abstract

In Indonesia by 2007, Telkomsel launched TCash as the pioneer of mobile payment service provider. In the next year Indosat launched Dompetku and XL also offered the same service which is XL Tunai in 2012. The interesting part start when GoPay as the newcomer in mobile payment services had the same number of users with TCash. The great market value and the large number of players in the mobile payment business require service providers to understand and capture what consumers really need. Therefore, a model is developed which can represent post-consumer behavior using mobile payment services. This research used a set of questionnaire and valid data gathered from 200 samples from Bandung, Indonesia. We analyzed the data by Partial Least Square. The result shows that the model has a strong predictive power for measuring consumer behavior towards the use of mobile payment and all the hypotheses were accepted.
