Abstract

Penelitian ini di tujukan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams game tournament (TGT) dengan simulasi media monopoli pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi pokok monopoli kelas XI IIS I SMA IPIEMS surabaya di laksanakan dua sikus yakni siklus I dan siklus II. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah menggunakan rancangan PTK yang berusaha memecahkan atau menjawabpermasalahan yang dihadapi pada situasi yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pembelajaran yang di lakukan dengan model pembelajaran kooperartif tipe teams games tournament pada kelas XI IIS SMA IPIEMS mengalamami peningkatan. Rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 34,1% dan pada siklus kedua meningkat sebesar 86,7%Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Teams Game Tournament (TGT) dengan Media Permainan Monopoli dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan lebih efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Materi Pokok Pasar Modal Kelas XI IIS I SMA IPIEMS Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of social media and entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Pemuda students both partially and simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample used was 100 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the use of social media and entrepreneurial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Pemuda Surabaya students. Simultaneously that the use of social media and entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Pemuda Surabaya students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist facilities and service quality partially on customer satisfaction for travel services C.V Gass Adventure, Sidoarjo. As well as to find out between the Tourism Facilities and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction of C.V Gass Adventure Travel Services, Sidoarjo. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a sampling technique on 100 customers who are or have used C.V Gass Adventure travel services, Sidoarjo. The results of this study indicate that tourist facilities (X1) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.02 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05. Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.04 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine appropriate investment decisions for infrastructure companies listed on the IDX in 2018–2022, based on intrinsic value calculations using the P/E Ratio (PER) approach. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, using the company's annual financial report data in calculating the company's intrinsic value. This study analyzes ten company stocks, including IPCM, LINK, NRCA, PBSA, POWR, TBIG, TLKM, TOTL, TOWR, and WEGE. The results of this research show that all shares of infrastructure companies selected as research objects are declared undervalued, so buying or increasing the ownership portion of these shares is the right investment decision.
