Abstract

The Community Service Program was carried out in Pamotan Village, Pamotan sub-district, Rembang Regency with partners from the Hanoman Makmur Group and Rizki Jamur. Pamotan Village is one of the villages in Rembang Regency where several of its residents have traditional oyster mushroom businesses and cultivation and need to get attention as well as assistance. The purpose of this program is to increase the income of the Hanoman Makmur Group and Rizki Jamur. The methodology used is counseling, entrepreneurship management training and practice in making baglogs, and business assistance. The results of this community service program include: 1) the formation of the Mushroom Pamot community which is a communication forum for mushroom farmers; 2) mushroom farmers are able to create mushroom baglog (media) independently; 3) has promotional media such as: brochures, product packaging, banners, blogs and business cards that are used as marketing media; 4) have an orderly and good record keeping.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of owner education, business scale, company age and accounting training on the use of accounting information. This research use survey method by using sample of Small Medium Enterprises (UKM) which is in Rembang Regency, sampling in this research is using cluster sampling with obtained research sample counted 120 UKM. 60 UKM from district around Rembang city, and 60 UKM others from district far from Rembang city. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis show that owner education have positive effect to accounting information, business scale have no significant effect to accounting information, firm age have positive effect to accounting information, accountancy training have positive effect to accounting information.

Abstract

The development of tourism in an area brings the impact of benefits to society economically and socially and culturally. Rembang Regency has many attractions including attractions Dampo Awang Beach. It takes a proper strategy in influencing tourists interest to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that conducts assessment on alternative strategy of planning and development of Dampo Awang Beach attraction based on internal and external factor analysis. Population in this research is visitor of Dampo Awang Beach tourism object with research method with SWOT analysis approach. The results of this study are internal and external factors affect the level of visits on the attraction of Dampo Awang Beach is very large. SWOT analysis is a planning and development strategy that can be applied to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach

Abstract

One of the main issues faced by community salt farmers in the coastal area of Rembang Regency is the low level of welfare of community salt farmers due to the low level of income of the people of salt farmers. The low level of productivity, land ownership, work experience, education, marketing and capital are the main factors that can result in low levels of income for the salt farmers to improve their welfare.This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The population in this study included all community salt farmers in the coastal area of Rembang Regency. According to records from the 2015 Marine and Fisheries Service Office, there were 1,240 salt farmers. The sampling technique in this study used cluster sampling. The results of this study are for variables Productivity, Land Area and Education Level of salt farmer owners have a significant positive effect. Where as for the variables of Marketing, Capital and Working Experience there is no significant positive effect.

Abstract

Pulo Village also has great potential as a producer of superior regional products in Rembang Regency in the form of tempe products. The main obstacle faced by tempe producers is that the price of soybeans as the main raw material tends to continue to increase, they do not have the knowledge and ideas to further develop their business, namely the development of innovative products for processed snacks based on tempe. Other problems that arise from tempe craftsmen include problems with marketing, technology utilization, human resources problems, business management and financial administration. Product innovation is one of the main solutions to solve production problems. It is hoped that the development of product innovation can overcome the obstacles faced today, namely the decreasing margins obtained due to the increasing price of soybeans. One of the product innovations is in the form of tempeh chips using organic (natural) ingredients. Another advantage obtained from the diversification of the tempe chips product, namely the longer shelf life so that the marketing can be expanded, as well as increasing the number of workers of each tempe craftsman.Keywords: Tempe Chips, Business Management, Product Innovation, Tempe.
