Abstract

This research aims to formulate the performance enhancement model related with thecharacteristic of Batik Tulis Lasem industry. The data used is the primary data taken fromdistributed interviews and questionnaires to the entrepreneurs. Method and processing dataused is Ishikawa diagram, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), The Dream House Model andForce Field Analysis. The research results: 1) Ishikawa Diagram Analysis shows that humanresources factor is the main cause of Batik Tulis Lasem industry problem. 2) Importanceperformance analysis (IPA) shows that there are three indicators of quadrant 1 and sevenindicators of quadrant III should be corrected and becomes the model pillar of performanceenhancement. 3) The dream house model as Batik Tulis Lasem performance enhancement modelhas four main pillars related with the organization management, productivites, product qualitiesand also marketing. 4) The main strategy in enhancing the performance of Batik Tulis Lasem isimproving of organization management, productivities, product qualities and integratedmarketing. The managerial implication as the research result is: 1) Giving training including fourmanagement aspects (management of human resources, production management, financesmanagement and marketing management); 2) The government facilities as the effort to developBatik Tulis Lasem industry.Key words: performance, Ishikawa Diagram, Importance Performance Analysis, The DreamHouse Model, and Force Field Analysis.

Abstract

One of the main issues faced by community salt farmers in the coastal area of Rembang Regency is the low level of welfare of community salt farmers due to the low level of income of the people of salt farmers. The low level of productivity, land ownership, work experience, education, marketing and capital are the main factors that can result in low levels of income for the salt farmers to improve their welfare.This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The population in this study included all community salt farmers in the coastal area of Rembang Regency. According to records from the 2015 Marine and Fisheries Service Office, there were 1,240 salt farmers. The sampling technique in this study used cluster sampling. The results of this study are for variables Productivity, Land Area and Education Level of salt farmer owners have a significant positive effect. Where as for the variables of Marketing, Capital and Working Experience there is no significant positive effect.

Abstract

SMEs Batik Tulis Lasem as a regional product requires serious attention so that it has a competitive advantage, KUB Batik Tulis Lasem currently has a big enough role in product development and marketing for SMEs who are its members. However, program efforts and product development strategies, marketing techniques are still limited and government programs are still not on target. This condition causes Batik Tulis Lasem not having a high competitiveness. The aim of this research is to analyze the value chain of SMEs Batik Tulis Lasem using Value Chain Analysis. The method used is the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) approach combined with SWOT. The results of this study are for the priority of development strategies, it is obtained that KUB must do 1) innovate products, increase product variations 2) implement and optimize online marketing models 3) make attractive product packaging, 4) increase relationships with customers.

Abstract

Performance improvement for both individuals and groups becomes the center of attention in a effort to improve organizational performance both in quantity and quality. This research was conducted on employees of Sluke District, Rembang Regency. The methode used to determine the sample is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, namely examining the entire population of 27 employess. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data processing technique used SPSS 21, the fisrt step is so test the isntrument from the quetionnaire through validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test and determinations test. The result showed that: (1) work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) motivations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize business management through improved financialmanagement in the Kartini Gold Chain Group II in Pasar Banggi village, Rembang Regency. Based oninterviews and analysis of the situation carried out, the problems that can be identified are as follows: 1)Has not been able to manage financial administration optimally, because of limited knowledge andbusiness management that is still simple. 2) Don't have a good financial report 3) Don't have knowledgeabout business management, namely financial management and internal control systems so thatadministrative management is still poor. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offeredare by: 1) Providing knowledge and skills regarding good financial administration governance. 2)Provide knowledge, skills and assistance in preparing good financial reports 3) Provide knowledge, skillsand assistance regarding good business management and internal control. The training is carried outwith the stages of delivery, up to obtaining the target to be achieved, namely 1) Increased knowledge andskills in financial management 2) Increased knowledge and skills in the governance of group financialadministration. 3) Increased knowledge and skills in preparing Financial Statements.
