Abstract

The work way from the lower workers are in fluenced by the upper's leaderhip. The leadership style has impacted which is significant to the attitude of the lower workers. The effectiveness of a leader will be very influenced by the lower characteristic. Where as the work satisfaction on the work way shows the low relation between the work satisfaction and the work way, that will showthe level organisation, the work satisfaction that influenced the productivity and profitability with the lower workers who has less satisfaction.

Abstract

Among the resources that supports the organization is human resources that have a central role. The central role of human resources is due to any shape and purpose made by various organizations for the benefit of human vision and mission execution is managed and taken care of humans, so if an organization wants to be able to achieve its goals by both the organization must be supported by human resources quality.The object of this research was conducted at the District Office employees Gunungpati. The population in this study were employees of the District Office Gunungpati and sampling using census techniques that produce samples totaling 68 employees. The data analysis technique used is the use of multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable (X) against compensation (Y1), there is a positive and significant effect of motivation variables (X2) on employee performance (Y2) and there is a positive and significant effect of  variable compensation (Y1) on employee performance (Y2).

Abstract

In order to reach the organization’s objectives efficiently and effectively, high employee’s performance is needed by the organization. Timeliness or job discipline and communication are factors that influence on employee’s performance. Communication as a complex’pattern, and it’s relationship with human social life community. Individual relationship which is information interchange or the other informal communication was rarely happen, because lack of rellationship and different domicile. The other communication borders was found even any problems’ happen and need own management’s decision to optimalize the function of willingness, complain and employee’s aspiration, motivate the level of discipline, increase of comfortable communication and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of marketing communications and the quality of the products of UMKM in the city of Semarang. This indicates UMKM can not achieve the trust and loyalty of consumers. In general, this study aims to determine the effect of marketing communications and product quality on customer loyalty which the trust as an intervening variable. In particular, this study aims to improve the competitiveness of UMKM.The model used in this study is composed of four variables which at the first stage variable marketing communications and product quality into the independent variable, while the trust becomes the dependent variable. Then in the second stage of marketing communications and product quality as independent variables, the trust as intervening variables, while the variables of loyalty as the dependent variable data collection technique research by spreading questionnaires to consumers of SMEs in Semarang systematically arranged with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. Distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period April-July 2016 with a sample of 145 respondents. Then the data collected through questionnaires test data analyst; validity and reliability, continued with path analysis (Path Analysis), strength test model using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).The research proves that there is a direct positive influence between marketing communications and quality produkk loyalty. The results also proved that trust is a positive intervening between marketing communications and product quality on customer loyalty

Abstract

Organization is built and running among the environment. Organizations cannot control the environment around it, instead organizations should always adaptive to environment change. Thr research goal is to analyze the influence of leadership on job satisfaction in Polsek Kalibanteng, to analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction in Polsek Kalibanteng, and to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on job satisfaction in police Kalibanteng. The research uses explanatory research, population in this study were all police officers of Kalibanteng as many as 86 person. Data analysis tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the determination coefficient. These results is there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction leadership in police officers of Kalibanteng, it is proved from the results of the calculation of t-count (5.458)> t-table (1.663) or sig t (0.000) < 0.05, hence Ho refused and Ha are accepted, there is a significant positive effect of motivation on job satisfaction in police officers Kalibanteng, it is proved from the results of the calculation of t-count (4.283)> t-table (1.663) or sig t (0.000) <0.05, hence Ho refused and Ha ma are accepted, there is a significant positive effect between Leadership and Motivation on job satisfaction in police officers of Kalibanteng, it is known from the calculation of F-count ( 64.023)> F-table (3.107) or sig F (0,000) <5%, hence Ho refused and Ha are accepted and the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.597, which means the variation changes in police officer of Kalibanteng job satisfaction are influenced by Leadership and Motivation for about 59.7%, while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other factors outside the study. So, the leadership and motivation are the dominant factor affecting officers job satisfaction.
