Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 changes the transportation sector from conventional to digital online transportation, there are pros and cons related to the application of online motorcycle taxi transportation which is considered detrimental to base motorcycle taxis, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and trust on the decision to use online transportation services in Purwokerto. This research uses quantitative research, while the type or type of associative research. The sample used in this method is to use a random sample. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire distributed directly to users of Go-Jek transportation services as many as 131 questionnaires. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results of this research indicate that service quality, price and trust influence the decision to use and collectively the variables of service quality, price and trust influence the decision to use.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara is less able to provide proper and accurate information for management, which can affect the profitability of the hospital. The objectives of this study: 1) describe the cost calculations used to determine inpatient service rates in 2019, 2) analysis cost calculations using an activity based costing system in determining the rates for inpatient services at Hj. Anna Lasmanah HospitalThe focus of this research is to calculate the cost of inpatient care and analysis the possibility of implementing an activity-based costing system as an alternative in determining the cost of hospitalization. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Namely by comparing the results of the calculation of inpatient rates for patients with an activity based costing system with inpatient rates determined by the hospital.There are differences in the results of the calculation of inpatient rates for each class between the traditional method and the activity based costing system. This difference results in lower or higher tariffs. The results of the calculation show that the inpatient service tariff using an activity based costing system for VVIP A class is IDR 437,658, VVIP B class IDR 395,674, Class I IDR 378,180, Class II IDR 320,249, Class III IDR 319,374. It can be seen from these results that when compared with conventional methods, the activity based costing system provides higher hospitalization rates for Class I, II and III. The rates are set lower for Class VVIP A and VVIP B. Activity based costing system can provide more precise accuracy because it has made calculations according to the resources consumed by each class

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has an impact on the global economy, one of which is the Indonesian economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors most affected, MSME actors feel that there is a decline in sales due to consumer dissatisfaction caused by sub-optimal marketing communications, commitment to handling complaints that have not been maximized due to constraints on social distancing and quality. product, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of marketing communication, commitment to handling complaints and product quality on customer satisfaction.This research was conducted in the city of Banjarnegara with a sample of 200 respondents, distributing questionnaires with a random method. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistics with quantitative research type, classical assumption test, there are normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests and regression tests, while to test the hypothesis in this study using T and F tests.The results of this study indicate that the variables of marketing communication, commitment to handling complaints and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology has been widely used in daily activities in society, which is indicated by the presence of various information technology facilities developed for the community. The emergence of smartphones is solid evidence of the existence of sophisticated technology as a form of creativity and innovation created by humans in this modern era. The Covid-19 pandemic that started in early 2019 also played a role in the increased use of e-money. Based on the results of a pre-survey of students at three tertiary institutions in Banjarnegara, namely STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara, Banjarnegara Polytechnic, and STIMIK Tunas Bangsa, it was found that only 7% had not used e-money. So, it can be concluded that most Banjarnegara students already use e-money to make payments. This study aims to influence the factors that influence interest in using e-money. This research was conducted in Banjarnegara Regency, and the research sample was 236 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, and the hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that partially, the variables of discounts, ease of use, and transparency have a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. The results simultaneously state that the variables of discounts, ease of use, and transparency significantly affect the choice to use e-money, with an R Square value of 78.1%.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi berupa pengetahuan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM tentang cara meningkatkan pendapatan melalui digital marketing di Desa Sambong, Kecamatan Punggelan, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Masing-masing pelaku UMKM di Desa Sambong selama ini menjual barang dagangannya secara langsung kepada konsumen, terlebih pada saat pandemi Covid-19, mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya di lingkup desa sekitar saja. Sehingga pendapatan mengalami penurunan. Pelaksanaan edukasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM dalam bidang pemasaran produk secara digital guna menaikkan pendapatan sehingga taraf hidup keluarga semakin sejahtera. Peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang cara memanfaatkan handphone sebagai alat berdagang di dunia digital. Mereka didampingi dalam pembuatan akun media sosial serta cara pemasarannya di dunia digital. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, simulasi, dan pendampingan. Peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti setiap sesi yang diberikan.Kata kunci: edukasi digital marketing, pelaku UMKM, peningkatan pendapatan

Abstract

Perencanaan bisnis yang tepat sangat diperlukan mulai dari pemasaran, pembukuan, branding, serta bagaimana cara menciptakan dan mengupgrade produk agar menjadi kreatif dan inovatif. Konsistensi menjadi sentuhan terakhir yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu salah satu upaya untuk turut serta dalam meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pelaku UMKM adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan Manajemen Usaha Kecil atau MUK bagi UMKM. Maksud dilakukannya pelatihan ini adalah untuk turut serta memotivasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di bidang manajemen usaha dan menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan peserta mengenai beberapa strategi yang bisa dilakukan pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan usahanya. Secara keseluruhan peserta dapat berpartisipasi dengan baik dengan tingkat kehadiran 100% dan juga sungguh-sungguh dalam menyimak materi yang disampaikan. Serta dapat memberikan pendapat dan pertanyaan selama jalannya pelatihan. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan mampu berkompeten dalam mengelola dan mengatur berkembangnya usaha di masa sekarang terlebih dan yang akan datang agar dapat naik kelas. Naik dan turunnya suatu usaha tergantung pada keputusan yang dibuat, sehingga dapat beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang ada pada saat ini.
