Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses perencanaan program PKBM PMI Medan Denai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dimana subjek dalam penelitian Bapak Bapak Musa Rajekshah (ijek), pendiri PKBM PMI kecamatan Medan Denai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini hasil yang ditemukan: 1) proses terbentuknya PKBM PMI Medan Denai karena ada dukungan antusias masyarakat untuk mengubah tempat negatif menjadi tempat belajar dan menambah wawasan  yaitu PKBM PMI Medan Denai; 2) Kondisi pandemi saat ini menyebabkan kurangnya semangat belajar anak-anak yang lebih memilih menghabiskan waktu di rumah dengan bermain handphone; 3) Pencapaian dari PKBM PMI Medan Denai itu sendiri berasal dari slogannya yaitu bersama berkerja ikhlas yang sudah tercapai sampai saat ini; dan 4) hambatan yang terjadi dari mulai awal tahap proses terbentuknya juga sangat banyak, namun yang menjadi masalah yaitu masih kurangnya bantuan pendanaan dan juga kerjasama dari berbagai PKBM lainnya. Identification of the PKBM PMI Medan Denais PKBM Program Planning ProcessAbstract: The aims of this study were to 1) describe from the PKBM PMI Medan Denai Program Planning. This study uses a descriptive approach where the subject in the study is Mr. Musa Rajekshah (ijek), the founder of PKBM PMI, Medan Denai sub-district. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. In this study the results found: 1) the process of forming PKBM PMI Medan Denai because there was enthusiastic support from the community to turn a negative place into a place of learning and add insight, namely PKBM PMI Medan Denai; 2) The current pandemic condition causes a lack of enthusiasm for learning in children who prefer to spend time at home by playing with their cellphones; 3) The achievement of PKBM PMI Medan Denai itself comes from its slogan, namely working together sincerely which has been achieved so far; and 4) the obstacles that occurred from the early stages of the formation process were also numerous, but the problem was the lack of financial assistance and cooperation from various other PKBM.

Abstract

Leadership style includes how a person acts in the context of the organization, so the easiest way to discuss different types of leadership styles is to describe the types of organizations and situations that are produced by or suitable for a particular style. This study aims to explain the leadership style of independent LPK owners towards tailor students. The method used in this research is to use the interview method through room zoom. The data collection technique used is the question and answer instrument. The results of the analysis of the research data processing show that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style of the independent LPK owner on their students, the higher the motivation given by the leader, the higher the enthusiasm of students to want to exercise diligently, to improve the quality of character and character. students in everyday life. And there is also a positive and significant influence between leaders and students, the higher the influence of the leadership's affectionate attitude, the higher the learning outcomes of students, for example, the love of leaders can increase students' enthusiasm for learning in understanding the material and practices described by the leader with confidence. , as well as being active during training.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembelajaran andaragogi/pembelajaran orang dewas di jurusan peksos di SMK Negeri 9 Medan . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif di mana subjek dalam penelitian ini Bapak Ade Suwandy Simanungkalit,S.Pd Ketua Jurusan Peksos di smk 9 medan . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian di jurusan peksos SMK Negeri 9 Medan, penerapan Pendekatan andragogi dalam pembelajaran di jurusan peksos SMK Negeri 9 Medan, yaitu : 1) Memberi kebebasan kepada Siswa/i Jurusan Peksos SMK 9 Medan ketika mereka tamat; 2) SMK Negeri 9 Medan kurang relevan yang dimana buku paket Jurusan Peksos tidak ada sehing) Media pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Andargogi di jurusan peksos SMK ga proses pembelajaran kurang evektif ; 3) Penerapan gaya belajar andargogi di jurusan peksos SMK Negeri 9 Medan kurang baik akibat pembelajaran dilakukan 2 tahap yaitu pembelajaran ofline dan online; 4) Kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa/i di jurusan peksos SMK Negeri 9 Medan semenjak covid-19 mulai ada; 5) Konsep diri (The self-concept) di dalam diri siswa/i SMK Negeri 9 Medan yang dimana sekolah hanya untuk mendapatkan ijazah lalu kerjaKata Kunci: Belajar,Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa,Analisis Pembelajaran Orang dewasa Jurusan Peksos di SMK 9 Medan

Abstract

The study is aiming to determine the organizational constraints of Medan Science in terms of facilities and infrastructure as a medium in achieving organizational goals. this type of research uses field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The data was collecting by using interviews technique. The study results shows that there were obstacles found included aspects of facilities and infrastructure such as the absence of a place for students to channel their interests and talents for example football fields, badminton, and a place to channel the creativity of Alwashliyah students and the long distance between organizational branches in increasing cooperation, and relationships in need hours of time.
