Abstract

Di kota Ambon penyakit tidak menular selama 3 tahun terakhir ini terjadi kecenderungan peningkatan kasus penyakit tidak menular terutama penyakit tekanan darah tinggi. RW 08 Desa Batu Merah Kota Ambon belum mempunyai kader penyakit tidak menular sedangkan pada RT 02/RW 08 ditemukan pasien stoke. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan pelatihan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam upaya untuk mengendalikan dan mencegah potensi stroke. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan pemberian leaflet tentang hipertensi dan simulasi tentang cara mengukur tekanan darah. Karakteristik peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 13 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa peserta terbanyak laki-laki 8 orang (62%) dengan kisaran umur 26-35 sebanyak 7 orang (53%) dan berpendidikan SMA 12 orang (92%). Pengetahuan peserta berada pada tingkat baik 10 orang (77%). Sedangkan kompetensi kader pada tahap pengujian pertama 2 orang (15%) kompeten dan tahap kedua 10 orang (77%) kompeten. Kesimpulannya bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampiran kader setelah dilakukan pelatihan.

Abstract

Violence against women is generally a social phenomenon that is very worrying throughout the world,so WHO has established it as a global epidemic. Violence against women in the household, both inurban and rural areas, always places women in a vulnerable position which results in a lack ofconfidence and inhibits women from empowering themselves. The importance of social support greatlyhelps women victims of domestic violence to improve their quality of life. This study aims to identifysocial support to improve the physical quality of life of women victims of domestic violence. Thedesign of this study is cross-sectional. The study sample consisted of 243 women victims of domesticviolence, aged 19-49 years. Assessment of social support using the Multidimensional Scale ofPerseived Social (MSPSS) questionnaire, while an assessment of physical quality of life usingquestionnaire The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) Bref the Indonesianversion. The results of the analysis show that there is a very strong relationship, the direction of thepositive relationship between social support with the quality of physical life is affected (R = 0.994, p =0.000). Social support can be used as an intervention to improve the physical quality of life of womenvictims of domestic violence through mentoring and counseling programs. Abstract

Introduction: Previous research has shown that yoga therapy can be practiced by pregnant women and provides many benefits. It is not clear when yoga was first introduced as a prenatal practice or the current prevalence of yoga practice among pregnant women. Objective: This article will discuss the benefits of yoga in pregnancy. Methods: This article was prepared using the standards set by Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, this study shows that it meets all the requirements and the research is up to date. The publications involved were those published between 2013 and 2023. Several different online resources, such as Pubmed and SagePub, were used to do this. Results: We retrieved 108 articles from the PubMed database, while our search results on SagePub returned 87 articles. Search results conducted in 2013 returned a total of 45 articles for PubMed and 32 articles for SagePub. In the end, we compiled a total of 28 papers, of which 18 were from PubMed and 10 were from SagePub. We included nine studies which met the criteria. Conclusions: Previous research has shown that yoga can provide benefits in terms of reducing the incidence of depression, anxiety, and pain during labor.
