Abstract

This paper is motivated by an increase in the activities of the community empowerment program from the previous year which prioritizes physical development, the allocation of village funds plays an important role in helping government, development and community empowerment at the village level. The implementation does not only involve village officials, but is open, mutual cooperation and involving all parties. This study aims to determine the management functions associated with community empowerment programs through the allocation of village funds in Kenagarian Aia M Sophisticated from planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring. The method used is a qualitative method with the data source of nagari guardians, community leaders and community members. Interview and documentation data collection techniques are processed by the step of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The first result is that planning for community empowerment programs starts from the jorong deliberations, the nagari deliberations, then the musrenbang is held for both physical and non-physical development activities. Second, the organization is marked by the existence of duties and responsibilities of each device, although it is still not optimal because there is still eg communication between village officials. Third, the application of actuating is still not optimal because there are still many people who have not been able to take part in the training because of funding and other activities occupied by the community. Fourth, supervision has been successful, but accountability and reporting are still not optimal

Abstract

The emergence of the reform movement in Indonesia can not be separated from the process of natural change his mind about Islam , since the opening lines of communication with the countries of the Middle East as a center for the development of Islam . The ideas of renewal of the Middle East is , in its development , also rolled to Indonesia --- which is often regarded as Islam " periphery " . On the other hand , the social conditions of the religious life in Indonesia when it was very alarming . This was caused by colonialism and religious understanding are not in accordance with the teachings of Islam. thus reflected in the reality of social life tends to the condition of stagnation , ignorance and poverty

Abstract

The Community Service Program of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang is a concrete implementation of scientific and religious studies organized by the academic community of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang for the Community. In the process of community service carried out by lecturers in coordination of LP2M and the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang in 2017. So the group of lecturers of Islamic Counseling Guidance held community service activities with the title "Internalization of Islamic Teaching Through Counseling and Therapy Services Citizens Assisted in Class II B Prison for Air Children in Padang ". The actual actions of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang in an institutional and structured and routine manner in the field of religious social affairs which directly touched the community were quite good but on a certain side touched significantly. There are some problems faced by the community that seem to escape the attention of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The wider community really hopes that UIN Imam Bonjol Padang should be more active in preventing, maintaining and solving various community problems, especially in the field of socio-religious affairs and other fields that have relevance to the vision, the mission of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang.

Abstract

The process of rehabilitation of drug addicts in the Psychiatric Hospital in addition to medical and social processes, rehabilitation of drug addicts at the HB Sa’anin Padang Hospital also has used various forms of communication behavior to restore the health of drug addicts. The process of integrated treatment and recovery activities will be carried out if health workers and psychologists are skilled in communicating both verbally and nonverbally. The formulation of the problem in this research is how communication behavior in the process of rehabilitation of drug addicts at the Mental Hospital HB Sa’anin Padang. With the methodological approach used is qualitative, data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed: 1. Verbal communication behavior in the process of rehabilitation of drug addicts at the HB Sa'anin Psychiatric Hospital in Padang carried out by health workers is verbal communication behavior in the form of verbal words and written words, written words are used as guides to act and act in the rehabilitation process. 2. The behavior of nonverbal communication in the process of rehabilitation of drug addicts in the Psychiatric Hospital HB Sa’anin by health workers with drug addicts is in the form of artifactual (appearance), proxemic (physical distance) and paralinguistic (intonation and tone of voice)

Abstract

Inability to get to know the environment of newly entered educational institutions, for students will slow down the continuity of the learning process. Individuals entering a new environment need to adjust quickly. Orientation should accelerate student adjustment. However, the phenomenon that occurs is that there are still students who have difficulty in adjusting to influence their learning outcomes, such as the presence of students who are not dressed according to the rules, ashamed to speak in public, and the habit of playing truant during lectures. Because it is necessary to do research on the relationship of adjustment to learning achievement. This study aims to get a picture of self-adjustment, learning achievement and the relationship between the two in the first year 2016 batch of Da'wah and UIN IB Communication Studies in Padang. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational research types. The results showed that most of the first year students had the ability to adapt and have good learning achievements. There is a positive and significant relationship between adjustment to learning achievement, meaning that the higher the ability to adjust the higher the student's learning achievement.
