Abstract

This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the long-term relationship of variable  onomics to Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. The data used in this study for 24 years began from 1995 to 2018 using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The results of this study indicate that in the short and long term exports and foreign debt have a positive and significant relationship with foreign exchange reserves. The rupiah exchange rate has a negative and significant relationship in the short term, but in the long run has a positiverelationship. Foreign investment has a negative and insignificant relationship in the short term and a positive and insignificant relationship in the long run.Keywords: Foreign exchange reserves, exports, rupiah exchange rate, foreign debt and foreign investment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi tentang pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan terhadap perilaku kerja ionovatif dan kepuasan kerja diantar karyawan dengan bahasa motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Hubungan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis STATA. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sebanyak 45 karyawan diperusahaan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perilaku berbagai pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan perilakuberbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya bahasa motivasi memoderasi hubungan antara perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dan perilaku kerja inovatif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resources management practises  to employee attitude at State Own Company. Data were collected with purposive sampling technique and SEM - smartPLS 2.0 M3 analyses were used. The results prove that human resources management practices and intrinsic motivation influence to work attitude, while knowledge of psychological contract is not significant. Trust is not influence to knowledge of psychological contract, but intrinsic motivation and human resources management practices are significant

Abstract

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk memahami siklus emosional hubungan karyawan danpelanggan menggunakan model interaksi sosial. Survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikankepada 54 karyawan Rumah Sakit Siti Rahmah.Studi ini menemukan bahwa orientasi dan emosikaryawan layanan sangat penting untuk memprediksi tampilan emosi dan kinerja tugas pelanggan.Melalui penelitian, untuk mengatasi karyawan yang emosional, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwajawaban dapat terletak pada hubungan antara hasil bisnis dan emosi positif karyawan. Manajer harusmenciptakan lingkungan yang baik bagi karyawauntuk bekerja dalam suasana yang menyenangkan.Kontribusi penting dari penelitian ini adalah yang memberikan dukungan empiris awal untuk modelinteraksi sosial dalam pengaturan layanan karyawan dan pelanggan di bidang rumah sakit. Studi inimenemukan bahwa orientasi dan emosi karyawanpadalayanan sangat penting untuk memprediksitampilan emosi dan kinerja tugaskaryawan. Selain itu, emosi karyawan memiliki hubungan positifdengan suasana hati karyawan, dan suasana hati karyawan memiliki hubungan positif dengan tampilanemosi pelanggan, tetapi emosi karyawan memiliki hubungan signifikan positif dengan tampilanpelanggan. Tampilan emosi pelanggan memiliki hubungan positif dansignifikan dengan kinerja tugas.

Abstract

This study focused more on individuals as people who are employed about their work abilities. Individuals need to take responsibility for their personal development, recognize employability and view their careers in terms of broader employability across organizations within a contemporary career framework.  Research on the Perception of Employability needs to be done because some previous studies consider that employability is an organizational asset to improve performance and increase organizational flexibility. In this study, we tested 5 hypothesis that influence Perception of Employability, there are  leader-member exchange, the broad role of self-efficacy, organization-based self-esteem.  The data analysis applied Regression Analysis with SEM PLS. The response rate was 97.52% or as many as 323 questionnaires. The findings Leader-Member Exchange has a positive effect on the Perception of Employability, Leader-Member Exchange has a positive effect on Organization-Based Self-Esteem, Leader-Member Exchange has a positive effect on the extent of the role of self-efficacy. Organization-Based Self-Esteem has a positive effect on Perception of Employability and the extent of the role of self-efficacy has a positive effect on the Perception of Employability.

Abstract

This study focuses on individuals as employees and their work-related capabilities. It emphasizes the need for individuals to take ownership of their professional development, acknowledge their employability, and adopt a contemporary career outlook that considers employability beyond their current organization. suggested that employability is an asset that can improve performance and flexibility. To explore the factors that influence employability perception, we tested five hypotheses: leader-member exchange, the broad role of self-efficacy, and organization-based self-esteem. Using regression analysis with SEM PLS, we analyzed data from 323 questionnaires, representing a response rate of 97.52%. Our findings indicate that leader-member exchange positively affects employability perception, organization-based self-esteem positively affects employability perception, and the role of self-efficacy positively affects employability perception. Additionally, leader-member exchange positively affects both organization-based self-esteem and the extent of the role of self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the role of transformational leadership perceptions and creative self-efficacy in employee (lecturer) creativity. Explanatory study with hypothesis testing is the research methodology employed. Bung Hatta University Lecturers are the study's subject and population. Purposive sampling was used, and the sample criteria were Bung Hatta University Lecturers who have worked for at than one year (n = 170). SEM-PLS (Smart PLS) is the data analysis technique used in this investigation. The research findings from the study of perceptions of transformational leadership have no effect on employee creativity, creative self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee creativity, and creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship of perception and employee creativity.
