Abstract

Bandar Lampung has considerable potential to produce Emping Melinjo, Lampung pretty good natural conditions for growing trees Emping melijo as raw material, it is the primary driving factor Emping Melinjo business grows. Small businesses including chips and drives the economic growth of the community, because it has a very efficient performance, productive also have higher competitiveness.But there are several problems encountered, among others: (1) marketing, (2) capital, (3) innovation and utilization of information technology, (4) the supply of raw materials, (5) and the empowerment of labor absorption, and (6) plans business development. Deals with the problems faced, the strategies needed to overcome them. Business development chips, certainly not enough to simply charged to the business itself, but there should be good support from stakeholders, business associations, universities, and related institutions. In addition, government policy is required which leads to the business development efforts of society, so the achievements realized in optimal social welfare.Keywords: Partnership, Strategy, Welfare

Abstract

The purpose of this study was generally is to answer theproblem formulation grains, namely: 1) To analyze howthe Balanced Scorecard through financial and nonfinancialperspectives (customer, internal business processand learning and growth) is used to assess the performanceof the Human Resources companies as part of thecompanys business strategy; 2) To analyze how theinfluence of Non-Financial perspectives (customer,internal business process and learning and growth) affectthe performance of the companys corporate HumanResources. From the perspective of learning and growth ofcompensation indicator indicates that the compensationreceived by employees in the form of salaries andallowances and a maximum deemed not to be scaled backso that employees can be more motivated to work.Meanwhile, indicators of skills and employability(competency) of employees as well as the involvement andactive participation of employees and career developmentwithin the company has been considered relatively.KEY WORDS: Business Performance, Competition AndBalance Scorecard

Abstract

In the concept of Shariah and conventional perbankkan is equally serves as a financial intermediary so many different products perbankkan sharia is not a product with conventional banks . The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of home mortgage financing management to increase customer at PT . Sharia Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) Branch Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung . While desaian research used in this paper is a qualitative analysis . Based on the results it can be seen that : ( 1 ) The management of home ownership through Musharaka financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri ( Persero ) Branch Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung is good enough is evident from the implementation of financing the management of home ownership that does not burden the bank's customers and always strive for improvement -Fixes lease quickly if the object is not in accordance with the wishes of the customer . ( 2 ) The management of home ownership through Ijara financing of Bank Syariah Mandiri ( Persero ) Branch Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung has done fairly well in accordance with the provisions of sharia perbankkan .

Abstract

Student graduation data is very important for universities because it is used in the accreditation process. Data continues to grow and is ignored because it is rarely used. Data of graduating students can provide useful information if processed optimally. This study processes data using data mining to obtain information in the form of a prediction of student graduation punctuality. The method used is the C4.5 algorithm. The criteria used are gender, regional origin, type of school origin, ranking and entry point. In its application, the C4.5 algorithm can be used in predicting student graduation times with a precision value of 70.70%, 60.4% recall, and 58.2% accuracy. In measuring the performance of the algorithm in pattern recognition or information retrieval it is recommended to use a minimum of two parameters namely precission and recall to detect bias, therefore in this study the F-Measure calculation is used. From the calculation of the F-Measure obtained a value of 71% which means that the C4.5 algorithm is considered good in classifying and predicting students who graduate on time
