Abstract

Canaries are birds that are in great demand by hobbyists and breeders, especially local canaries and imported canaries. The advantages of imported canaries have an ideal body posture and also thick fur. However, where there are few problems with imported canaries, especially the sound that tends to be less noisy and the duration of the tone is not too long and canaries can be cultivated because they have a high economic value. Canaries are also very easily infected with diseases, infections that can attack these canaries, such as diseases caused by polioma infections or also disorders from parasites and bacterial contamination of the digestive organs. To overcome this problem, an expert system was created to diagnose diseases in canaries using the Dempster Shafer method with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This expert system application is designed using the Dempster Shafer method based on subjective possibilities and rules in combining degrees of confidence based on the evidence obtained. This theory has several characteristics that are intuitively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert, but a strong mathematical basis. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the hobbyist/breeder to find out the disease he is suffering from and find out what percentage of the disease he suffers, so that the hobbyist/breeder can take immediate action.

Abstract

Basically, children aged 5 years can recognize letters, match shapes, recognize class colors and easily adapt to the environment. However, there are some children who only have the ability to read, but do not have other abilities, as well as other children. Based on the observations, the researchers conducted research on the application of k means clustering to classify classes in kindergarten. The object of this research is students who study in TK ABA XI. The method used for division is the k means clustering method, where this method can group data in small amounts or in large amounts of data. There are 2 variables, namely the variable class_safa_and_Kelas_marwa. Where each variable has criteria, namely A = Activeness, B = Matching Pictures, C Knowing Color, D = Knowing Shapes, E = Writing. The result of this research is the calculation of k means cluster in grouping classes in kindergarten students can be a reference for teachers in terms of class division. The student grouping data is according to the desired class capacity and the number of classes can change according to the school's wishes.

Abstract

Employees are a highly needed human resource. In order to achieve the desired goals, the agency conducts the best performance appraisal of employees. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a method for determining criteria and choice alternatives, followed by calculating the eigenvector value and testing its consistency. The application of analytical hierarchical analysis of the best employee performance appraisal process, where the results of this assessment can encourage every employee to give the best performance to the agency. The best employee performance decisions are made at the ambalutu village hall office. There are several criteria for performance appraisal, namely communication skills, honesty, cooperation, and person. Analysis method analytical hierarchy process where each criterion will be assessed in pairs comparison with other criteria to get priority value. In this study the results of the ratio were 0.07, which means that the assessment was consistent because it was less than 0.1, so the percentage of communication values was 40%, honesty 34%, cooperation 17% and personal 10%.

Abstract

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai   Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, pengolahan data, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai

Abstract: Information systems for processing data on registration of contracts for cafeterias and restaurants regulate all the needs of system users, as well as presenting needed and effective reports. The information system for processing data on registration of contracts for cafeterias and restaurants has data entry for tenants, places, cafeteria and restaurant management, and contract registration, tenant data search process, and cafeteria and restaurant contract data search process and produces list of tenant names, cafe per contract report month, cafeteria and restaurant contract report per year where all the processes were done manually beforehand. Abstract

Abstract:  Community Service is done in the year 2017 period 2 at SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, with the theme "Building Database Using Microsoft Access 2007". Given the very rapid technological developments, the knowledge of the database and how to build it is appropriate for teachers to know and able to make it, especially in SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. This activity aims, in addition to the interest of lecturers with the affairs of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, but also equip teachers and students about the knowledge and techniques of building the database. Software used is Microsoft Access 2007. Benefits that can be taken after this activity is done, apart from the needs of lecturers to get functional positions, for teachers and students of course can build database related to their work, for example database for teacher data and student data in the school. This activity is only limited to the knowledge of the database and how / step / manufacturing techniques only. For the design of the application as a bridge of input, process, and output data, it is necessary to do further service in the future. Keywords : Database, Microsoft Access 2007, SMP Swasta Taman Siswa  Abstrak:  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan di tahun 2017 periode ke 2 di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, dengan tema “Membangun Database Menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007”. Mengingat perkembangan teknologi begitu sangat cepat, maka pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara membangunnya sudah sewajarnya guru-guru mengetahuinya dan mampu membuatnya, khususnya di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan, selain kepentingan dosen dengan urusan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namun juga membekali guru-guru dan siswa tentang pengetahuan dan teknik membangun database. Software yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Access 2007.  Manfaat yang dapat diambil setelah kegiatan ini dilakukan adalah, selain dari kebutuhan dosen untuk mendapat jabatan fungsional, untuk guru dan siswa tentunya dapat membangun database yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan mereka, contohnya database untuk data guru dan  data siswa di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan ini hanya sebatas pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara/langkah/teknik pembuatannya saja. Abstract: The theme of community service activities carried out in Pinanggripan village, Air Batu Subdistrict, Asahan Regency is "Implementation of Corel Draw X4 Application for Graphic Design for Pinanggripan Village Devices, Air Batu District, Asahan Regency". The purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge and skills of village officials in designing graphics using the Corel Draw X4 application. With these knowledge and skills the village device can be creative in designing using the Corel Draw X4 application. The skills of the village apparatus in designing will help balaidesa in making activity banners, brochures, and other designs. Keywords: Graphic Design, Corel Draw X4  Abstrak: Tema kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada desa Pinanggripan, Kecamatan Air Batu, Kabupaten Asahan adalah “Implementasi Aplikasi Corel Draw X4 Untuk Desain Grafis Bagi Perangkat Desa Pinanggripan Kecamatan Air Batu Babupaten Asahan”. Abstract

:   Home Industry Jangek Fauzi Crackers is a home industry that produces jangek crackers, where the products will be marketed and sold in various places such as shops and stalls. Home Industry Crackers Jangek Fauzi continues to try to expand its target market outside the city. Ordering jangek crackers here is still done manually. To achieve its goal, Jangek Fauzi Cracker Home Industry needs a website. Currently at Home Industry Crackers Jangek Fauzi in making sales reports is still manual using the excel application so that the processing of sales report data is still slow and not detailed. Currently, Jangek Fauzi Crackers Home Industry does not have specific activities or strategies that handle marketing, product marketing is done conventionally by means of customers providing information about places, features and products to other potential customers. Dissemination of ineffective information makes customers not aware of the latest information on the Home Industry of Jangek Fauzi Crackers, thus influencing customers to switch to other factories. With a website using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method, the data storage process can be more accurate and neatly stored and the making of sales reports will be fast and timely and the delivery of promotional information will be faster and the response to sales will be faster.

Abstract: Information technology-based learning as a basis for introduction to kindergarten teachers so that teachers can develop learning models in the information technology era which has begun to be implemented in the world of education. In this community service, teachers are given a basic introduction to the benefits of the role of technology in the learning process. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that ABA XI Kindergarten teachers will be able to apply one of the technology applications that have great potential to be used as learning media, namely using the Microsoft PowerPoint application. Microsoft PowerPoint is an application program part of Microsoft Office. Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan hardskill siswa SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran, salah satunya dapat diperoleh melalui bidang teknologi lewat mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Software Excel menjadi media belajar bagi siswa untuk dapat membuat grafik linier bagi kebutuhan penyajian data pada saat menulis karya ilmiah di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan tim dosen STMIK Royal Kisaran pada tanggal 13 – 14 Januari 2022, di SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 30 orang siswa SMA. Kepada siswa diberikan pelatihan cara membuat grafik linier dengan praktek langsung di komputer menggunakan excel. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme siswa dan mereka menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam membuat grafik.
