Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan siswa SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran dalam memahami perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya sistem informasi berbasis SMS Gateway, menjadi alasan bagi Tim PKM STMIK Royal Kisaran melakukan kegiatan abdimas dengan tema “Merancang Aplikasi SMS Gateway Menggunakan Gammu dan Modem ZTE 190 Pada Siswa SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran”. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu ceramah dan pelatihan. Dalam kegiatan tersebut siswa diberikan penjelasan tentang sistem informasi berbasis SMS Gateway kemudian setelah itu siswa dilatih bagaimana merancang aplikasi SMS Gateway. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membekali siswa dengan kemampuan (skill) dalam merancang aplikasi SMS Gateway, lalu dengan skill tersebut siswa dapat menerapkannya pada dunia pekerjaan pada masa yang akan datang. Setelah melalui menjelasan dan pelatihan oleh Tim PKM STMIK Royal Kisaran, siswa telah berhasil membangun aplikasi SMS Gateway dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. Abstract

Basically, children aged 5 years can recognize letters, match shapes, recognize class colors and easily adapt to the environment. However, there are some children who only have the ability to read, but do not have other abilities, as well as other children. Based on the observations, the researchers conducted research on the application of k means clustering to classify classes in kindergarten. The object of this research is students who study in TK ABA XI. The method used for division is the k means clustering method, where this method can group data in small amounts or in large amounts of data. There are 2 variables, namely the variable class_safa_and_Kelas_marwa. Where each variable has criteria, namely A = Activeness, B = Matching Pictures, C Knowing Color, D = Knowing Shapes, E = Writing. The result of this research is the calculation of k means cluster in grouping classes in kindergarten students can be a reference for teachers in terms of class division. The student grouping data is according to the desired class capacity and the number of classes can change according to the school's wishes.

Abstract

The process of supplying or stocking fertilizers at UD. Menara Tani is still carried out manually or only based on previous sales estimates, resulting in excess and shortage of fertilizer stocks. The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate method in calculating the forecasting of ZA, Urea and KCL fertilizer supplies with a smaller error rate. The research method was conducted both Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) with data collection conducted by observation and interview to owner of UD. Menara Tani. The results showed that the comparison of MAPE DES values ​​for each type of fertilizer was 24.70%, 21.59% and 20.12%. while the MAPE WMA values ​​are 4.53%, 39.51% and 38.90%. Forecasting applications with weighted moving average and double exponential smoothing can determined the prediction of fertilizer supplies in the next period. By comparing between WMA and DES, the best predictive value was found in the DES method.

Abstract

Lumbung Tani is still carried out manually or only based on previous sales estimates, resulting in excess and shortage of contact herbicide stocks. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of inventory derived from previous contact herbicide sales data using the SMA method to predict the contact herbicides gramoxone, tamaxone, paratop, himaquat, naraxone with a smaller error rate. The results showed that the MAPE SMA3 values ​​for each type of herbicide were 22. 13%, 22.35%, 22.72%, 21.83%, 18.20%. Forecasting applications with Single Moving Average can determine the prediction of contact herbicide supplies in the next period. By using the SMA3 method the owner of UD. Lumbung Tani can forecast sales in the following month which is more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan hardskill siswa SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran, salah satunya dapat diperoleh melalui bidang teknologi lewat mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Software Excel menjadi media belajar bagi siswa untuk dapat membuat grafik linier bagi kebutuhan penyajian data pada saat menulis karya ilmiah di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan tim dosen STMIK Royal Kisaran pada tanggal 13 – 14 Januari 2022, di SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 30 orang siswa SMA. Kepada siswa diberikan pelatihan cara membuat grafik linier dengan praktek langsung di komputer menggunakan excel. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme siswa dan mereka menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam membuat grafik.

Abstract

Employees are a highly needed human resource. In order to achieve the desired goals, the agency conducts the best performance appraisal of employees. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a method for determining criteria and choice alternatives, followed by calculating the eigenvector value and testing its consistency. The application of analytical hierarchical analysis of the best employee performance appraisal process, where the results of this assessment can encourage every employee to give the best performance to the agency. The best employee performance decisions are made at the ambalutu village hall office. There are several criteria for performance appraisal, namely communication skills, honesty, cooperation, and person. Analysis method analytical hierarchy process where each criterion will be assessed in pairs comparison with other criteria to get priority value. In this study the results of the ratio were 0.07, which means that the assessment was consistent because it was less than 0.1, so the percentage of communication values was 40%, honesty 34%, cooperation 17% and personal 10%.

Abstract

The problem that always occurs in STMIK Royal in each semester is first, the delay in students preparing the Study Plan Card (SPC) due to the late students themselves paying tuition so that the difficulties for study programs in recording student activity data, then harming the students themselves because they are considered absent during not enrolled in lectures. Second, 90% of the students who get the final grade below are enough due to the lack of lecture meetings from the minimum number of meetings that have been determined by the academic, so students must repeat their studies in the next semester. This situation forces the study program section to be able to condition schedules, classes, and lecturers for students who repeat. For this reason, a monitoring system for tuition payments and student attendance is required based on the SMS Gateway. Through this system, academic parties can disseminate information on tuition payments and student attendance to parents or parents to monitor tuition payments and student attendance through services provided by the system.

Abstract

Abstract: Sembako is an abbreviation of Nine Basic Ingredients which consists of various food and beverage ingredients that are generally needed by the people of Indonesia. Without basic necessities, the lives of the Indonesian people can be disrupted because basic necessities are daily necessities that are freely sold in the market. Toko Suryono is one of the basic food distributors that sells various kinds of basic necessities. The problem is that the number of food sales every month is erratic so it is difficult to predict, so we need a sales system and strategy, one of which is by predicting or forecasting sales for the future process so that this store knows how much food supplies must be provided in the following month so that there is no shortage or excess stock. The result of this research is that forecasting using themethod Least Square can make it easier for the store to provide basic food supplies in the coming month. From the overall calculation of basic needs, the lowest MAD is 16.51 and MAPE is 1.73%.            Keywords: Forecasting; Total Food Sales; Least Square;  Abstrak: Sembako adalah singkatan dari Sembilan Bahan Pokok yang terdiri dari berbagai bahan makanan dan minuman yang umumnya dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Tanpa sembako, kehidupan rakyat Indonesia bisa terganggu karena sembako merupakan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari yang dijual bebas di pasaran. Toko Suryono adalah salah satu distributor sembako yang menjual berbagai macam sembako. Masalah jumlah penjualan sembako setiap bulannya yang tidak menentu sehingga sulit diprediksi, maka diperlukannya sebuah sistem dan startegi penjualan salah satunya dengan cara melakukan prediksi atau peramalan penjualan untuk proses kedepannya sehingga toko ini mengetahui berapa persediaan sembako yang harus disediakan dibulan berikutnya agar tidak terjadi kekurangan maupun kelebihan persediaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peramalan dengan perhitungan metode Least Square dapat memudahkan pihak toko dalam menyediakan persediaan sembako di bulan yang akan datang. Dari keseluruhan perhitungan sembako menghasilkan MAD paling rendah 16,51 dan menghasilkan MAPE sebesar 1,73%.Kata kunci: Peramalan; Jumlah Penjualan Sembako; Least Square;

Abstract: PT. Barettamuda Pratama Padang runs on the distribution of road construction materials at PU Bina Marga. Applications used for data processing of construction materials is limited to Microsoft Office. Problems that occur on the system that is running, difficulty when looking for the required data, often occur repetition of data when writing data on lapora, error writing data so that the reported data does not match the actual data. With the ongoing system, resulting in ineffectiveness in working on reports and time to process data on the construction of road construction is inefficient. In the proposed system is a computerized system to help process the data construction of road construction so that the problems encountered so far can be resolved. The construction of the old system on the new system will apply the Waterfall method. Excess waterfall method, practical in their systems, Development of a structured and controlled make the quality of the software is maintained. Barettamuda Pratama Padang berjalan pada kegiatan pendistribusian bahan pembangunan jalan pada PU Bina Marga. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data bahan konstruksi hanya sebatas Microsoft Office. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Pada sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu memproses data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembangunan jalan sehingga permasalahan yang dihdapi selama ini dapat teratasi. Pembangunan sistem lama pada sistem baru akan menerapkan metode Waterfall. Kelebihan metode waterfall, praktis dalam merekaya sistem, Pengembangan yang terstruktur dan terkontrol membuat kualitas software tetap terjaga. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, konstruksi pembangunan jalan, metode waterfall
