Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of organizational culture on employee work performance at the Doloksanggul Sub-District Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The data analysis method used is simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The sample in this study were all employees of the Doloksanggul Sub-district Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency as many as 30 people. Data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to a sample of 30 people obtained a correlation with the result that rcount (0.756)> rtable (0.374) concluded that there was a significant relationship between culture. Organization (X) with Employee Performance (Y) at the Doloksanggul Sub-District Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Based on table 3.2 Guidelines for Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients, the coefficient found is 0, 756 was in the strong category. So there is a strong relationship between Organizational Culture (X) and Employee Work Performance (Y) at the Doloksanggul Sub-District Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. R Square is 0.571 or 57.10%. This shows that the influence of Organizational Culture (X) with Employee Work Performance (Y) at the Doloksanggul Sub-District Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is 57.10% and the remaining 42.90% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The regression equation is Y = 4.539 + 0.502X. The regression equation above can be explained that if Organizational Culture or X = 0 then the value of Employee Work Performance or Y will increase by 4.539. The significance of variable correlation is 6.110. Then the value is compared with t table with an error rate of 5% df = n-2 = 28. The t table value is 2.048. In accordance with the requirements of testing the hypothesis that t count (6.110)> t table (2.048) it can be concluded that Organizational Culture (X) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Performance (Y) at the Doloksanggul Sub-District Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat beli baju online shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Angkatan 2017 Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Manajemen XII Universitas Tapanuli Sisingamangaraja). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi r^2, regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Program Studi Manajemen Universitas XII Sisingamangaraja Tapanuli sebanyak 72 orang. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli baju online Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Manajemen Universitas XII Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli Tahun 2017). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (5,937 > 1,669), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (signifikan 0,05). Menurut kriteria pengujian, hipotesis diterima. Persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli baju online Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Manajemen Universitas XII Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli Tahun 2017). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (1,366 < 1,669), dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (signifikan 0,05). Menurut kriteria pengujian, hipotesis ditolak. Nilai rhitung untuk variabel Confidence (X1) adalah 0,400 dengan nilai sig. 0,000. Artinya tingkat hubungan antara kepercayaan dengan minat beli adalah positif dan signifikan. Hal ini juga akan menghasilkan hasil yang sama jika dibandingkan dengan rtabel dengan rhitung (df= n-2 = 64, = 0,05 yaitu: 0,400). Dengan demikian, rhitung > rtabel hasilnya sama dengan tingkat hubungan positif dan signifikan. Jadi rhitung (0,400) > rtabel (0,315). Berdasarkan tabel 3.3 pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi, koefisien yang ditemukan sebesar 0,400 dikategorikan cukup kuat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kategori cukup kuat terhadap minat beli. Persamaan regresi berganda diperoleh sebagai berikut: Y = 4,433 + 0,837X1 + 0,238X2

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on students' interest in learning from the economics faculty of the management study program at Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli University in the 2020/2021 academic year.The population in this study were all students of the Economics Faculty of Stambuk 2016-2020, and the sample was 79 respondents, using the "Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling" sampling technique. The research design used is quantitative research, and data collection is in the form of observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, for data processing, it was analyzed to test the validity and reliability using computer assistance with SPSS 21.0 for windows program.The results obtained from the correlation coefficient test with a positive and significant relationship between the variables of Online Learning (X) and Learning Interest (Y) Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli University Academic Year 2020/2021. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient of 0.613 with a strong relationship level category. The results of the R Square Determination Test are 0.375 or 37.50%. This shows that the effect of Online Learning (X) on Learning Interest (Y) of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program, Sisingamangaraja University XII Tapanuli for the 2020/2021 Academic Year is 37.50% and the remaining 62.50% is influenced by other factors.The results of simple linear regression calculations Y = 6.822 + 0.811 in the sense that if the value of learning dares to increase by 1, the interest in learning increases by 0.811.The test results are known through tcount (6,803) > ttable (1,664), it can be said that it has been accepted that Dare Learning has a positive and significant influence on student interest in learning at the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program, Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli University, Academic Year 2020/2021.
