Abstract

Marwah Fashion is a company engaged in the convection sector that produces robes, tops, and veils of various types. The problem at Marwah Fashion at this time is that it cannot predict production for the next period, due to the uncertain number of requests from consumers. If these problems continue to occur, then Marwah Fashion will suffer losses because it cannot meet consumer demand optimally. In this study, problem-solving was carried out using the heuristic aggregate method by performing 3 methods, namely the calculation of labor control, subcontracting, and hybrid overtime and inventory. From the calculation results, the method that produces the minimum total cost is Hybrid Overtime and Inventory, which is Rp. 24.059.000,-.

Abstract

CV. Payung Global is a company that produces health support equipment such as gauze. There is a company's desire to conduct a business feasibility study to gauze products to find out and fix problems such as production delays, so it is necessary to analyze a business feasibility study by analyzing legal aspects, marketing aspects, environmental aspects, management, and HR aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects which are analyzed by this method. payback period (PP), net present value (NPV), profitability index (PI), Break event point (BEP), and internal rate of return (IRR). Based on information from the company, the increase in demand reaches 20% per year, but the supply capacity is still limited. So it is necessary to analyze the business feasibility of gauze products. The results of the analysis in terms of the market aspect, namely the gauze product business has good market opportunities in Tasikmalaya. Technical aspects, aspects of production capacity according to sales targets with facilities that support the business. The aspect of HR has an organizational structure with sufficient manpower. Legal and environmental aspects, the gauze product business is legal and complies with applicable permits and the gauze production process does not have an environmental impact because it does not produce waste. The financial aspect, a payback period of 6 months 23 days, Net Present Value is positive Rp.1,824,400,000 and Internal Rate of Return is greater than MARR which is 10.3%.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of product quality for purchases at the Roti Agung factory in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method, while the procedure for data discussion is carried out by field study interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation. Test equipment used in data processing using simple linear regression test, test, determination test, non-determination test, validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the value of r = 0.718 shows a strong influence between product quality variables with a significant positive positive purchasing decision between product quality and purchasing decisions at the Bread Factory, which is equal to t count > t table or 6.41 > 2.02 meaning Ho is rejected Ha accepted.

Abstract

Warung Nasi Priangan is a business engaged in the culinary field which was founded in 2001. According to sales turnover data for the past 1 year, Warung Nasi Priangan has experienced a decline in turnover from time to time so that revenue does not meet the desired target. The research method used to collect the required data is a descriptive qualitative method. From the data obtained, an analysis was carried out using the SWOT analysis method with the aim of developing a business development strategy for Warung Nasi Priangan to increase sales turnover. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the right strategy to be used by Warung Nasi Priangan is the SO Strategy, namely by maintaining good taste, good service and adequate facilities to keep customers loyal, as well as expanding marketing to increase turnover by maintaining good relations between employees and consumer. However, the results of the SWOT analysis are irrelevant to the actual situation.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Cipasung (STT Cipasung) is one of the formal higher education institutions in the Cipasung Islamic Boarding School, Singaparna, Tasikmalaya, West Java. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all academic and non-academic activities at the Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Cipasung were changed to Work From Home (WFH). Learning carried out online certainly has many problems that arise due to factors such as gadgets, quotas, networks, concentration, and environment causing an increase in students who do not pass courses and a decrease in student IP scores. For this reason, the Cipasung College of Technology needs to conduct research on the analysis of the quality of online learning. This research uses Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of data processing that the 18 attributes measured resulted in a negative gap value, this indicates that it has not met student expectations. Based on the results of the IPA kertesius diagram, the attributes of online learning that need to be improved are the consistency of the lecturers giving lectures well and the lecturers being reliable in managing the class during online learning.

Abstract

Cipasung College of Technology is a private university, founded in 1997 located in Tasikmalaya Regency. So far, the Cipasung High School of Technology has not known the effect of the quality of academic services that have been provided to students. Therefore, a research was conducted on the effect of academic service quality on student satisfaction at the Cipasung High School of Technology, Industrial Engineering Study Program. This study was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the simultaneous multiple linear regression test, it was found that the Quality of Academic Services consisting of Tangibles (physical evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance), and Empathy (empathy) together has a significant effect on student satisfaction (Y). Partially only the Empathy Variable (X₅) has a significant effect on student satisfaction. while service quality variables such as Tangibles (physical evidence), Realiability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness) and Assurance (guarantee) do not have a significant effect on student satisfaction.
