Abstract

Modernisasi pendidikan dalam pendekatan kompetensi guru memerlukan pemikiran ulang konten kualitas pelatihan guru masa depan. Mengingat bahwa kunci dasar untuk pengembangan kompetensi guru menyajikan keterampilan kreatif sebagai blok bangunan untuk pembentukan proses bertahap kemampuan kreatif guru masa depan dalam tujuan pendidikan dan profesional. Para peneliti menyajikan pengembangan teknologi keterampilan kreatif guru masa depan, berdasarkan kemampuan pelatihan profesional umum pada fase ini guru masa depan dengan tahapan pembentukan kemampuan intelektualnya. Dalam teknologi modern sekarang ini menjadi pengembangan profesional diselidiki bahwa kualitas guru di masa depan adalah tambahan yang menyediakan untuk pembentukan kongnitif di dalam kreativitas sebagai guru profesional di bidang kompetensi Salah satu tantangan utama bagi guru di sekolah adalah untuk merancang kegiatan belajar yang akan memungkinkan guru untuk secara efektif memperoleh kompetensi keberlanjutan. Oleh karena itu pendidikan perlu re-berorientasi kombinasi interdisciplinarity, membayangkan, kreativitas, yang menyenangkan untuk masa depan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada guru untuk menilai kapasitas membina kegiatan belajar alternatif, yaitu pengalaman dunia nyata. Untuk menunjukkan bahwa guru masa depan dianggap memiliki kompetensi keberlanjutan dikembangkan di setiap kegiatan pelatihan di berbagai program pendidikan agak dapat bervariasi. Untuk memastikan pengembangan lebar spektrum kompetensi keberlanjutan masa depan guru, guru disarankan untuk menggabungkan kegiatan belajar yang berbeda atau dapat memasukkan berbagai karakteristik yang mampu membina sebanyak mungkin kompetensi, terutama karena interaksi antara kompetensi yang berbeda.

Abstract

Teachers are at the forefront of educating the nation's children through formal education, have social values for society, to become human beings with noble character in the field of science that is owned in accordance with the demands of today's education world. In Law Number 14 of 2005 article 8 concerning Teachers and Lecturers it is stated that teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. Each rule has a legal basis that binds every teacher to carry out his profession with the concept of education containing the values of national and state life based on Pancasila. Education must be a means to encourage the development of shared values and knowledge. But in the fact these values have not been used in formal education. This is seen as an inadequate approach to carrying out performance as a reliable professional educator. Teachers always emphasize the system of emphasis on students, it can be seen from the standard KKM scores which are still brought on average. Teachers who have certification have not shown their professionalism and are licensed as educated teachers. In the fact often occurs in schools is that teachers have not shown themselves in the teaching and learning process, because the factors that influence the emphasis on teachers are economic problems, lack of teacher discipline, inadequate infrastructure in schools, placement of teachers in the field of study. more than one person so that the teacher lacks teaching hours that should teach 24 hours a week.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about local cultural values ​​as a reference by the government in this case, the Directorate of National Education Office of the Republic of Indonesia so that it becomes an understanding of schools in Indonesia and provides opportunities to better know and understand local cultural values ​​wisely and effectively. wise to practice in school. Furthermore, this study describes the principal's leadership strategy in developing teacher social competence with community cooperation through the bobaso serasai culture. The research used descriptive qualitative research and the research design was a multi-case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies as research objectives. Researchers used snowball data analysis. Data validity was carried out for credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that the social competence of teachers as the main actors in schools needed the support of community cooperation which became a strength for school principals to learn the cultural values ​​of bobaso as felt in the community. This research was conducted in 2019, at SMA Negeri 1 Ternate City, SMK Negeri 1 Ternate City and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Ternate City, North Maluku Province-Indonesia. As a research, namely prioritizing bobaso cultural values ​​according to the people of Ternate City as local wisdom to implement teacher social competence in schools effectively. In addition, the bobaso cultural dimension seems to be very dominant in supporting the principal's program in teacher-community collaboration

Abstract

The focus of this research is: Professional Performance of Teachers in State Senior High Schools in Ternate City. Based on the focus of the research, the problems were formulated: (1) How is the Professional Performance of Teachers of SMA Negeri Kota Ternate (2) What factors hinder the professional performance of teachers of SMA Negeri Kota Ternate (3) What efforts are made to overcome the factors that hinder the professional performance of teachers of SMA Negeri Kota Ternate. This research uses research methods that are based on holistic, complex, dynamic, and meaningful. The data collected is not numerical but qualitative. The results of this study are: (1) Professional Performance of Teachers of State Senior High School of Ternate City is good (2) Factors that hinder the professional performance of teachers of State Senior High School of Ternate City are based on the data obtained that there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure, the teacher's late step to school. There are several teachers in the mastery of making lesson plans and syllabus is still minimal. IT mastery in order to educate students better and get quality that can compete with other regions. (3) Efforts made to overcome the factors that hinder the professional performance of teachers in public high schools in Ternate City, namely the need for cooperation with the government and schools in Ternate City. Coordinating with the government so that there is serious attention to the development of SMA Negeri Kota Ternate. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended that: (1) commitment as a teacher should be followed by high enthusiasm in advancing themselves by adding books supporting lessons. (2) it is necessary to collaborate with the government and with schools in Ternate City to overcome the lack of facilities and infrastructure so that students do not miss the subjects taught by teachers. (3) the principal should provide guidance and motivation that can spur the spirit of the teachers.
