Abstract

Abstract Forest is an area that has a lot of dense vegetation, containing plants, shrubs, ferns, grass, mushrooms, wild animals, and other living things that have a place to live in the forest. Forests consist of air, water and land. Forests consist of air, water and land. The existence of the forest makes the area look cool, peaceful, and peaceful. Forest as an ecosystem is a mutual relationship between living things and their environment. Keywords: Criminal Liability, Perpetrators, Destruction, Forests. Abstrak Hutan adalah wilayah yang memiliki banyak tumbuh tumbuhan yang lebat, berisi tumbuh tumbuhan, semak, paku-pakuan, rumput, jamur, binatang liar, serta makhluk hidup lainnya yang memiliki tempat tinggal di hutan. Hutan terdiri dari udara, air, dan tanah. Hutan terdiri dari udara, air, dan tanah. Keberadaan hutan membuat wilayah tampak sejuk, tentram, dan damai. Hutan sebagai ekosistem merupaan hubungan timbal balik antara makhluk hidup dengan lingkungannya. Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban Pidana, Pelaku, Pengrusakan, Hutan.
