Abstract

Ealry marriage in Indonesia is still a lot going on especially in the distantly places, an early marriage related to the traditionandculture oftoday'steendatingthat too free, sexual behaviorthat is notwell controlled, somarriageatan early agegenerallyoccurred due to accidental(Unwed pregnancy). Adolescent development stopped due to early marriage, besides due to immaturityofthe individualmake them difficult in making decisions, negotiatewithcouplesandfamilies.This causesan impact onsocial adaptation. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of an early marriage to the ability of individual’s social adaptation with the approach of social adaptation theory. The research type was correlation analytic with cross sectional design. The research population was woman/wife of early marriage in the district of tembelang regency of jombang a number of 41people, with the sample was a number of 37 people which were taken by simple random sampling. The independent variablewas an early marriage and the dependent variable was social adaptation. The instrumentused was questionnaire, data processing used by editing, coding, scoring and tabulatingand performed statistical tests used by spearman rho. The research results showed that’s of 37 respondent nearly half of early marriage aged 17-19 years had social adaptation of Maladaptive wasamounted 18 respondent (48,6%). The influence analysis of early marriage to the ability of an individual’s social adaptation used statistical test of Spearman’s rho with  0,05 resulted value of P 0,002 so <. This research can be concluded that there is an effect of early marriage to the ability ofan individual's socialadaptationwithsocialadaptationtheory approachin the district of tembelang regency of Jombang, because ofearly marriagecanhave a negative impact to individual’s social adaptation untilbecomemaladaptive.

Abstract

In general, the responsibility of parenting is the duty of both parents but the reality of the matter at the present time is reduced concern of parents on parenting because they both work. This causes the limited interaction of parents with their children, so that in the care of a healthy hygienic behavior in children less attention. As a result, children are susceptible to bacteria, viruses, and other germs, and until there was the problem of disease in children, especially ill ARI. This study aimed to analyze the pattern of parenting to the occurrence of acute respiratory infection (ARI) in children This research design is survey cross sectional. The population in this research was the entire parents whose children ages 2-3 years who had ever experienced acute respiratory infection (ARI) in sub-village of Bandung Gebangmalang, village of Bandung, district of Diwek, Jombang regency with total 41 respondents and the sample were 37 respondents. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. This research variabel was the pattern of parenting and occurance of ARI. The collection of data obtained by questionnaire and data analysis includes editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and spearman rank’s statistic test with an error rate (α) 0,05. Results research influence parenting parents with occurance of ARI in children aged toddler 2-3 years was obtained almost a half of respondents’ parenting pattern was less 46% and most of the occurrence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) was often 70,3%. The results of Spearman rank’s test was ontained p value < α (0,000 < 0,05) so H1 accepted. There is effect of parenting parents on occurance of acute respiratory infection (ARI) in children aged toddler 2-3 years in sub-village of Bandung Gebangmalang village of Bandung district of Diwek Jombang regency. So that it is required being conducted a health conseling in order to parents know the best way in parenting, educating and caring children.

Abstract

Anxietyin childrencanslow the healing process, decreasing of recovered spirit and uncooperative of childrenon themaintenance action. The result of preliminary studied om Seruni room of Jombang hospital were 28pre-school children patients experienced fear when nurse came and crying when done action and they hadno appetite. The effect of hospitalization and anxiety which experienced by pre-school children can disturbchild development and healing process on children. The purpose of this researach was to determine the effectof play therapy on anxiety in facing hospitalization on pre-school children aged 3-6 years in Seruni room ofJombang hospital.This research design was one group pre – post test experimental with population of allpre-school children patients aged 3-6 years in Seruni room of Jombang hospital totaled as 40 children andthe total sample as many as 20 respondents with simple random sampling technique, the variable in thisreseach consisted of 2 variables those were independent variable that’s providing therapy on patientsappropriateproceduresspecific actionsperformed and dependent variable was the anxiety levelsof patients,while data collection used a questionnaire and check list. Statistical test used wilcoxon test.The results obtained most of respondents were 11 anxiety people (55%) before given playing therapy wereheavy and entirely respondents were 20 anxiety people (100%) after provided playing therapy were mild,while based on wilcoxon result test with SPSS obtained (= 0,000) so H1 accepted that meant there was aneffect of play therapy in facing hospitalization on pre-school aged children.The conclusion of this reseach is there was an effect of play therapy on anxiety in facing hospitalization onpre-school children aged 3-6 years in seruni room of Jombang hospital.It is expected to health worker canexpand and apply play therapy to decrease the impact of hospitalization on children and also utilize facilitiesof hospital conducting play therapy.Keywords : Play Therapy, Anxiety, Hospitalization, Pre-School Children
