Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian 1) kepemimpinan mutu, 2) kepemimpinan kewirausahaan, dan 3) SNP; mengetahui besarnya pengaruh 4) kepemimpinan mutu terhadap SNP, 5) kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap SNP, 6) kepemimpinan mutu dan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap SNP; dan 7) mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan mutu dengan kewirausahaan. Merupakan penelitian prediksi korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya 130 orang tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dengan sampel 30 orang. Menggunakan instrumen angket tertutup melalui google form menggunakan skala likert 1 sampai 4. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat ketercapaian 1) kepemimpinan mutu dengan kategori sangat baik (67,742%), 2) kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dengan kategori baik (61,3%), 3) ketercapaian SNP dengan kategori sangat tinggi (90,32%), 4) kepemimpinan mutu berpengaruh positif terhadap SNP (26,8%), 5) kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap SNP (35,3%), 6) kepemimpinan mutu dan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap SNP (56,4%), 7) tidak terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan mutu dan kewirausahaan.The Effect of Quality Leadership and Principal Entrepreneurship on the Achievement of SNP at SMKN 1 PurworejoAbstractThe purpose of this study are to determine the level of achievement of 1) quality leadership, 2) entrepreneurial leadership, and 3) SNP; knowing the magnitude of the influence of 4) quality leadership on the SNP, 5) entrepreneurial leadership on the SNP, 6) quality leadership and entrepreneurship together on the SNP; and 7) knowing the relationship between quality leadership and entrepreneurship. It is a correlation prediction research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The research subjects were 130 educators and education team with a sample of 30 people. Using a closed questionnaire instrument through google form using a Likert scale of 1 up to 4. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and regression. The results showed the level of achievement of 1) quality leadership in the very good category (67.742%), 2) entrepreneurial leadership in the good category (61.3%), 3) the level of achievement of SNP in the very high category (90.32%), 4) leadership quality has a positive effect on SNP (26.8%), 5) entrepreneurial leadership has a positive effect on SNP (35.3%), 6) quality leadership and entrepreneurship together have a positive effect on SNP (56.4%), 7) there is no relationship between quality leadership and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to determine: (1) the use of posters as a medium of learning at the workshop of Education Department of Civil Engineering and Planning FT UNY, (2) requirements in making posters as instructional media, and (3) Correspondence between poster as a learning media with the workshop at Department of Education of Civil Engineering and Planning FT UNY. This study Applies a descriptive approach (descriptive research). In this study, the researchers did not provide any treatment to what is observed however only describes in detail merely to what was found in the data collection. The findings of this study are (1) poster has been used as a medium of learning both in carpentry, plumbing workshop, and rock workshop. Poster is used to convey information such as personal protective equipment, work step, parts of an instrument, learning products, and K3 (2) the factors of the preconditions if poster at carpentry and rock workshop have been fulfilled. However the preconditions the form of size and color of poster at the plumbing workshop still need to be resized. In addition, the suitability factors such as ease of posters indicators in order to be easily seen in carpentry and plumbing workshop also need to be resized. Other indicators contained in preconditions factors such as expediency and suitability in the third workshop have been fulfilled. (3) The compliance of poster in carpentry, plumbing workshop, and rock workshop at the Education Department of Civil Engineering and Planning FT UNY is good. Posters are suitable to the function and purpose of each workshop. They only need resizing and repositioning. Keywords: instructional media, posters, workshop  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) penggunaan poster sebagai media pembelajaran di bengkel Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan FT UNY (2) persyaratan dalam pembuatan poster sebagai media pembelajaran (3) Kesesuaian antara media pembelajaran poster dengan bengkel di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan FT UNY. Penelitian ini menggunaan pendekatan deskriptif (descriptive reasearch). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti tidak memberikan perlakuan terhadap apa yang diteliti tetapi hanya sebatas mendeskripsikan secara detail terhadap apa yang ditemukan dalam pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Poster telah dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran baik di bengkel kayu, bengkel plambing, maupun bengkel batu. Poster digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi alat pelindung diri, langkah kerja, bagian-bagian dari suatu alat, produk pembelajaran, maupun K3 (2) Faktor prasyarat poster di bengkel kayu dan bengkel batu sudah terpenuhi. Hanya saja untuk prasyarat berupa indikator ukuran dan warna poster di bengkel plambing masih perlu ditingkatkan. Selain itu, faktor kesesuaian berupa indikator kemudahan poster untuk terlihat di bengkel kayu dan plambing juga perlu ditingkatkan. Indikator lain yang terdapat pada faktor prasyarat, kemanfaatan, dan kesesuaian di ketiga bengkel tersebut sudah terpenuhi (3) Kesesuaian poster di bengkel kayu, bengkel plambing, dan bengkel batu di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan FT UNY sudah baik. Poster sudah sesuai dengan fungsi dan maksud masing-masing bengkel. Hanya saja perlu adanya pembenahan dalam penempatan poster.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, poster, bengkel

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the level of attainment of the National Education Standards, (2) the level of the principal's distributif leadership, (3) the level of entrepreneurial leadership of school principals, (4) the influence of the principal's distributif leadership on the achievement of the National Education Standards, (5) the influence of leadership. entrepreneurship of school principals on the achievement of National Education Standards, (6) the influence of distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together on the achievement of National Education Standards, and (7) the relationship of distributif leadership to the entrepreneurial leadership of school principals. This research is a quantitative research. The object of research in this study is SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. The data collection technique used a questionnaire.  Instrument  validation  uses  product  moment  correlation  and  reliability  uses  the  Alpha Croncbach formula. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) the level of achievement of the National Education Standards obtained an average score of 85.98% in the very suitable category, (2) the level of distributif leadership obtained an average achievement of 83.55% in the very suitable category, (3) ) the level of entrepreneurial leadership attainment of the principal is 74.2% (4) there is a significant positive effect of distributif leadership on the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 2.503 t table 2.048 at the 5% significance level and the correlation coefficient of 0.545, (5) There is a positive influence between the entrepreneurial leadership of the principal on the achievement of the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 0.514 0.355 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation of 0.514, (6) there is a positive influence between distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together. against the achievement of the National Education Standards, it is evident an with Fcount of 9.269 Ftable 3.348 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation value of 0.631 with an effective contribution of 29.8%. and (7) there is a relationship between the principal's distributif leadership and the principal's entrepreneurial leadership, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient 0.410 0.355, p = 0.05.Keywords: Leadership, Distributif, Entrepreneurship, Principal, SNPABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah, (3) tingkat kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (6) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dan (7) hubungan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah. Validasi instrument menggunakan product moment correlation dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Croncbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,98% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif memperoleh pencapaian rata-rata sebesar 83,55% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (3) tingkat pencapaian kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah pencapaian sebesar 74,2% (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 2,503 ttabel 2,048 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,545, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,514 ttabel 0,355 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan korelasi sebesar 0,514, (6) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung sebesar 9,269 Ftabel 3,348 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,631 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29,8%. dan (7) terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah, dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,410 0,355, p = 0,05.
