Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh kepemimpinan mutu kepala SMKN 2 Depok Sleman dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP); (2) sejauhmana pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif kepala SMKN 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Kajian ini merupakan kajian kuantitatif. Populasi kajian adalah seluruh guru (termasuk kepala sekolah) yang mengajar di SMKN 2 Depok Sleman dan SMKN 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian dipilih 30 Guru (termasuk kepala sekolah) berjumlah 30 masing-masing sekolah, sehingga total sampel berjumlah 60 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dimana untuk menambahan informasi menggunakan observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik kuantitatif dengan terlebih dahulu data diuji normalitas, linieritas dan multikolinieritas kemudian baru dapat dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi tunggal. Hasil kajian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Kepemimpinan mutu (X1) Kepala SMKN 2 Depok tidak berpengaruh terhadap SNP (Y) dengan nilai Sig. 0,543 (syarat berpengaruh nilai sig. 0, 05); (2) Kepemimpinan distributif (X2) Kepala SMKN 2 Pengasih berpengaruh terhadap SNP (Y) dengan nilai Sig. 0,004 (syarat berpengaruh nilai sig. 0, 05).

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to: (1) know the perception of teachers of the ADT Department, SMKN 1 Seyegan of  procedures and requirements of the CPD imposed by the government, (2) know the effectiveness of the CPD  implementation on scientific publication aspect at the ADT Department, SMKN 1 Seyegan, and (3) know the effectiveness of the CPD  implementation on innovative work aspect at the ADT Department, SMKN 1 Seyegan. This research was a descriptive research. The study population was all teachers who taught in ADT majors totalling 32 teachers (18 normative teachers, 10 adaptive teachers, and 4 productive teachers) and the whole population became the sample. The data were collected using a questionnaire and through interviews. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive statistical technique for the quantitative data and the qualitative descriptive technique for the qualitative data. The results were as follows. (1) The perception of the teachers of Department of Architectural Drawing Technique (ADT) of SMKN 1 Seyegan Sleman toward CPD procedure was in a good category (X = 4,96, good category = 4,5 ≤ X 6,75). (2) The effectiveness of CPD implementation on scientific publication aspect at the ADT Department of SMKN 1 Seyegan was ineffective category (12,13%). (3) The effectiveness of CPD implementation on innovative work aspect at the ADT Department of SMKN 1 Seyegan was ineffective category (22,26%). Keywords: implementation, continuing professional development (CPD), architectural drawing technique                                     ABSTRAK                Kajian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui persepsi guru SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB terhadap prosedur kenaikan pangkat PKB; (2) mengetahui keefektifan implementasi PKB pada aspek publikasi ilmiah di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB, dan (3) mengetahui keefektifan implementasi PKB pada aspek karya inovatif di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB. Kajian ini merupakan Kajian diskriptif. Populasi Kajian adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di Jurusan TGB, yang berjumlah 32 orang (18 guru normatif, 10 guru adaptif, dan 4 guru produktif) dan keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan melalui wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif untuk data kuantitatif dan teknik diskriptif kualitatif untuk data kualitatif. Hasil Kajian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Persepsi guru SMKN 1 Seyegan Sleman Jurusan TGB terhadap prosedur kenaikan pangkat PKB masuk kategori baik (X=4,96, kategori baik=4,5 ≤ X 6,75). (2) Keefektifan implementasi PKB aspek publikasi ilmiah di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB masuk kategori tidak efektif (12,13%). (3) Keefektifan implementasi PKB aspek karya inovatif di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB masuk kategori tidak efektif (22,26%). Kata Kunci: implementasi, peningkatan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB), teknik gambar bangunan (TGB)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the level of attainment of the National Education Standards, (2) the level of the principal's distributif leadership, (3) the level of entrepreneurial leadership of school principals, (4) the influence of the principal's distributif leadership on the achievement of the National Education Standards, (5) the influence of leadership. entrepreneurship of school principals on the achievement of National Education Standards, (6) the influence of distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together on the achievement of National Education Standards, and (7) the relationship of distributif leadership to the entrepreneurial leadership of school principals. This research is a quantitative research. The object of research in this study is SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. The data collection technique used a questionnaire.  Instrument  validation  uses  product  moment  correlation  and  reliability  uses  the  Alpha Croncbach formula. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) the level of achievement of the National Education Standards obtained an average score of 85.98% in the very suitable category, (2) the level of distributif leadership obtained an average achievement of 83.55% in the very suitable category, (3) ) the level of entrepreneurial leadership attainment of the principal is 74.2% (4) there is a significant positive effect of distributif leadership on the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 2.503 t table 2.048 at the 5% significance level and the correlation coefficient of 0.545, (5) There is a positive influence between the entrepreneurial leadership of the principal on the achievement of the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 0.514 0.355 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation of 0.514, (6) there is a positive influence between distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together. against the achievement of the National Education Standards, it is evident an with Fcount of 9.269 Ftable 3.348 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation value of 0.631 with an effective contribution of 29.8%. and (7) there is a relationship between the principal's distributif leadership and the principal's entrepreneurial leadership, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient 0.410 0.355, p = 0.05.Keywords: Leadership, Distributif, Entrepreneurship, Principal, SNPABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah, (3) tingkat kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (6) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dan (7) hubungan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Validasi instrument menggunakan product moment correlation dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Croncbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,98% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif memperoleh pencapaian rata-rata sebesar 83,55% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (3) tingkat pencapaian kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah pencapaian sebesar 74,2% (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 2,503 ttabel 2,048 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,545, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,514 ttabel 0,355 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan korelasi sebesar 0,514, (6) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung sebesar 9,269 Ftabel 3,348 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,631 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29,8%. dan (7) terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah, dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,410 0,355, p = 0,05.

Abstract

There is tourism potential that can be maximized around the Kali Jetis River, which was originally an unofficial rubbish dump. This is an effort by residents to change environmental conditions to make them more valuable. Based on the problem mapping results from observations, priority problems focus on the main problems in the field of service facilities in the arts sector and performing arts management which are considered to have the most influence on the sustainability of arts and culture in the area. The solution offered is in the form of art stage design planning and assistance with space management practices. The aim is to preserve the arts, culture and traditions of the residents with the aim of planning an arts stage design that is functional, safe, comfortable and meets their needs; as well as improving residents' skills in managing performing arts spaces. The stages carried out include the stages of cooperation, design, implementation and evaluation of activities. This activity was carried out according to planning and went well with the output in the form of an art stage plan drawing. The involvement of community members in following a series of stages was very enthusiastic and directly involved in implementing the activities.
