Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kulitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara terus menerus telah dilakukan dengan baik secara konvensional maupun inovatif, seperti pelatihan dan peningkatan kualifikasi guru, penyempurnaan kurikulum, pengadaan buku dan alat pelajaran, perbaikan sarana dan prasaran pendidikan lainnya. Mengelola kelas merupakan saah satu peranan yang dilakukan seorang guru dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu untuk menciptakan kondisi belajar yang optimal dan menetralisir keadaan jika terjadi gangguan di dalam kelas selama proses belajar mengajar. Manajemen kelas merupakan suatu kegiatan terkecil dalam usaha pendidikan yang justri merupakan “dapur inti” dari seluruh jenis manajemen pendidikan. Dalam manajemen kelas inilah kemudian terdapat istilah “pengelolaan kelas” baik yang bersifat intruksional maupun manajerial. Manajemen kelas adalah segala usaha yang diarahka untuk mewujudkan semua pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan serta dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan baik sesuai dengan kemampuan. Atau dapat dikatakan bahwa manajemen kelas merupakan usaha sadar untuk mengatur kegiatan proses pembelajaran secara sistematis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student management that takes place at Mulia Private School in Rantang City Village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation study. In this study, the subjects of the study were the principal, vice principal in student affairs and several students and teachers in the subject area of ​​this school. This study shows that the ongoing student management process is in accordance with the scope of student management, and was prepared by the school in accordance with technical instructions from the education office.

Abstract

Education is very important in improving the quality of human resources (HR), quality education is a hope for the whole community. The formulation of the problem that the author does is how to implement quality management and implement quality management standards at MTs Nurus Salam schools. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research type, this study uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of quality management in MTs Nurus Salam schools, the principal has done something positive, such as: seeking the effectiveness of the learning process by motivating teachers and teachers also increasing their competence. The conclusion from the research is that education quality management is carried out by MTs Nurus Salam with the quality of implementation in accordance with national standards. The role of madrasas in balancing the process and results of education. In the end, students will grow into quality Muslim individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Instagram-based digital literacy on student learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai, (2) The effect of student interest in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai. (3) The effect of digital literacy and interest in learning on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai which is located at Jl. Sei Batanghari No. 6 Tanah Seribu Village, South Binjai District, Binjai City. The findings of this study indicate that: Instagram-based digital literacy has an influence on Learning Outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith Subject of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai by 15.4%, student learning interest has an influence on Learning Outcomes on Eyes Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai by 30.1%, digital literacy and student interest in learning together have an influence on Learning Outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith Subjects for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai is 47% while the remaining 53% comes from outside the variables of this study.
