Abstract

Karakteristik biografis dapat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja para pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerakteristik Biografis Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kerakteristik Biografis Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Observasi, Kuesioner, Penelitian pustaka (library research). Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7996 orang sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 99 orang, adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk Pengaruh Kerakteristik Biografis Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang di peroleh hasil skor 3,88 dengan dinilai baik sedangkan untuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya Faktor kemampuan kerjasama mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang dikategorikan Baik dengan skor 3,99 dengan hasil persentase 79,8%.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya sudah banyak sekali program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa Carawali. Namun sayang dalam tataran praktik berbagai penyimpangan acapkali terjadi yang disebabkan oleh beragam alasan. Misalnya alasan financial, pendidikan, dan keterampilan, kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Badan usaha milik desa Carawali merupakan salah satu organisasi yang terkesan pakum hari ini. Tidak dapat dipungkiri peran organisasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sangat besar. Terutama untuk mengatasi permasalahan sosial masyarakat yang dapat menjadi wadah untuk melakukan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia disamping sebagai wadah pemenuhan dan pemecahan permasahalan sosial di tengah kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan dari Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalisasi pengelolaan BUMDes Carawali. Karenanya, dalam pengabdian ini penulis melakukan berbagai strategi guna mengaktifkan organisasi BUMDes Carawali yang saat ini tidak terkelola dengan baik. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pembinaan mental keorganisasian, pembinaan tata kelola administrasi, serta pembentukan struktur melalaui kegiatan workshop. Dengan demikian pengabdian ini dapat mengoptimalisasi peran BUMDes Carawali dalam penyelesaian berbagai permasalahan ditengah masyarakat. Adapun ukuran keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini adalah BUMDes Carawali dapat menjadi sehat kembali dengan terbentuknya pengurus baru yang dapat lebih berperan kemasyakat terhadap pembangunan SDM dan membantu pemerintah desa dalam memecahkan persoalan sosial yang ada. Dengan adanya BUMDes ini pemerintah desa Carawali dapat kembali mengaktifkan dana bergulirnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on Community Empowerment in Kanie Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in Kanie Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 91 Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program in Kanie Village where the sampling used a saturated sampling technique with the Arikunto formula, namely taking all subjects if less than 100 people, so that the sample amounted to 91 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, literature review, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with Likert scale and frequency tables, data quality test with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on Community Empowerment in Kanie Village with a percentage value of 82% is categorized as "Very Good". The factors that influence the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program include: Target (89.6%), Coordination (89.4), Socialization (91.4%), and Amount of assistance (77.4%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Government Performance on Waste Management in Macorawalie Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this research is the community with male and female gender totaling 895 people from 2 hamlets, the data collection technique is the Yount formula with the results of 95 people, taken based on purposive sampling. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research type, data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique is using validity, reliability using SPSS 16.0 application and Likert Scale. Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire analysis, a recapitulation of Government Performance variables obtained 67.6% is included in the "Good" category. Recapitulation of Waste Management variable 64.4% included in the category of "Good".

Abstract

Village Head Decision Making Model in the Development of Pirsa Culinary Tourism in the Village of If the Riase District of Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang in 2020. This study aims to find out how the Village Head Decision Making Model in the Development of culinary tourism in the Village of PIRSA if Riase and to find out what approach was taken by the Village Head in making decisions PIRSA culinary tourism development activities in the Village If Riase. The population of this study was 34 stakeholders and a sample of 34 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire (questionnaire), and literature. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. The results showed that the percentage of each indicator can be seen that the development of PIRSA culinary tourism in the fact, experience, intuition, logic, and system analysis approach that is 40-60% is categorized unfavorably in the development of culinary tourism.

Abstract

Determine the quality of public services at the Rappang Puskesmas, to determine the community satisfaction index at the Rappang Puskesmas, and to determine the effect of the quality of public services on the community satisfaction index at the Rappang Puskesmas. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 4983 people who have been counted as patients registered at the health center since 2019-2020. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 98 people was obtained. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires, observation and literature study. The collected data is then processed using a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with the help of SPSS 21.0 with a measurement scale using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the quality of service at the Rappang Puskesmas was in the poor category with an average percentage of 56.8%, the community satisfaction index at the Puskesmas Rappang was in the poor category with an average percentage of 60%, and the effect of the quality of service on community satisfaction index with a percentage of 55.7% influential.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of program targets for the prevention of Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, then to determine the accuracy of program sociaIization for Covid-19 prevention in Sidenreng Rappang Regency and aIso to determine the accuracy of program objectives for overcoming Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. , as weII as to determine the accuracy of program monitoring of the response to Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The popuIation of this research is 301,972 peopIe, whiIe the research sampIe is 100 peopIe. The data coIIection technique used in this study is to use technique (1). Observation, (2). Questionnaire, (3). Iiterature review. The coIIected data were then anaIyzed using frequency tabIes and using the SPSS appIication. The resuIts of this study indicate that the effectiveness of government poIicies against covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency can be categorized (a). The accuracy of program targets for the prevention of Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an interpretation of 48.3% is in the poor category. (b). SociaIization of the program on the prevention of Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an interpretation of 49% with a poor category. (c). The program objectives for the prevention of Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an interpretation of 48% in the unfavorabIe category. (d). SociaIization of the program on the prevention of Covid-19 in Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an interpretation of 43.3% in the poor category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of Management Functions in the Lagading Village Office, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to determine the increase in human resources in the lagading village office, Pitu Riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district and to determine the application of management functions to improving human resources in lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, sidenreng rappang district. The population in this case was 1,291 people, while the sampling used was accidental sampling, using quantitative descriptive research, and data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, data quality test, using frequency tables, regression methods and hypothesis testing. The results showed the application of the management function in the lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district with an average percentage value of 64.5% in the good category, while the increase in human resources in the lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district with an average percentage 65%. The application of the management function to improving human resources in the lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district has a significant effect of 19% and the remaining 81% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the conceptual framework of this study. This shows that the implementation of the management function to increase human resources in the lagading village office, Pitu Riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district has not been optimal.Keywords: coordination and implementation of government.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program pengelolaan sampah terhadap pendapatan badan usaha milik Desa mujur Kalosi Alau Kecamatan Dua Pitue Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Hasil olah kuesioner diperoleh rekapitulasi Indikator Implementasi sebesar 58,28% berada pada kategori cukup baik. Rekapitulasi Indikator Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam program pengelolaan sampah sebesar 59% berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik: dan pengaruh antara implementasi program pengelolaan sampah dan pendapatan badan usaha milik desa mujur Kalosi Alau Kecamatan Dua Pitue Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dikategorikan Berpengaruh/signifikan, dari uji ANOVA didapat Fhitung yang hanya diperoleh sebesar 0,85 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,771 hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variabel independen secara keseluruhan berpengaruh signifikan, dan probabilitas jauh diatas 0.05., secara parsial t hitung (292) > t tabel (1.65922) artinya implementasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan badan usaha milik Desa Kalosi Alau Kecamatan Dua Pitue Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sebesar “ 56,3% berada pada kategori Cukup Baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif kualitatif. data yang dikumpulkan melalui hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diuji keabsahan melalui triangulasi data sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berbagai phenomena dalam proses kolaborasi terhadap pengembangan usaha ternak itik di Desa Kanie. Kondisi, peternakan di desa kanie yang masih bersipat tradisional, belum ada kebijakan yang mengatur tentang wilayah kekuasaan para peternak. Sedangkan berdasarkan Desain Kelembagaan, pemerintah desa Bersama dengan masyarakat serta pelibatan pihak luar (swasta) belum terjadi, pemerintah desa belum melakukan langkah kolaboratif guna memotivasi pengembangan usaha ternak itik di desa Kanie.
