<![CDATA[Kepatuhan kontrol ulang adalah kepatuhan klien terhadap pengobatan, dilihat dari datang atau tidaknya klien yang sudah ditetapkan jadwal untuk kontrol yang ke 2 dan selanjutnya, bedasarkan kesepakatan waktu yang ditentukan oleh tenaga kesehatan setelah kontrol yang pertama. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan kontrol adalah dukungan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan kontrol ulang pada pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional.dengan menggunakan metode consecutive sampling pada keluarga pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid (Ayah, Ibu, Kakek, Nenek, Paman, Bibik, Kakak, Sepupu) di poliklinik anak remaja RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Hubungan bivariat dianalisis dengan mengunakan uji Fisher. Pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid yang didukung oleh keluarga berjumlah 73 (98,6%) responden dan pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid yang tidak didukung oleh keluarga berjumlah 1 (1,4%) responden, pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid yang patuh kontrol ulang berjumlah 44 (59,5%) responden dan pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid yang tidak patuh kontrol ulang berjumlah 30 (40,5%) reponden. Analisis bivariat dengan uji fisher menunjukan p value sebesar 1,000. Tidak ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan kontrol ulang pada pasien Skizofrenia Paranoid dipoliklinik anak remaja RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kata kunci: dukungan keluarga, kepatuhan kontrol ulang, skizofrenia paranoid RELATIONSHIP OF FAMILY SUPPORT WITH COMPLIANCE WITH RE-CONTROL IN THE SCIZOFRENIA PARANOID PATIENT ABSTRACT Compliance re-control is the client's compliance with treatment, seen from whether or not the client has set a schedule for the second and subsequent control, based on the agreed time determined by the health worker after the first control. One of the factors that influence control compliance is family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with adherence to re-control in Paranoid Schizophrenia patients. This study uses a descriptive analytic method with cross sectional design. By using consecutive sampling method in the families of Paranoid Schizophrenia patients (Father, Mother, Grandfather, Grandmother, Uncle, Bib, Brother, Cousin) in the polyclinic of teenagers, Dr.J. Amino Gondohutomo with a total sample of 74 respondents. Bivariate relationships were analyzed using Fisher's exact test. Paranoid Schizophrenia patients supported by families totaled 73 (98.6%) respondents and Paranoid Schizophrenia patients who were not supported by families numbered 1 (1.4%) respondents, Paranoid Schizophrenia patients who were adherent to re-control adherence numbered 44 (59.5%) Respondents and Paranoid Schizophrenia patients who were not compliant with back control were 30 (40.5%) respondents.
