Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran yang tepat akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, antara siswa dengan siswa serta guru dengan siswa agar pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan materi ajar yang disampaikan oleh guru dapat mudah dipahami. Strategi atau cara agar pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan materi ajar lebih mudah diserap oleh siswa dapat diatasi dengan media pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media pembelajaran video dengan hasil pembelajaran Dasar Perancangan Teknik Mesin siswa kelas X jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasi bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan penggunaan media pembelajaran video hingga hasil pembelajaran Dasar Perancangan Teknik Mesin siswa kelas X jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi dengan jumlah siswa sebesar 85 orang. Teknik purposive sampling adalah sampling yang sengaja ditentukan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian 65 siswa dengan 20 sampel uji coba. Hasil uji hipotetis, diperoleh r harga rhitungan 0,580> rtabel 0,244. Setelah tes t diketahui bahwar menghitung 4,9393> 1.296 pada tingkat yang signifikan 5%. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kedua variabel dengan tingkat hipotesis yang dinyatakan signifikan 5% diterima dilihat dari hasilnya. Hubungan Penggunaan Media Video Learning hingga Hasil Pembelajaran Dasar Perancangan Teknik Mesin Kelas X Siswa Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi, dengan interachievement koefisien korelasi 0,580 dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 period many individuals were unable to work because of this outbreak. This research was conducted to apply Happenstance Learning Theory (HLT) during the new normal period. Happenstance Learning Theory is conducted with the aim of assessing skills in using coincidences in developing career opportunities. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive, the samples used in this study were 88 respondents using multistage random sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the skills in using opportunities are in the very low category with a percentage of 56%. And seen from the 5 dimensions of Happenstance Learning Theory namely Optimism is in the very low category 39.8%; Flexibility is in the low category of 31.8%; Persistence is in the very low category of 28%; Curiosity; in the medium category 30.7%, and Risk Taking in the very low category 26.4%. Based on the results of this study it was found that there is a need for careful career planning carried out by individuals in making career choices especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Reviewing the poverty that occurs in Cilincing Fishermen Village using a functionalist perspective, the author uses qualitative research methods as the main approach. Within the framework of qualitative methods, one of the techniques adopted is in-depth interviews. In depth interviews allow researchers to explore the perspectives and personal experiences of a number of residents who become research subjects. In the interview process, the participants had the opportunity to speak openly and deeply about their views on the poverty issue under study. Poverty that occurs provides indirect benefits for outsiders, such as being used as a place of research, providing assistance or funds, and other programs that support it. In a functionalist perspective, poverty does not always have to be eliminated, because with social stratification, the division of labor can be emphasized for the sake of the integrity of the social system in society. The existence of poverty will always exist, except when it has no function in society. This poverty can be minimized without eliminating its role.
