Abstract

This research is a policy study that discusses the efforts of the Central Statistics Agency for the City of Palembang in implementing bureaucratic reform. Based on the results of this study, the results of research and discussion show that this study aims to analyze the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 81 of 2010 concerning Bureaucratic Reform at the Palembang City BPS Office, and to gain an understanding of the meaning of Bureaucratic Reform for Palembang City BPS office employees. This research method is qualitative. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and literature studies that were relevant to the research object. The parameters measured are based on the implementation model of bureaucratic reform from aspects that include aspects of the institution (organization), management and human resources of the apparatus. In its implementation, it still encounters various kinds of obstacles, the main obstacles are the coordination of the Palembang City BPS Technical Team is still not at the Palembang City BPS itself but is in other agencies. The process of bureaucratic reform is certainly still far from what is expected by the community.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang ingin membantu dalam pihak pihak yang membutuhkan dalam penggunaan aplikasi mendeley. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk penambahan pengetahuan melalui praktek langsung bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi mendeley dalam membuat referensi karya ilmiah ataupun skripsi. Diharapkan dari hasil pelatihan ini memberikan praktek secara langsung penggunaan mendeley kepada mahasiswa umum, siswa SMA/SMK, masyarakat umum maupun pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi langsung, praktik simulasi menggunakan aplikasi mendeley. Metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian materi pelatihan/sosialiasi. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Masyarakat mampu mengetahui bagaimana cara menggunakan mendeley dalam pembuatan referensi karya ilmiah maupun skripsi; 2) Masyarakat mendapatkan solusi tentang kendala-kendalam dalam menggunakan mendeley.

Abstract

Melihat kejadian terkini di Indonesia, kekerasan terhadap anak masih banyak terjadi di Palembang. Banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya tindak kekerasan tersebut, namun kedua faktor tersebut disebabkan oleh seorang anak melakukan tindak kekerasan terhadap anak lainnya. Perilaku kekerasan ini disebabkan oleh agresi masa kanak-kanak yang terjadi karena berbagai alasan. Salah satunya adalah efek harian. Untuk itu, penelitian merekomendasikan agar orang tua terlibat dalam mengontrol perilaku bermain anak. Pemerintah juga berencana untuk mengatur olahraga sekunder, yang sering dilakukan anak-anak sepulang sekolah, untuk mengurangi kekerasan di kalangan anak secara efektif. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan sebelumnya dan memberikan informasi tentang dampak game online terhadap tingkat kekerasan terhadap anak dan remaja di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan koleksi sekunder deskriptif. Itu juga mengumpulkan temuan penelitian terkait kasus dan mengevaluasinya dengan cara yang berorientasi pada penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan perlindungan anak yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah kurang terlaksana secara optimal dan membutuhkan partisipasi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, bukan hanya peran pemerintah. Implementasi kebijakan dicapai dengan dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor yaitu faktor komunikasi, sumber informasi pendukung implementasi kebijakan, faktor perilaku, dan faktor struktural birokrasi. Seeing the modern-day style of times in Indonesia, times of violence in the direction of youngsters in Palembang City are despite the fact that quite high. Many factors can purpose the occurrence of these acts of violence, every factors from the child himself who commits acts of violence in the direction of distinct youngsters. This act of violence end up born from the presence of aggressiveness in youngsters that arises for various reasons. One of them is the every day have an impact on. For this reason, studies propose that mother and father get worried in controlling their infant's play behavior. In addition, the government is predicted to make a rule to alter exercise centers in which time is frequently spent after university to ensure that violence among youngsters can be reduced effectively. This study refers to and is representative of the effects of previous studies related to the have an impact on of on line video video games at the quantity of violence with the useful resource of the usage of youngsters and young adults withinside the city of Palembang. This study used a qualitative technique with a secondary records descriptive technique. Also, research effects related to times is probably raised and analyzed with a research focus. The effects of this study end that the recommendations completed with the useful resource of the usage of the government in infant protection have now not been maximized in their implementation, now not pleasant the feature of the government, but the participation of all tiers of society is needed. Abstract

The most prominent employee mutation activity in Palembang City is in the context of promotion and transfer in order to evenly distribute employees in the ranks of the Office, Agency and Office in Palembang City. The type of research that is considered appropriate in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection of this research was carried out based on observations, interviews and documents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a taxonomic analysis technique, which is to form a detailed and in-depth analysis in discussing a theme or subject matter. This taxonomic analysis is used to describe in detail the process of mutation of promotions for civil servants at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Palembang City. Based on the research results, in terms of mutation of civil servants, the authority that exists in the government is very broad. Only the appointment of echelon II requires approval from the top level government, and the appointment of the Regional Secretary requires approval from the local DPRD. The procedure for employee transfers differs according to the position of the mutation. For mutation due to promotion, it has been determined based on the applicable legislation.
