Abstract

This research to analyze and describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the madrasa-based curriculum at MTs Bahrul Ulum Gadingmangu Perak Jombang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the type of field study research. For data collection techniques through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, to check and examine data from various data collection techniques and existing data sources, the researchers used source triangulation techniques. The results of the research found are: (1) Madrasa-based curriculum planning begins with a meeting at the beginning of the school year and the formation of a curriculum development team. Curriculum planning refers to curriculum components, among others, determining curriculum objectives in accordance with the madrasa's vision and mission, determining learning content or materials, learning processes (methods), learning evaluations carried out by written tests and oral tests, (2) Implementation of a curriculum-based Madrasahs are divided into two parts, namely the implementation of the madrasa level curriculum who is responsible for the madrasah principal and the implementation of the class level curriculum is the responsibility of the educator, (3) Madrasa-based curriculum evaluation is carried out by evaluating the level of curriculum achievement, evaluating the performance of educators related to the implementation of the curriculum at the classroom level and assessment of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan sangat dibutuhkan di dalam suatu madrasah terutama kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah juga dibutuhkan untuk suatu mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari madrasah. Tujuan penelitian:1. Mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. 2.Mendeskripsikan mutu tenaga pendidik di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desaian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan Data Reduction, Data Display, dan Conclusion Drawing. Hasil penelitian: 1. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang sudah cukup baik. Beliau bertanggungjawab terhadap lembaga di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. Disini gaya yang digunakan kepala madrasah untuk memimpin yaitu dengan menggunakan gaya demokratis yaitu dimana kepala madrasah selalu mendekatkan diri dengan para guru, siswa dan para pegawai madrasah dengan tujuan untuk membimbing atau mengayomi para guru agar melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya. 2. Kepala madrasah merupakan orang yang sangat berperan penting dalam kualitas atau mutu dari madrasah itu sendiri. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kepemimpinan dari kepala madrasah untuk melakukan peningkatan mutu dari tenaga pendidik. Kinerja tenaga pendidik dapat dilihat dari kinerja tenaga pendidik sebagai sesuatu yang dicapai, prestasi yang diperlihatkan, kemampuan kerja penggunaan sumber daya untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Hal ini yang dilakukan di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang dimana kepala madrasah menempatkan tenaga pendidik sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki tenaga pendidik itu tersebut karena dilihat dari keprofesionalan.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang is an Islamic educational institution that has an important role in shaping the character and understanding of religion among the citizens. One of the crucial aspects of Islamic religion is the law of inheritance, which regulates the division of property after a person dies. A proper understanding of the system of inheritance counting is crucial to ensuring justice and harmony in society. This study is a community dedication aimed at improving the understanding of the methods of counting inheritance among the centers of Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. The approach involved theoretical training and practical support, as well as close collaboration with the hostel manager. This training covers a basic understanding of faraidh, the principles of inheritance counting in Islam, and their practical application. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in the central understanding of the methodology of inheritance counting. Santri not only understands the basic principles of inheritance law but is also able to apply them in real-life situations. Besides, the program also empowers centers to be agents of change in their communities. The program has planned advanced activities to maintain a sustainable understanding of the hereditary calculation scheme among the centurions. Although there are some obstacles during implementation, such as a tight timetable, steps will be taken to address these challenges in the future. The dedication of this community was successful in improving the understanding of the methods of counting inheritance among the centers of the Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. It shows the importance of inclusive and interactive religious education in shaping individual character and instilling the values of justice in society.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of a service learning program at Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School as a form of community service for the students. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach and collecting data through interviews and documents, the research findings indicate that the program has followed ideal procedures. However, there is a need to improve the monitoring and evaluation system for better structure. Service learning has proven effective in shaping the religious moderation character of the students, focusing on providing moderation education, group interactions, community service in diverse settings, and reflective learning. The primary recommendation involves enhancing the capacity of field supervisors and partner institutions to maximize their facilitating role in developing students' moderation. Despite some weaknesses in the evaluation, the conclusion affirms that the program successfully imparts religious moderation values through direct experiences in the community.Program Pengabdian, Service Learning Ala Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang dalam Pembentukan Sikap Moderat Santri

Abstract

Librarians have a very important role in providing assistance for students to utilize and use library materials properly, correctly, and effectively, and librarians are also very influential in increasing student interest in and visits to the library. This study aims to: 1. Describe the role of librarians in developing literacy programs at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. 2). Describe the Literacy Program's role in increasing student interest and visiting the library at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: 1). The role of librarians in improving literacy programs consists of: a). Librarian administrators carry out planning, organizing, and coordinating, b) Educators develop a good personality, such as in service, fostering and developing skills, increasing insight, and being able to innovate. c). Supervisors always work together to motivate colleagues, have new innovations, and always think of continuing to grow in the future
