Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis langkah langkah kepala sekolah dalam wewujudkan sekolah adiwiyata sehingga menjadi sekolah yang ramah lingkungan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) (2) observasi partisipan (participant observation); dan (3) studi dokumentasi (study documents). analisis data, dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi, mendisplay, dan memverifikasi data. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa SDN 1 Landasan Ulin Selatan Banjarbaru, adalah, (1) Menciptakan lingkungan sehat yang mendukung susana belajar yang kondusip, (2) melibatkan semua pihak untuk kesiapan adiwiyata, (3) membentuk tim adiwiyata dengan semua elemen dan serta mengajak komunitas sekolah,, (4) menyediakan sarana prasarana untuk mendukung pembelajaran lingkungan hidup di sekolah serta memelihara sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang ramah lingkungan, (5) menumbuhkan sikap dan karakter peduli lingkungan pada guru, peserta didik, dan semua komunitas sekolah, (6) memberikan, menambahkan reward and punishment untuk meningkatkan motivasi dalam mengembangkan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi semua warga sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effort of conseling guidance teacher for eclipse adolescense mischief of student of X SMK Negeri 1 Barabai Hulu Sungah Tengah. The sample of this research is class X A AP 35 students with consideration that many of student at class XA AP make eclipse adoleslense. The research method of this research is description method. based on the research, than the conclusion in many students at class X A explain that the counseling guidance teacher always give them advice and eclipse adolescense mischief of class X SMK Negeri 1 Barabai Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. This matter show that thecounseling guidance teacher and all part of school always be running a business in a maximal quality for eclipse adoleslense mischief ( their student) until they can substract in fact deleted the negative image of that school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah langkah dan usaha kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan budaya sekolah yang religius di SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, sehingga menjadi sekolah yang berkarakter Islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti meliputi; 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi. Data yang terkum- pul dari ketiga metode pengumpulan data tersebut dapat dianalisis untuk mendapatkan temuan penelitian, hal ini dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa usaha kepala SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin dalam mewujudkan budaya sekolah yang religius, adalah, (1) Membuat konsep dan agenda rutinitas islami di sekolah yang berdampak pada terwujudnya budaya kegiatan religius sekolah. (2) Melibatkan dan menggerakkan semua warga sekolah, yang melingkupi seluruh guru/pendidik, siswa, para staf, kepala sekolah dan semua komunitas sekolah yang terkait dalam mewujudkan budaya religius sekolah, (3) Menggunakan pendekatan religiusitas dan pembiasaan hasanah secara terintegrasi di sekolah yang mencerminkan nilai Ilahiyah, (4) Memberikan keteladanan secara terus menerus kepada semua warga sekolah, (5) Pengawasan dan monitoring secara intensif.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the phenomenon that education should be managed with the strategic management in order to choose among the many good management to produce the most good management to be developed. School-based Strategic Management are granting broad autonomy at the school level so that schools can freely manage resources and to allocate funds according to priority needs, as well as more responsive to local needs. So in other words that the principal of the school as a manager is given full authority to be able to optimize the existing resources at the school in order to improve the quality of the quality of his school. Formulation of the problem in this research are (1) How strategic planning at Madrasah Nurul Ulum Teluk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin ? (2) How do strategic implementation in Madrasah Nurul Ulum Teluk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin ? (3) How strategic evaluation in improving the quality of MTs Nurul Ulum Teluk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin ? Processing of writing this research , researchers using qualitative approach with the design of multi studies the case. Findings and theories presented by using a phenomenological foundation of thinking, while the informant was selected by using the technique of snowball sampling, through the data search process and the informant from one switch to another informant on the advice of a previous informant fit the purpose and framework of research. Data collection was carried out with interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are then analyzed by using data reduction techniques, followed by the presentation of the data, as well as the withdrawal of conclusion/verify. Checking the validity of the data using the technique of credibility, transfarbility, dependenbility, and confirmability. The results of the research in this study are: (1) the formulation of strategy in Madrasah Nurul Ulum Teluk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin done by first formulating a vision and mission through the analysis of the internal and external environment. (2) MTs Nurul Ulum Teluk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin implements the program of the formulation of strategies that have been arranged in advance (3) Evaluation strategy in MTs Nurul Ulum Teluk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin carried out, namely: (a) an evaluation of the present leadership of the head of school/madrasah with representatives do representatives with the intensity of the time often. (b) a thorough evaluation was carried out by whole the Board of teachers and employees each month and at the beginning and end of the semester.

Abstract

Management Character Education in Elementary Schools Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin. The problem in this study were : (1) how were character education planning and organizing in SD Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin? , (2) how the implementation of character education was implemented in Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin?, and (3) how to control the character education in Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin?. The purpose of this study was : (1) to determine the character of educational planning in SDMuhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin (2) to determine the organization of the implementation of character education in SD Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin, (3) to assess the implementation of character education in Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin, and (4) to determine the character of educational supervision of SD Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin.The research object in this study were all residents of State Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin, which consists of the Principal, the Vice Principal, teachers of religion, parents, and students of SD Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin. This research approach using qualitative research , data collection procedures used were : (1) observation , (2) interviews , and (3) documentation and data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative techniques as well as checking the validity of the data is done by making observations and re -check that the data collected can be accounted. The results obtained are: (1) planning of character education in Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin involving all teachers , (2) the organization of character education in Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin involving the entire school (3) the implementation of character education in Muhammadiyah 10 Banjarmasin. wellestablished as communication in the mix works well and (4) supervision of character education in SDM 10 Banjarmasin work together all components.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Starategi Guru Profesional Dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Daring dimasa Pendemi Covid 19. Pada Sekolah  Dasar Negeri (SDN) Teluk Dalam 1 Banjarmasin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti meliputi; 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dari ketiga metode pengumpulan data tersebut dapat dianalisis untuk mendapatkan temuan penelitian, hal ini dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Starategi Guru Profesional Dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Daring dimasa Pendemi Covid 19. Pada SDN Teluk Dalam 1 Banjarmasin dalah : Pertama, Dalam mengelola pembelajaran daring guru guru dan didampingi kepala sekolah membuat program  dan rencana penjadwalan pembelajaran daring.  Kedua,  Dalam mengelola pembelajaran daring guru guru menggunakan fasilitas kantor/sekolah seperti jaringan internet  Laptop dan media sosial seperti,  Zoom Meeting WA, email, dan telegram serta Google Classroom.  Ketiga,.Memberikan motivasi dan bimbingan secara komprehensif kepada siswa selama pembelajaran daring/ jarak jauh. Keempat, Menciptakan komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik sesama guru/rekan sejawat dan  orang tua.  Kelima. memberikan evaluasi per  3x pertemuan dan mensupervisi pembelajaran yang sudah dilaksankan agar siswa terawasi dan terjaga serta terarah dalam belajar selama Covid 19.
