Abstract

Management of Employee History Data is an important thing in a company and therefore a system is needed that is able to improve performance, has accuracy in the information and timeliness in managing employee data. The problem occurred when PT. Angkasa Pura II does not yet have an Employee History Data information system that can improve the performance of the Human Resources Development (HRD). The purpose of this study is to create an Employee History Data information system that is useful and helps PT. Angkasa Pura II in managing employee data. The research methods used include: Data Collection Method, Interview method, Reference Study method, System Analyst method applied in the form of SWOT, Design System method including Notepad++, Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition, XAMPP and for Testing method using Black-Box Testing. The result of the research is an Employee History Data Information System for PT. Angkasa Pura II which is web-based and can be used to improve the performance of employees, HRD and the performance of PT. Angkasa Pura II in managing its Employee History Data is getting better. Keywords—Information System; Employee History Data Pengelolaan Employee History Data merupakan hal penting pada suatu perusahaan dan karenanya diperlukan sistem yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja, memiliki keakuratan di dalam informasinya serta ketepatan waktu di dalam mengelola data karyawannya. Permasalahan terjadi disaat PT. Angkasa Pura II belum memiliki sistem informasi Employee History Data yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja Human Resources Development (HRD) tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk membuat sistem informasi Employee History Data yang berguna dan membantu PT. Angkasa Pura II di dalam mengelola data-data karyawannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan antara lain: Metode Pengumpulan Data, metode Wawancara, metode Studi Referensi, metode Analis Sistem yang diterapkan berupa SWOT, metode Design System diantaranya Notepad++, Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition, XAMPP dan untuk metode Pengujian menggunakan Black-Box Testing. Hasil penelitian berupa Sistem Informasi Employee History Data untuk PT. Angkasa Pura II yang berbasis Web dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan performa karyawan, HRD serta performa PT. Angkasa Pura II dalam mengelola Employee History Datanya menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci—Sistem Informasi; Employee History Data
