Abstract

Orangtua dan guru memiliki tantangan dalam mengasuh anak tuna rungu. Tantangan tersebut antara lain seringnya merasakan ketegangan/stres dalam pengasuhan karena sulitnya berkomunikasi dengan anak, butuh waktu cukup lama bagi orangtua untuk bisa menerima kondisi anak serta kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki orangtua tentang perkembangan psikologis anak. Kondisi tersebut bila dibiarkan berlarut-larut dapat membawa dampak negatif bagi perkembangan psikologis tidak hanya orangtua, tapi juga keluarga. Kesejahteraan psikologis orangtua maupun guru dalam mengasuh anak tuna rungu merupakan hal yang penting untuk ditingkatkan. Salah satu penanganan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan praktik mindfulness. Mindfulness dapat meningkatkan kesadaran para orangtua maupun para guru serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Pelatihan mindfulness diberikan dalam bentuk aktivitas kelompok terfokus. Hasilnya pelatihan mindfulness memiliki efek yang kuat untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru bagi orangtua dan guru tentang menyadari kondisi fisik dan psikologis dan dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan lebih baik. Pelatihan diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Along with population growth and urban development, the demand for clean water is increasing. Water reservoirs are an effective solution to this problem, by storing large amounts of water in specially designed tanks. Water reservoirs are one of the important components in the household water supply system. This study aims to make it easier for users to monitor the condition of the water in the reservoir. The tools used are arduino uno R3, green LED, yellow LED, red LED, ultrasonic distance sensor, DC motor, piezo, push button, and h-bridge motor driver. This system is designed using the prototype method, so that users can easily see real-time water levels via mobile devices. Keywords: Water reservoir, Arduino uno R3, Prototype.

Abstract

The security of gym member data files is an important aspect of maintaining the privacy and security of personal information stored in the gym management system. In this study, we propose the application of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm as a solution to secure gym member data files. AES is an encryption algorithm known for its high security and has been extensively used in information security applications. In this implementation, each gym member's data files, such as profiles, addresses, and other personal information, will be encrypted using a secret key that only the system knows. With encryption using AES, even if the member's data file is stolen or accessed illegally, the information contained in it remains safe and cannot be read without the correct secret key. The results of the trial found that this application succeeded in encrypting some member data files with .pdf format into the. rda format, then decrypting them back into the original file form without changing the original file size. So, it can be shown that the use of the AES algorithm in securing gym member data files provides a high level of security and protects sensitive information from unauthorized parties. Abstract

Noise is a common issue in image processing that can degrade the quality and clarity of images. In this research, we propose a method for identifying the levels of salt and pepper noise in images using the median filter technique. The median filter is a non-linear filtering approach that effectively reduces noise by replacing the pixel values with the median value of neighboring pixels. In our approach, we apply the median filter to the image and observe the changes in the pixel values. By analyzing the differences between the original image and the filtered image, we can determine the extent of salt and pepper noise present in the image. The proposed method offers a reliable and efficient way to quantify the level of salt and pepper noise. Experimental results on various images demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in accurately identifying and quantifying salt and pepper noise levels. The method provides valuable insights into the amount of noise present in images, enabling better understanding and further processing of the image data. Abstract

In order to preserve Indonesian culture and raise reading interest, website named Kisahnesia was created. This study focuses on analyzing the User Interface (UI) of the Kisahnesia application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) methodology. The objective of the study is to assess the usability of the application and determine the level of user satisfaction. The SUS questionnaire was administered to a sample of users, and based on the analysis of the collected data, the application obtained a score of 78.375. This score indicates that the Kisahnesia application has passed the usability test, demonstrating a high level of usability and user satisfaction. The findings suggest that the UI design of Kisahnesia is effective in providing a user-friendly and intuitive experience, contributing to the overall positive user perception of the application's usability.
