Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to understand the formation of an entrepreneur mindset in creating the competitiveness of female entrepreneurs Design/methodology/approach – The literature review approach is an assessment and critical review of knowledge, ideas, or findings contained in the body of a literature. Findings – The problems faced in the development of Female Entrepreneurs are the entrepreneurial culture that exists in an area that can limit a woman to be creative, the entrepreneurial spirit has not been optimally developed, and personal skills in communication are still relatively low. The emergence of e-commerce as a breakthrough for business people engaged in the creative industry makes female entrepreneurs have to learn more about mastering technology, so that they have the potential to expand opportunities for further development, and can create competitive advantages that are built on the principle of identifying opportunities, innovation, acceptance of risk, flexibility in responding to change, building a clear vision and growth in creativity and innovation. Research limitations/implications – The limitations of writing this paper are shortcomings in article collection, there are still other articles that have not been included in this paper. Practical implications – The results of this literature review will help women entrepreneurs explore their potential and be able to control themselves in running the business they are engaged in. Social implications – Female Entrepreneurs need to get attention from their environment because women also have a big role in advancing the economy of a country. Originality/value – in this paper is the importance of e-commerce in business management as a transaction system, because it will increase market exposure so as to create competitiveness

Salah satu sektor usaha yang sangat penting bagi pengembangan ekonomi Indonesia adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Wirausaha wanita pada bisnis UMKM telah aktif bergerak di berbagai daerah di Indonesia begitu juga dengan wirausaha wanita di Kota Dumai - Provinsi Riau. Di atara 12 jenis usaha, yang banyak digeluti oleh bisnis UMKM yaitu bidang, fashion dan produk kreatif / kriya. Seorang wirausaha harus siap secara mental untuk menghadapi kerugian dan keuntungan besar. Hal ini sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Dengan memanfaatkan literasi teknologi dan kemampaun inovasi, maka seorang wirausaha akan mampu dalam mempertahankan bisnis yang dijalaninya.

This study aims to determine the health level of the savings and loan unit cooperatives KP-RI prima husada bangkinang in 2019-2021 based on the regulation of the deputy for supervision of the ministry of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises of the republic of Indonesia number 06/Per/Dep.6 IV/2016 cocerning guidelines for assessing cooperative health, savings and loands and cooperative savings and loan units that involve aspect of capital, quality of productive data. In this study, data were collected throught file research and interview methods. The result showed that the health level of the savings and loan unit cooperative KP-RI prima husada bangkinang for three consecutive years (2029-2021) obtained total score of 71,85 in 2019, in 2020 it received a score of 70,65 and in 2021 it obtainted a score of 72,45. the average score can be categorized quite healthy.

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of liquidity and profitability on leverage and variables that influence leverage on industrial manufacturing companies and chemical sub-sector metals listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study are all industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 16 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous liquidity and profitability affected leverage. Partially, liquidity (CR) affects the leverage.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and cash turnover on profitability and variables that influencethe firm value of automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study are companies listed on the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, which are 13 companies. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, the sampel in this study was selected as many as 12 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results of the study show that simultaneously influence of accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and cash turnover affect the profitability. Partially cash turnover has an effect on profitability.

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of sales growth, ROA, and DER and variables that affect the value of the company in the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study were all textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 11 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous sales growth, ROA, and DER affect the value of the company. Partially, DER has an effect on firm value.

Research to determine the effect of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control on the public service performance with simulthan and partial at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District, while the sampling was carried out using purposive sampling obtained as many 60 employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control have a significant effect with together on the performance at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District, while based on the partial test results, the variable of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control have a significant effect with individual on the performance at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District the closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control on the performance is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 88,3%, while contribution of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control on the performance is equual to 77,9% while the remaining is 22,1% againt influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of asset tangibility, profitability and liquidity on leverage in various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study were all various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, numer 52 companies. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the sample in this study was selected as many as 18 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.00 for windows. The results showed that asset tangibility, profitability and liquidity had an effect on leverage. Partially liquidity has an influence on leverage.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on earnings management in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The population in this study were all pharmaceutical sub-manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2015-2018, namely 12 companies. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the sample in this study was selected as many as 9 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously profitability, leverage and firm size have an effect on earnings management. Partially, the company size has an influence on earnings management.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure (DER), Company Size (size) and Cash Turnover (CT) on Profitability (ROA) in Metal Manufacturing Companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 period. The population and sample in this study were all metal sub-sector manufacturing companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, as many as 15 companies. The technique used in sampling is the census method, the results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.00 for windows. The results of the study Capital Structure (DER), Company Size (size) and Cash Turnover (CT) affect profitability (ROA). Meanwhile, partially, the variable that affects profitability is Cash Turnover (CT).
