Abstract

Salah satu sektor usaha yang sangat penting bagi pengembangan ekonomi Indonesia adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Wirausaha wanita pada bisnis UMKM telah aktif bergerak di berbagai daerah di Indonesia begitu juga dengan wirausaha wanita di Kota Dumai - Provinsi Riau. Di atara 12 jenis usaha, yang banyak digeluti oleh bisnis UMKM yaitu bidang, fashion dan produk kreatif / kriya. Seorang wirausaha harus siap secara mental untuk menghadapi kerugian dan keuntungan besar. Hal ini sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Dengan memanfaatkan literasi teknologi dan kemampaun inovasi, maka seorang wirausaha akan mampu dalam mempertahankan bisnis yang dijalaninya.

Abstract

A person with a high level of satisfaction has high positive feelings about his job. Satisfaction is determined by several factors, and one of them is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation (X) on Job Satisfaction of employees of PT Coca Cola Pekanbaru (Y). This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis. The t test results show that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Coca Cola Official Pekanbaru. The relationship between motivation and employee job satisfaction is very strong.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UD. Bulan Bintang, which is located at Ranah Air Tiris Village, Kampar Regency, starts from March 2020 to completion. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data with a sample size of 50 people. The sample was conducted by using the census method. Meanwhile, to determine the magnitude of the independent effect (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Multiple Linear Regression analysis is used with the help of SPSS version 16.0. From the results of the normality test using the one sample Kolmogorovesmirnove test, the significance results of the normality test were 0.351, where the results were greater than the 0.05 significance level, so it can be concluded that the test tests on the normality test in this study were normally distributed. The Heteroscedasticity test shows that the dots are not randomly spread, and form a certain pattern, and are spread over the zero on the Y axis. So, it can be concluded that the regression model in this study is free from heteroscedasticity. The independent variable does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable. This can be seen based on the results of the t test and f test, where the significance value is 0.451> the α value is 0.05, this indicates that the hypothesis test is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and distribution simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decision of bike aviator (Survey at a bicycle shop in Bangkinang city). The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique is using questionnaires, research files, observations, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a sample of 100 people. The sample collection technique is by using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of simultaneous tests, product quality, price and distribution variables have a joint effect on purchasing decisions for aviator brand bicycles (a survey at bicycle shops in Bangkinang Kota), while based on a partial test, product quality, price and distribution variables have been shown to have a significant effect on their own. -self to the decision to purchase an aviator brand bicycle (a survey at a bicycle shop in Bangkinang City, the closeness of the relationship that occurs between the variables of product quality, price and distribution on purchasing decisions is very strong. Meanwhile, the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 78.90%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media promotion and facilities jointly and individually on the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the number of respondents as many as 98 people. Hypothesis testing is done by f test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the promotion of social media and facilities simultaneously influences the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. Furthermore, based on a partial test, promotion of social media and facilities affect the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 67.60 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on the sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The population in this study were all consumers who bought catfish nugget products at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District in 2020, totaling 1,244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is known that the number of samples in this study amounted to 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of simultaneous and partial tests, the variables of product quality, price and promotion proved to have an effect on the sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The close relationship that occurs between the variables of product quality, price and sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District is very strong, while the contribution of product quality, price and sales volume variables is in a strong category.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance with simulthan and partial at the PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all employee at the PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency in 2020, amounting to 81 employee and all employee at the PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of compensation and work discipline have a significant effect with together on the employee performance at PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. While based on the partial test results, the variable of compensation and work discipline have a significant effect with individual on the employee performance at PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of compensation and work discipline on the employee performance is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 80,2%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 63,4% while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This reserch aims to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Transportation, Kampar Regency. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The number of respondents in this study to be used as a sample is 37 employees. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the work environment and motivation simultaneously have an influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the partial test results, the work environment has a greater influence on employee job satisfaction because the significant value is smaller than the alpha level of 0.5.
