Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product reviews on online purchasing decisions through Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was conducted with a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 120 respondents using the purposive sampling method or with certain criteria, namely, the respondents are Shopee consumers who live in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java, and have experience doing online transactions at Shopee at least 2 times since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and t-test (partial), and F test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The data processing uses SPSS version 26.0. The results of this study indicate that prices and product reviews partially and simultaneously influence online purchasing decisions through Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penulisan ini adalah konsep marketing mix yang sesuai dengan syariah. Penilaian konsep marketing mix yang sesuai syariah ini menilai variabel Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Penempatan), dan Promotion (Promosi) dengan aturan-aturan muamalah dalam islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan konsep marketing mix syariah, serta sebagai kontribusi keilmuan berkaitan dengan marketing mix syariah. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori marketing, marketing mix, serta teori tentang muamalah yangsesuai dengan syariah. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada penilaian marketing mix dengan aturan-aturan muamalah dalam islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka baik bersumber data buku ataupun jurnal, sedangkan untuk aspek penilaiannya yaitu ditinjau dari Al -Qur’an, Hadits, Ijtihad para ulama, dan karya ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep marketing mix yang sesuai dengan syariah meliputi variabel Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Penempatan), dan Promotion (Promosi) yang telah disesuaikan dengan aturan-aturan dalam muamalah islam, penelitian ini juga sebagai saran bagi para pelaku bisnis yang ingin menjalankan bisnisnya sesuai syariat Islam. Sehingga konsep marketing mix syariah ini memiliki perbedaan dengan marketing mix pada umumnya karena telah disesuaikan dengan aturan muamalah dalam islam.Kata kunci: marketing, marketing mix, marketing mix syariahABSTRACT. Assessment the concept ofmarketing mix appropriate sharia this assess variable product, price, place, and promotion into rules muamalah in Islam. The purpose of this study is to find and explain the sharia marketing mix, and as a contribution scientific per taining to sharia marketing mix. A theory that used in this research that is the theory marketing, marketing mix, and a theory about muamalah in accordance with sharia. Methods used in this research is a literature study good sourced data book or journal , while on the aspect of this assessment that is in terms of the Al-Qur’an, Hadith, ijtihad ulama, and the work of scientific relating to the study.This research come up with concepts marketing mix according to shariacovering variable product, price, place, and promotion that has been adjusted for rules in Islamic him, the research also as a suggestion for actors businesses that would like to run business in accordance Islamic sharia. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Agen Asuransi syariah, yaitu kompetensi pengetahuan, kompetensi skill, dan perilaku agen terhadap loyalitas nasabah asuransi AJB Bumiputera 1912 syariah cabang palmerah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang akan digunakan adalah data primer dengan kuesioner. metode yang digunakan adalah metode SEM (structural equation model). Hasil tes menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh negative yang tidak signifikan. Sedangkan skill memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah. Hal ini sejalan dengan perilaku agen yang juga signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas. Secara bersamaan ketiga variable ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pengetahuan, kompetensi Skill, kompetensi Perilaku, loyalitas nasabah dan SEM.ABSTRACT: This research aims to know the influence of the Insurance Agent's competence consists of knowledge of the agen and the Agent's skills towards the customer loyality on AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palmerah sharia branch office. Type of this research is quantitative research . Methods and techniques of data analysis in this study using Structural Equation. Based on the test, Partially substantiated knowledge competency that influence negative and not significant on customer loyalty, while competency with respect to the skills is significant and positive impact on customer loyalty, also competency of behaviour has positive relation but not significant to customer loyality. Simultaneously proved that these three independent variables (knowledge competencies, skills competence and behavior competence) have an influence positively and significantly to the dependent variables (customer loyalty.Keywords: Knowledge Competence, Skill Competence, Behavior Competence, Customer Loyalty, SEM
