<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievment Division (STAD) dan Number Head Together (NHT) pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperiment. Populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura yang terdiri dari 5 kelas yang berjumlah 146 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya diambil dari kelas MIA-2 dan MIA-3 dengan jumlah 30 siswa di kelas eksperimen 1 dan 30 siswa di kelas eksperimen 2. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari; tes kemampuan pemecahn masalah matematis berupa Pre-test dan post-test. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan uji tuckey, yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa thitung>ttabel atau 6,84842475 > 2,0018 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil temuan ini menunjukkan: Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievment Division lebih baik dari pada siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Number Head Together pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the differences in students' mathematical problem solving abilities who are taught using the Student Team Achievment Division (STAD) and Number Head Together (NHT) learning models on the material derived from algebraic functions in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura. This research is a quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental type of research. The population is all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura which consists of 5 classes totaling 146 students, while the samples were taken from class MIA-2 and MIA-3 with a total of 30 students in experimental class 1 and 30 students in experimental class 2.
