Abstract

Sadar atau tidak, konflik bisa terjadi dimana pun pada setiap situasi yang ada, suatu indikasi yang menunjukkan bahwa pada saat sistem komunikasi dan informasi tidak menemui sasarannya, timbulah kesalahpahaman di antara dua pihak atau lebih. Konfik merupakan suatu pertarungan menang atau kalah baik antar perorangan maupun antar kelompok. Konflik juga dapat berkonsekwensi memicu perang antar negara. Bagaimanapun juga, selain ukuran masalah dari konflik itu sendiri, konflik dapat diselesaikan dengan banyak cara. Abstract

As a community economic institution, the market is an expression of social relations. This is due to economic activity being an integral part of social life. The traditional market is still a trading center for basic materials and is the main goal in marketing the produce of agricultural, livestock, and fisheries. In this case the traditional market is functioning closer to the distance between consumers and producers to meet the needs of life. Bersehati Market is one of the largest markets in Manado city, where the traditional market operates 24 hours nonstop and daily activities without holidays. Vegetables are a fast-damaged commodity that requires special handling, that is to require vegetable traders to distribute to consumers faster so that the marketing path is as short as possible, knowing the nature of Vegetable traders need a network as a bond between each other. The availability of network in vegetable traders in the Bersehati market is a top priority to gain access to marketing, distribution and information on the availability of goods.Social networks that grow in a community of vegetable traders are very likely to contribute significantly in supporting the fluency activity in vegetable trading. Social networking plays an important role in distributing and marketing goods in the markets of Bersehati.This research is a study using a qualitatively descriptive approach. Where the research seeks to provide descriptive descriptions or descriptions, of a systematic and actual collection of objects examined in the facts.Good relations, avoiding forms of deviations against social norms that apply in trade so as to create a sense of social solidarity. The economic actions performed both are related to the sustainability of the capital, marketing tends to be colored with social relationships in relation to the network.Keywords: social capital, vegetable trader, marketing

Abstract

Education is a process transformation the attitudes and behavior a person or group to mature, form and training a person or group for the better. Education also is the process of learning and hereditary of cultural values owned a community groups.Formal education is basically a school that created the state to teaching and learning students and planting values to form each student. Most schools have different procedures in order to set of every student to the learning process so that education can work well organized.Behavior or human actions basically cannot be released from the thought process. Because of the process of think that determines the actions performed by human beings. The thought process is a excess owned by human being than the other creatures. By thinking, man assess, to analyse and consider the actions he should be obeyed.A description of conduct of students SMA Negeri 9 Manado often happens in the act of playing truant; such as schools, come late, smoking, and fighting among fellow friend. Abstract

Development is primarily a business activity that is done to make a situation better in the future. Some of the factors that affect agricultural development in the context of national development is an issue that indirectly affect development in the village of Waehata lies in the problem of farmers ' skills and education are limited. Agriculture as one of the economic activities of the community i.e. farmer eucalyptus oil need to get attention because as noted that agriculture is the Foundation of the development of the economic activities of the community. Waehata village community is largely a farmer eucalyptus oil as the main livelihood.Eucalyptus plants contribute to the socio-economic community in the village of Waehata sub-district of Waelata Regency Buru i.e. can increase people's income in addition also eucalyptus plants can be planted in crops such as intercropping bananas, cassava, peanuts and others. With the presence of eucalyptus plant that is free in nature and effort throughout the Community (Customs) can buy livestock or other items as savings and also absorb the workforce so as to strengthen the ties that bind.The success of a village is the human resources (HR) turns out in the village of Waehata level of public education is still low so that necessary cooperation efforts between the Government and local communities to improve education. Abstract

Socio-economic Status is a condition or position that is socially regulated in a particular position in the community structure. The provision of this position is accompanied by a set of rights and obligations that are only fulfilled by the carrier of its status, so that land ownership is one of the factors that can determine the high or low socio-economic condition of a person in society.Agricultural land is a contributing factor to the life needs of the community, especially rural communities. Rural communities in general are people who use natural resources in the field of agriculture, where the community has hereditary activities in the agriculture sector, so that people in rural areas and The margins of earning or relying on businesses engaged in agriculture.Farmers are synonymous with marginalized people in the bustle of development. The unbiased situation on the farmer, then it affects the performance of farmers in their field. In North Minahasa regency, especially in the village of Patokaan Coconut is considered as one of the main livelihood for farmers to support the familyeconomy. Coconut plants are an efficient plant that is very beneficial to meet the needs of human day, because all parts of coconut tree can be used for human needs.By looking at the price of coconut in the market still fluctuating sometimes rises sometimes down but the farmers are still able to survive in cultivating coconut plants. Abstract

This researchaims to understand more deeply about the tradition of Ma’nene which is a continuation of Aluk Todolo solo’ signs that are transformerd into the Christian version of the Ma’nene tradition, with reference to the focus of research that describes the prosess of implementing the tradition of Ma’nene (cleaning the remains of ancestors) in the Toraja community (case studi in the village of Tonga Riu Sesean Suloara’ district north Toraja regency). This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type that emphasizes the description of the object under study based on the facts that eist, determination of informants is done by purposive sampling, namely the determination of informants carried out deliberately with certain criteria that are considered capable of providing information relating to research problems. data collection techniques used in this study are observation and interview techniques in addition, there are also data collection techniques using literature study. The results of this study indicte the process of implementing Ma’nene in a belief almost has in common, but the implementing rules are different, the fuction of the Ma’nene version of Aluk Todolo is to ask for blessing to the spirits of the ancestors, while the function of the Christian version of the Ma’nene for Aluk Todolo and the Christian community has in common the sign of affection and the award of their for families who have died. Abstract

Status is the position of a person in a group and its relationship with other members in that group, or the position of a group compared to other groups that are more numerous. Because one's position in a group is related to what he does, or is expected to do, then status is closely related to role. In a family the role of a housewife is very important in order to improve the social status of the family. The role is usually performed by the head of the household, but with all the limitations cause housewives to intervene to help the husbands. This is a common phenomenon no exception for housewives who are in the Kelurahan Bahu District of Malalayang, Manado City.From the results of the study, the researchers concluded that from the four aspects seen about social status, only aspects in various unions were considered not too important, the informants prioritized the primary need to improve their family's social status.Keywords: housewife, social status, family

Abstract

Association is an interaction between several people either in the form of family, organization or community. Through association we will develop because we know about the ordinances of associating. Thus making individuals social because basically humans are social beings. But the association in this modernization era has been misinterpreted especially among young people. Parenting includes not only actions but also what we want our children to understand about life. What it means to live and as to live this life well.Every child needs to know they are loved and loved by parents wholeheartedly, although on the contrary every parent must love and love the child without any conditions.
