Abstract

Development is primarily a business activity that is done to make a situation better in the future. Some of the factors that affect agricultural development in the context of national development is an issue that indirectly affect development in the village of Waehata lies in the problem of farmers ' skills and education are limited. Agriculture as one of the economic activities of the community i.e. farmer eucalyptus oil need to get attention because as noted that agriculture is the Foundation of the development of the economic activities of the community. Waehata village community is largely a farmer eucalyptus oil as the main livelihood.Eucalyptus plants contribute to the socio-economic community in the village of Waehata sub-district of Waelata Regency Buru i.e. can increase people's income in addition also eucalyptus plants can be planted in crops such as intercropping bananas, cassava, peanuts and others. With the presence of eucalyptus plant that is free in nature and effort throughout the Community (Customs) can buy livestock or other items as savings and also absorb the workforce so as to strengthen the ties that bind.The success of a village is the human resources (HR) turns out in the village of Waehata level of public education is still low so that necessary cooperation efforts between the Government and local communities to improve education. Abstract

The problem of juvenile delinquency until recently can be said to have become a social problem that needs to be faced by the Government, society and the family. The reason is because the rate of juvenile delinquency which lately occurred already lead to criminal action. Now many people recently with the occurrence of a brawl between the Kampong teenagers leading to the Act of breaking the law, even the passing of youth and teenagers.The problem of juvenile delinquency already penetrated up to the countryside as well as in the Kabori village of District Kembu Tolikara Regency.  Rising juvenile delinquency happening lately so that the authorities of the village, giving considerable attention because often make a scene and have to deal with police, the altercation between the village, drinking alcohol, smoking and drugs, inhaling Aibon glue and free sex. Such action is very troubling the Government villages, in particular the community or family.The inclusion of negative influences into a life community Kabori village order is slowly but surely starting to life gnaw community Kabori village order, because his young generation began to leave his ancestor's habits were considered old-fashioned and outdated and they would follow the new lifestyle that comes from the outside. Abstract

Marriage is for two men in entering the household in which there is duties and responsibilities and the obligations of each individual within a family, marriage institutions warrant and protect the existence of such relationship based on the law. Undergo the cheapest and the life of the party of course not run smoothly as imagined, because of many different problems to be overcome, understanding and a sense of togetherness, so it needs, to all the outstanding issues can be faced by well.Marriage are built on the principle love and compassion and would be formed harmonious families, happy and love, but the fact that many families was not harmonious, because they felt depressed and sad because of the misunderstanding, domestic violence, both the physical violence, psychological or psychiatric, sexual, emotional, and neglect family.Domestic violence itself caused by internal and external factors, especially in the openness and technological advances information often violence caused by the media information that is not filtered out negative impact on the comfort of living householdsTo save a household, needs to be done management is psychology and educational on the violence in households, good which are curative and preventive, so that would be beneficial for violent offenders in households, especially to the victims of domestic violence and its people in general.Every family want to build households a happy and of full flavor love each other whether born and inner, in other words that every family hope can build households harmonious and happy, but not all household can feel happiness because it is still there has been domestic violence.Ironically the number of violence happened better in terms of quantity or quality this indicates that there is a tendency been an increase in domestic violence in kelurahan Paniki Dua Kecamatan Mapanget Manado city. Keyword : violence, household, family

Abstract

The social welfare issues today are increasingly varied therefore need to be balanced with an intensive and coordinated countermeasure effort so that the purpose of development in the field of social welfare can succeed. One of the problems of social welfare today that requires countermeasures and solutions is the issue of street vendors.Street vendor activity allergy selling at local highways in front of the market environment located on the roadside is a type of street vendor that uses the physical means of carts that sell seasonal merchandise other than street vendor which uses carts, there are some traders use Pick Up cars who do their activities at the location, in addition there are some Street Vendor who do trade in the market at the location of the market entrance adjacent to the motor parking area, at Essentially the type of street vendor that performs such action is the street vendor which violates the rules of the parties who have the authority to control, but the motive for the street vendor to carry out such deviations activities is due to obtain the consumer And sales can be quick to sell, other than that competition with other street vendor is also quite large. Internet technology provides a large and varied influence on human life, one of the most popular is in terms of entertainment. Like games in online games that discuss traditional games in ancient times, these online games are widely used by children because these various online games are much more fun, fun and easier to play.This study uses qualitative research taken from the book Sugiyono 2015. Abstract

In general, tourism is seen as a sector that can encourage and increase development activities, open new businesses, open jobs and can increase people's income and local indigenous income, if it can be managed and developed to the maximum. Maluku Utara tourism is supported by the potential of natural conditions and cultural relics of the past such as cultural and ancient tourism, natural tourism, and marine tourism that can be developed.Seeing this, it is expected that the government's support and policies to develop facilities and infrastructure in order to attract more tourists visiting the East Halmahera regency, especially on tapalo beach in Gotowasi Village.The implementation of regional development is directed to accelerate the realization of community welfare through improving services, empowerment, and community roles, as well as improving regional competitiveness. The implementation of regional development concerns the affairs of choice in this case the tourism sector, covering government affairs that are manifestly existing and have the potential to improve the welfare of the community in accordance with the conditions, uniqueness, and potential advantages of the region concerned. Community participation in tourism development can benefit and benefit tourism development. Abstract

This research aims to determine the participation of the community in the development of Mapalus culture during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Desa Picuan Satu Kecamatan Motoling Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. The research uses descriptive design qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. To see how community participation in Mapalus cultural development during the covid 19 pandemic in Desa Picuan Satu. Researchers use 4 indicators, namely: family, consensus deliberation, cooperation, unity and unity. Based on the results of the research shows that the culture of "Mapalus" formed and applicable in Desa Picuan Satu is very useful, especially in increasing the level of community economy. However, in its implementation, it is not necessarily obeyed by all members of the community, especially among teenagers and civil servants (civil servants). They are only seen participating in certain activities. As for members of the community who are truly obedient and uphold Mapalus culture remain active and participate in various activities. This indicates the participation of the community in the development of Mapalus culture, but not all residents of Desa Picuan Satu adhere to and uphold the culture of "Mapalus". Nevertheless, the government of Desa Picuan Satu maintains and maintains balance so that there are no divisions and differences in perception in the community. Abstract

Countries in the world are currently facing the Covid-19 pandemic, including Indonesia the Covid-19 pandemic becomes a major crisis, people are force to quit their daily routines and ask to stay at home. The spread of coronavirus in various countries makes major changes, such as the field of economics, technology and no exception in the field of Education.The home learning policy resulted in learning having to be done online. They cannot come face to face, because for the prevention of covid-19 transmission. Online learning was developed to expand the reach and increase the availability of Education services. Although it looks fun, it turns out that online learning conducted from home is not easy. During learning from home, students get a lot of work. Not to mention, the role of parents who have to supervise their child is learning process while at home.The role of parents in supporting the level of education of children during the Covid-19 Pandemic. For the role of parents in Saolat Village is still very lacking because judging from the education of parents, some parents in Saolat Village are educated and there are some parents do not have an education so parents do not understand about the education of children with the current situation. But there are also some parents who pay attention to children's learning and try to make the child learn comfortably by accompanying when the child learns. Lack of internet access so that children cannot learn online, this is because there are limited facilities in the form of mobile phones and children is learning manuals.Keywords: pandemic covid-19, education, parents

Abstract

Terjadinya proses integrasi suatu bangsa harus dilandasi suatu cita-cita atau tujuan yangsama. Dalam konteks bangsa Indoanesia. Integrasi harus berjalan alamiah. Maksudnya,integrasi harus berjalan sesuai keanekaragaman budaya bangsa yang harus lepas dari hegemonidan dominasi peran politik etnik tertentu. Suku Batak adalah salah satu masyarakat yangmemiliki banyak keunikan mulai dari bahasa, sistem perkawinan, dan sistem kekerabatan.Mahasiswa suku Batak nantinya akan menghadapi lingkungan yang baru dan mereka harusberusaha menyesuaikan diri terhadap masyarakat setempat, yang kemungkinan mempunyai adat yang berbeda dari daerah asalnya masing-masing. Di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Politik Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado terdapat mahasiswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dan memiliki kebudayaan yang berbeda-beda pula. Mahasiswa Suku Batak yang mengalami kesulitan menyesuaikan diri karna perbedaan bahasa, serta adat istiadat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, fokus penelitian integrasi sosial mahasiswa Suku Batak dengan informan 10 mahasiswa Suku Batak. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Integrasi (integration), Mahasiswa suku Batak berintegrasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado. Dengan menyesuaikan diri, mengikuti berbagai organisasi, berinteraksi, memahami dan mematuhi nilai-nilai, norma serta aturan yang ada dalam fakultas maupun masyarakat sehingga dapat menjaga hubungan menjadi satu kesatuan sistem, dengan demikian dapat membantu meningkatkan integrasi mahasiswa suku Batak. Mengikuti organisasi serta bergaul untuk mempercepat proses penyesuaian diri, mempermudah mencari informasi dan sebagainya sehingga timbul kesadaran bersama atas tanggungjawab untuk meningkatkan integrasi.Kata Kunci : Integrasi Sosial, Mahasiswa Suku Batak
